hi everyone this is Brennan on behalf of dynamic trader and in this video we're going to be covering two different stocks the first being a MD or Advanced Micro Devices looking at the monthly timeframe we can see that price had a strong move to the upside followed by a strong move back to the downside where it found support around the round number 16 and then after Christmas where the overall market found strength that is a loud price to move back to the upside where we are now finding resistance around this previous high point right here around $34 looking at the weekly timeframe we can see that price is trading above the 200 moving average and above the 50 moving average shown by the green line and again as shown on the monthly time frame we are testing this previous High Point which is currently acting as strong resistance next level look at the daily timeframe price is also trading above the 200 moving average on the daily timeframe as well giving us a bullish bias and price is also trading above the 50 moving average which is means that this stock has a bullish trend in play as well now the most recent candle on this stock is a bearish engulfing candle where the body of this candle completely engulfed the previous bullish candle therefore that is a sign of potential for the weakness but with price testing this resistance zone we are having a formation of what seems to be a possible cup and handle so it may be normal for price to come back down before finding further strength and continuing to the upside and breaking above these levels here so I believe it's normal to see some weakness on the stock right now especially with earnings coming up later in this month it may be best to wait for earnings to pass and to see what happens after earnings in relation to this resistance level because we want to see this resistance level broken before considering any new positions on this stock the next stop we'll be looking at is cprt or Copart incorporated this stock did trend very well but we have a move to the downside when the overall market was finding weakness last september to december but since then pi said rallied and has created new all-time highs and is currently trading at 76 dollars and 79 cents looking at the weekly time frame we can see that price is trading above the 200 moving average and the 50 moving average and if we look at the daily time frame we can see that price is also trading above the 200-day and 50 moving average giving us a bullish bias and bullish trend on this stock some members in the community along with myself did enter the stock around $62 when we had this strong bullish bar here and since then prices moved further to the upside we had somewhat of a pullback where price went through a little bit of a consolidation here but following the last earnings report we did have a strong bullish bar with a gap up that is a loud price to move further to the upside now we have went through another period of consolidation but what this is done has a lot of price to form a base of support for to act as another area of protection for if price were to come back down it would struggle some to get through this level and move further to the downside now the next earnings is not until September so you have plenty of time to enter this stock and not have to worry about earnings report the only thing I would like to see on this stock is an increase of volume as price as or if price was to continue to the upside and one last thing I want to mention price did break below the 20 moving average shown by the blue line and found support at the 50 moving average here but for the most part price is now finding support at the 20 moving average which is showing us that this trend is moving rather quickly therefore taking breakouts on this stock may be a preferred option especially with a setup like this from a base of support so that being said that concludes this video with the indices making new all-time highs I hope that you add AMD and cprt to your watchlist and if the overall market continues to move to the upside hopefully you can profit off of these two stocks as well assuming that they continued to move further to the upside and create new all-time highs thanks for watching
