today I'm going to share with you one of the stocks in the AI sector that is totally underrated forgotten and under Valu I'm super excited because I think there's a huge chance that this stock can recover this year and help us make a huge profit now why AI we all can see that due to the Innovation cus AI being the sixth wave is going to bring the whole ire world and the economy to another whole new level based on the forecasted figures of investable amount to AI you will reach $1.8 trillion I prefer this CH B more because it breaks it down to Hardware services and software and by 2030 there'll be 1.9 trilon now but if you're like me what exactly constitute an AI company or an AI stock so I went on a journey to try to understand the whole sector by asking AI itself I asked CH the AI W is benefiting many companies but can you help me understand how many sectors are there and what do they do they gave me a whole list of things that I couldn't understand there are many JG I'm not a scientist I'm not an engineer so I told them could you help me understand it in a fun and humerous way so that everyone can relate and I can explain this to a child they don't mean this we're going to make a huge magical cake called a i and they said every ingredient k b r in creating the most delicious and smart kit ever this got me even more confused so I try a number of variations that after reading through all the different explanations and finally I realized that I got some of it so today I'm going to share with you my understanding of what AI means and which sector we can I going attempt to explain this by playing this video where Will Smith is dating with Sophia the first human right she's an AI robot that has gotten a citizensh now think about it when AI comes the form where they can help us they are replacing human and the highest form is being a human itself well other forms that we can see like driverless car or maybe Google homes or maybe I Robot a vacuum cleaner that can help clean our house so let's watch this video Sophia can I be honest with you I don't know if it's the Island Air you know or the the humidity or you just so easy to talk to you know you you got a clear head literally I think we can be friends let's hang out and get to know each other for a little while you're on my friends list now yeah I read that wrong all right we can see that sopia is acting like a human because of the artificial intelligence that was implanted in her so these are the five sectors and using Sophia as an example the first sector is what we call the brain or the hardw if you use a hammer and smash your head you'll see some portions of the brain come off from your head I highly don't recommend this but that particular substance itself is a brain or we known as the processor so we look at Nvidia or semiconductors these are the hardware the brain the physical form of it where there's a lot of neurons connected each other a lot of wires processing information the better design is the faster information can flow and the more information can take that is the hardware sector number two is the software the software is the thing thing inside the brain that's where if you learn the English language you can say the English software is downloaded and installed into your brain so we do need to have a thinking logic otherwise the brain by itself the physical form doesn't really do much the example of software is like chbt it's a very powerful software that many companies are using right now to help them have the thinking and logic to create certain things like generating parts or creating a right thing Vin sector do software there's this particular sector that is used in AI which is data and Analysis now this is a specialized way of thinking for example each of us we learn about English we learn about rules of life we Lear about how to inter humans but if you want to be adop them you going to be have specialized information you will learn the doctor software and that's where you can actually see patients look at their data and based on the external stimuli make decisions on how to prescri medine now in the case of s and Will Smith you can see that she has the brain the hardware she has the software she can interact like a human now data and Analysis she has the dating decision making software so when SM the external s try to teiss her she's getting an information that each person is trying to get close to her and she starts to make the decision of how she should react and the answer is let's just be friends for now so one example of data analysis which is huge is coner it's a data and analysis software and it it'ss in specialized decision making making high quality decisions for companies like government sectors Financial sectors and even medical sectors sector number four you can see the Winking of sopia's eyes that's where we see Robotics and automation these are the masters of the AI where humans can see them in a physical form so one famous company that's under Robotics and automation is in 3D surgical that's why a lot of Advanced Medical institutions they use AI to do prision surg where you know humans may make mistake but robots are less likely too and finally sector five it is the immune system of the whole entire body or the cyber security this is very important because if let's say someone HX into your particular brain and affects the software they can take over the whole entire logic and that's where I Robot happens so a famous company in this particular sector is crri because there's so many sectors in my subsequent videos are died deeper into which of them for today's video I want to focus on sector one which is the hardware first do comment below if You' like to study more into this AI sector so that I know if I should produce more of this videos where we can dive into the AI sector and find undervalue AI stocks also do paron me about I'm not a expert not an engineer so if I use any terms wrly feel free to correct me the comments this is what a brain looks like and this is what a processor looks like looks pretty sick isn't it with a lot of wires and neurons connected to each other so what are some of the famous companies in there and which one should we invest in let me share you my opinion but before I begin this a disclaimer is for educational purposes is by no means a recommendation to buy or sell any stocks stop number one Nvidia Nvidia is a desire company they don't manufacture the brain or the processor but they desire to make it more efficient make the cing system higher so that information can be processed faster and in huge amount theyve been doing extremely well in this sector and their shareholders have it rewarded one of their closest competitor AMD you can see that I box agree because they are not only a designer they also manufacture their own chips similar to Intel which also design and manufacture their own chips another Chi Diner that I think has been forgotten for is Qualcomm the reason is because Qualcomm is in the mobile sector if you're using a smartphone or tablet qualcomm's microprocessor is inside them in this particular seor we can never forget Taiwan semiconductor they are pure manufacturer so they think the design of Nvidia Qualcomm EMD and they help that produce the micro chees now there's one particular area in the hardware sector which I think is not really been considered by many investors is testing so what