01. Yahoo Finance's Jim Cramer compares SpaceX shares to century-old railroad bonds and advises investors to think about their children and grandchildren. Don't worry about your pension fund. We all know that you can never stop working until you die. Think about your children and grandchildren, what you can leave them.

02. Yes, it's quite funny. What do they say about Jim Cramer? If you want to become a millionaire, just listen to Jim Cramer and do everything exactly the opposite. I find it interesting that things like this appear in mainstream media. Again, promoted by an institution like CNBC, despite the obvious absurdity of everything that is happening with SpaceX shares.

03. As I've said many times, SpaceX does a lot of cool and amazing things, but the facts are that most of them are just not as valuable as you think, right? In 2025, the space launch business generated about $4.1 billion in revenue, and I've said many times that this is about the same amount that OnlyFans earned.

04. I was looking for another example of companies with the same revenue level, and I'm not kidding, I really am not kidding—GameStop. GameStop's revenue for 2025 was $3.6 billion. So, I know we all want to think that launching all sorts of junk into space is worth all the money in the world, but strangely enough, the capitalist system works differently, and it doesn't cost that much, strangely enough, right?

05. Whatever the case, they do a lot , but the idea that the valuation of this company makes any sense is simply completely absurd. They have an internet provider, right? And there's this idea that everyone will use Starlink as their provider. The question is — why? If you can run fiber ... Look, if you're in the middle of nowhere and you can't run fiber, then use Starlink, of course.

06. If you're on a plane, a ship, or something like that, Starlink is great. But the thing is, in everyday life, fiber will always be many times superior to Starlink, right? But again, there's this idea that everyone is going to switch to Starlink. And there's this too, right? This whole AI thing, right?

07. The real, real, real value of SpaceX is not in its launch capabilities or its internet services, but actually in its AI, right? Because they have an AI company that no one really wants to use. So obviously it costs trillions of dollars. And here's what's interesting—to see Jim Cramer come out and, essentially, very sycophantically try to pretend that these stocks are worth anything at all.

08. This is also a rather strange moment. That's what seems so strange about mainstream media and people like that—it's just a weird, weird game. Because one of the things he says is, "Well, the stock doesn't have that value right now, but it will in the future." Maybe . Look, maybe. But here's the thing: if that's the case, why not invest in something else now, profit from that investment until SpaceX figures out what exactly it's trying to do, and then invest in SpaceX later.

09. That's why, and this is the most interesting thing. Why should you, as an investor, invest in SpaceX now? Why not wait a year? Why not wait 2 years? Why not wait 5 years? Why? Why does this idea sound so desperate? And I think the reason is that again, we have the mainstream media obsession. One of the biggest problems we have right now with Elon Musk is that he has taken over many of the institutions that are supposed to keep him in check.

10. We've already talked about this with Tesla, right? It seems he has taken over Tesla's board of directors. The board of directors should care about shareholder value. The board of directors does not exist for the founder. It's not for the CEO. It is for shareholder value. And we see so often how Elon Musk seems to tell the board what he wants to do.

11. And they just do it, right? She looks excited, right? If you look at SpaceX now, it has all the voting shares. He has all the voting shares, right? A supermajority of voting shares, no one can displace him. He is the owner of the company. He's like the chairman of the board of directors. He is all of this together.

12. There is no one there who can restrain him. It's going to Nasdaq. He comes to Nasdaq and says, "Hey, I want to be part of the Nasdaq 100." And they answer him: “Well, usually after an IPO there is a waiting period. You have to go through certain procedures to confirm that the value of your shares is real , that there is a consensus on what their price should be.” And he says : "I don't like it." I I I want to be in the Nasdaq 100 within 2 weeks.

13. And suddenly, he's in the Nasdaq 100 in 2 weeks. And then we hear from the experts. Then we hear from financial experts . Exactly, there was...who was it? It wasn't BlackRock . It was another one of those big companies. Literally this idiot came out and started talking about a stock price of $800. Oh yes, the stock, the SpaceX stock will be worth $800 apiece.

14. Well , that doesn't make any sense at all. And I have to tell you right now, my biggest concern about Elon Musk...My concern about Elon Musk is not about Elon Musk himself. This is n't even about Starlink, or SpaceX, or Tesla, or anything else. The fact is that he is doing an incredible amount to undermine the trust that our youth, and many of us, have in the basic fundamental institutions of our society.

15. I think most of us know that the institutions in our society make mistakes, there are problems, they are not perfect. The problem is when it becomes so obvious that they are completely obsessed with the trillionaire, it calls into question a whole bunch of things. And the problem is that as a society we have to work together.

