Hello investors, welcome to another video from the Investe Bem channel. In today's video, you'll see how to invest in intrinsic value stocks – stocks that are undervalued, that the market isn't seeing, stocks that aren't so famous, that you can put in your portfolio with a low value and that will probably go up.

Yes, so here we have my portfolio. As you can see, the accumulated profit is 15% in just October to December. So in 3 months I achieved 15%, which is a very high mark. As you will see here, the risk-return ratio of my portfolio is very calm, but there is a risk factor here. However, I bought the risk factor using the formula, so I am very confident that it is not a risky stock.

Coming here to my portfolio, we have here my return in 24 months, which is 381, a growth of 6%. Here showing all the stocks in my portfolio, we have the one with the highest appreciation, Vale, and we have here two stocks below 99% appreciation, and for now, two stocks that are showing losses. which are AgAl and SLC, with less than 1%, practically 0.33% loss, and now I'm going to show the dividends of my portfolio in just these three months and show that AgAl is not at a loss, in fact it's in good profit because I received 14% of it, so it's not at a loss because I already received the 14% dividend.

It could fall 14% today and I would still be in profit. Then we also have Kepler here, which I have an 88% stake in, which paid me R$ 3.39, Unipar also which paid me R$ 7.81, and Vale which paid me R$ 8.86. The total received in these three months was only R$53. We still have more dividends to be paid in January, already provisioned, and that's it.

In the composition of my portfolio, we have here that most are in basic materials, which is Vale and Gerdau, which are cyclical companies but which, bought at a good price, can give a high return, and here We have industrial assets, cyclical consumption, public utilities, non-cyclical consumption, Information Technology (this one here is positive), financial assets, and others.

Well, this is my portfolio. Now I'm going to show you a little bit about how the method I use to choose stocks works. I'll open my spreadsheet here. Well, on today's date, December 28th, the stocks that would enter my portfolio would be these top 10: T do Alos Luiz Dex Kepler, Petrobras, Vale, CPFE, SLC Run Meal.

And we also have this top 12 up to the top 21, which are 10 more stocks that are top 20 here. So this here is the top 10 and this here is the top 20. And the stocks in blue are the stocks I could buy today. The yellow stocks are the ones I could buy if I'm very interested, but they are already a little more expensive.

The stocks I buy in the top 10, I rebalance them every three months. If my portfolio leaves the Top 35, I sell it. If it stays in the top 35, it means it's still good. They have intrinsic value, so if they're not in the top 10 or top 15, I don't buy them anymore. I only keep them in my portfolio if they 're in the top 1 or top 10, or thereabouts.

I can continue investing in them. Okay, so how does this formula work? Well, this formula works in the following way: it looks at the return on equity (ROI) and the return on equity (ROE). Let's look at the top one, which is a shopping mall company listed on the stock exchange. Take a look at it. The formula doesn't look at P/BV, it doesn't look at dividends, it doesn't look at P/E ratio.

The only thing the formula looks at is ROI and EV over EBIT. Okay, so you ask, what is ROI? Well, ROI is return on invested capital. We see that this company has a very growing ROI, and what does 29.32 mean? Well, summarizing this, 29 over 30.32 of ROI means that for every R$100, it profits R$ 29.32.

So if you invest R$1 in it, it will profit from that R$1. 132 12932 understood that for every R$100 she invests, she gets R$ 129. What does EV mean about EBIT? EV over EBIT means the company's net debt over its value. So this is the equity value over net debt, and we see here that its net debt reached 100% in 2019, something absurd, and it's been falling, falling, and now it's at two.

It's fallen quite a bit, so it means that the company is focusing on eliminating its debts. That's why it has a low dividend yield, but we see here that in one year it increased by 66%. So it's a growth company, not a dividend company, although it's trying to eliminate its debts and has already done so.

I think it's one of the companies with the least debt here. In the earnings yield ranking, it's in second place; it only loses to Meal. That's it. The formula takes into account the ranking of earnings yield and earnings yield; it takes the companies with the highest earnings yield and the companies with the lowest, the companies with the highest earnings yield, and it sums them up.

Give me the ranking here, and I'll put this ranking in ascending order. So, A comes first with the lowest return, R with the highest return, H with the lowest and highest return. New Yield, which is a company that makes a lot of profit and has little debt, is in first place, and so on for the others.

Next month I intend to invest in Jales Machado as well, and I'm still undecided about whether to buy Vale, but I think I'll probably buy these. They'll go into my portfolio; I won't reinforce the position in JES. I think I have little money in it yet, but I'll go for it firmly. I already have a lot in R, but maybe I'll continue investing if it hits 1050, I'll buy more.

For now, I already have a lot of money in it; I already have a good position, and in the others I'm already well positioned. For now, I'll increase my position in these two, but I intend to make a good purchase this January, considering that the stock market will probably rise until March, so I want to be well positioned.

But of course, nothing is investment advice, so be careful if you're entering the stock market now and think everything is rosy. Investors who... Entering a bull market and boasting about the results is just foolishness, so be careful, you know? It's not you who's good. Maybe you're using some method that helps you choose the best stocks and make them rise higher, but it's not you who's good.

So don't be a fool going around saying you're the best when in bull markets everyone is good, even worthless stocks appreciate. So beware of euphoria. Well, that's my video. Thank you to everyone who watched, and if you want a video on how the program I made to rank these stocks works, I'll leave the program in the description for you to access. And that's it, thank you all.