do I mean by that if you look at this particular stock it's called a vent test it's a Japanese stock and what they do is after the microprocessor or the semiconductor is being manufactured they have to go to testing before it sent to its customers and event as you can see for the past year has been benefiting from the AI Bo because as more micro processor is been demanded more testing is needed however one thing to know is in the whole entire world there are only two companies that can do testing in such a precise manner for advanced microprocessors the first one is advantes and the second one is the stock that to highlight for today and it's terod now terod you can see from the B BL chart it is R when you say for the past one year it has not benefited from the AI boom yet why is that so today let's Deep dive into it what is terod and what does it do when I did Google image search to understand the company this is what I saw looks to me like a massage or steam room but that's not what it does it does testing and you go to the website you can see the applications defense Aerospace memory testing robotics the one thing I want to focus on is semiconductor testing because that's where the demand is that's where the market is booming and that's where they make more of their money as shown annual reports a Consolidated revenue is three billion and all of that two billion came from semiconductor testing their biggest customers is quom Taiwan semiconductor and apple here her die Andes is the only two companies worldwide that can produce tester for the most cutting is semiconductors in fact terod and abund dominate the P equipment Market with a combined bucket share of around 95% so why isn't terod performing yet that's because terod Focus mainly on the mobile phone sectors so their main Market of testing is for semiconductors that s a smartphone all mobile devices and in 2023 there was a decline in demand for smartphones and mobile devices that's because many consumers do not see much differences in the latest advancement of smartphones example the latest Samsung latest iPhone and because economy isn't that strong consumers are pulling back spending and not spending that much into the later SPO that doesn't have much difference however in 2024 that is a forecast that the demand will be B because for most of the smartphones right now they are designing AI into it as you can see from the Samsung s24 outop can commments what you think looking at their past finances I love their revenue it's been increasing through the year ascept for 2023 as mentioned there was a decline in smartphone demand and their net income also deep but even then you can see that their cash is still short their net profit marget is 16.8 it is a deep but it's still pretty strong and their gross profit margin is 57.4 one thing that I really like is the boook value per share is increasing over the years from $9 all the way to 13 15 and 16 this shows that they have building up shareholders value this is the share price for the past five years you can see there's a huge bull run during covid and then after that it did and went sideways now as the investors will know how to write options sideway stocks are pretty good but recently in January the the shares fell by 7% after forecasting a drop in Revenue you can see right here there's the Gap here where the price dropped by 7% and this gives us an opportunity why because based on Price to Book ratio the five years average is 6.98 and right now it's 6.06 what it means is is the average PB ratio is about seven but now it's six we can see just now their price we can see just now their book value per share has been increasing so if it increase again next year based on the similar Price to Book R the share price is like to increase but right now is already undervalue so if they go back to the normal or the average price book ratio and the book value increases this means that the share price May Shi down when we look at the latest scly report they have forecasted that in 2024 you'll be roughly FL with a stronger second half now many of the investors look at the roughly flat and they felt disappointed that's why the share price dropped this in my will be give me an opportunity to buy under value and when the second half if as they predicted is if as they predicted is a stronger second half the share price May should up and based on the prediction that the smartphone market is going to recover I think there is a high chance look at R Focus which is all the websites that used to need this is something that's pretty shocking to me it has 10 out of 10 of financial strength n out of 10 do a profitability it all 10 in of growth N Out 10 in term of value and it all 10 in term of momentum this is very rare because most of the time stock with high Financial strength profitability growth usually has a very low valuation scope you say it's overvalued but terod die interestingly has not much use coverage if you go search on Google you can rarely find any new coverage or terod so I think it has been forgotten so forgotten STS means that they undervalue is that the good opportunity that being said forgot stocks can be forgoten for years so sometimes it be called a value chain check we buy the the stock and it goes sideways for many many years but again as the options wrer you can actually write a put or call based on the stock that's going sideways and based on the finances and the demand I do not think the stock will crash on the company's Revenue will go down no commment what you think now before I end to this segment I to touch on some yes because investing into individual stocks may be pretty risky we do not know when another brilliant company may come up a better technology and wipe out the whole entire existing old companies so here are some ETS we can look in for the hard we sectors of AI EDF number one semmi this is a semiconductor and Technology EDF and we can see that it is holding on to Lear research ROM Analog Devices some of the big names but what is making me feel uncomfortable is I don't see Nvidia I don't see AMD I don't see Intel I think these are very strong companies that should be included into the ETFs so the second here that we can look at is s SMH we can see right there Nvidia Taiwan semiconductor DRC AMD Mak me feel better however one thing jumps out Nvidia there's an allocation of 24.5% which I think is pretty to have one quarter of your ETF in one particular stock Nvidia is a strong work stock but the price is pretty high right now if it crashes this ETF suffer badly so here comes the third ETF I'm going to look at today this s FX socks which is iare semiconductor eing I like this pretty much because it's ATB AMD Brom qualcom and you can see the allocation in all these companies is about 10% or less it makes me feel a lot more comfortable and looking to SS even further we can even see terod rights a black materials asfl and many other good Hardware companies in the AI sector that will be benefiting so this a summary of the three ETF I'm looking at this week we talk about sector one Hardware let me know if you want me to talk about sector two software or sector three data and Analysis sector 4 Robotics and automation all sector five cyber security over strong with companies that in these five sectors will benefit from the AI book remember to subscribe and I'll see you in the next video together next l