16. We have to have a certain level of trust. I think about this when I was involved in military and paramilitary affairs. One of the things, ultimately, is that you have to trust your equipment, right? You sit there and you check your gear, and you check your gear, and you check your gear, and you check your partner's gear, and your partner checks your gear, and you check, and you check, and you check, and you check, and then it's time to act, and then you don't just have to trust your gear.

17. When you're halfway down the damn rope, it's not the time to think about whether you've properly, you know , checked and made sure the rope looks the way it should . Isn't that right? But it is important to understand that everything is the same in the civilian world . We need to have fundamental trust in our organizations.

18. There may be issues, but you should feel like they will work at least on a basic level. And when Elon Musk so obviously took over so many pillars of our society that they got to this point, right? These are just "talking heads". He is completely in control of them. You can already see his nails coming out of Kramer's mouth at this point.

19. Isn't that right? This is becoming a serious problem. So, anyway, let's look at this. Yes, Jim Cramer on Wednesday urged investors to look beyond the SpaceX stock selloff following the report, arguing that Elon Musk's aerospace company should be viewed as a multi- generational investment. And that's exactly what we're going to hear and hear more and more about SpaceX.

20. Don't look at SpaceX today. Don't look at SpaceX tomorrow. What you need to think about is SpaceX in 100 years . So if they don't have a good product today and don't have a good plan for the product tomorrow, then you have to imagine what Elon Musk will do in the future. During an episode of CNBC's Mad Money on Wednesday, Cramer said investors should think about where SpaceX could be in a decade, instead of focusing on short-term profits or the recent decline in their stock.

21. Cramer compared the company to two-century-old railroad bonds that ultimately rewarded patient investors . We quote: " People used to buy 100- year railroad bonds that paid off. SpaceX could be that 100- year piece of paper too." There are a lot of "maybes" here. It could be, it would be nice , maybe, who knows.

22. Just buy SpaceX shares. This is important to understand in this situation. He also hinted at the company's long-term ambitions, asking viewers to imagine a future where lunar exploration and orbital infrastructure become commonplace. Quote: "Do you think your children or grandchildren won't be doing business on the Moon someday?" Cramer said.

23. He added that orbital data centers powered by the sun could one day become a practical solution as demand for AI computing grows. So, we could be on the Moon. There could be AI data centers. Elon Musk could be doing something. And that's what you're investing in with SpaceX. What could have happened?

24. Let's see. Why does Cramer still like SpaceX? Despite these obstacles, Cramer argued that SpaceX's long-term investment case remains unshakable due to Musk's experience in implementing ambitious capital-intensive projects. Quote: “I would never recommend SpaceX if Musk was involved,” he said. Uh, I quote: "I'm sure Musk can raise all the money he needs.

25. " And again, I think this is an interesting point when comparing the 2026 Musk model to the 2016 and 2006 models. And it's actually worth asking the question: is he still the same person he was in 2016 ? We are all getting older . We are all getting slower. Time is starting to pass us by . And if you look at Elon Musk's successes, they've been gone for a long time, right?

26. Tesla stalled, right? We're talking about the Roadster, and God knows what happened to it. We're talking about a semi-truck, there must be something going on with that truck. We're talking about the Cybertruck—a [ __ ] failure. He literally forced SpaceX to buy the Cybertruck just to pretend that [ __ ] wasn't a complete fiasco , right?

27. Uh, we're talking about Optimus robots, right? Uh, I literally just went to an AI conference and they had an Optimus robot bolted to a frame. The Unitree robot danced around, doing all sorts of cool things. Uh, yeah, Optimus was literally screwed to the frame and sat there like a damn statue. Again, we've heard about robotaxi .

28. Again, while in Las Vegas, I saw Cybercab. Yeah, he was standing there on the concrete with the door open. Wow, that was impressive. You know what was even more impressive? When I stepped out onto the Las Vegas Strip and Zoox flew by. Literally at some point two Zoox flew past at the same time. Yes?

29. But for some reason, right? The interesting part about Elon Musk is that no one forgets his successes, but his long and growing list of failures is somehow massively ignored. Again, let's look at this Optimus robot. Seriously, sir, what the hell is going on with Optimus the robot? Either way , I mean , it was so, damn, pathetic.

30. It was so, damn, pathetic to be at an AI conference. 12,000 people at an AI conference. Tesla specially paid for a booth at this conference, and they had their damn Optimus there, screwed, damn it, to the frame. Yes? Just like I would screw something to a frame. Trying to pretend it's cool. If that doesn't show the state of this damn Tesla in 2026, then I don't know what will.

31. And that's why there is this opinion: well, we should bet on Elon Musk. Look, look how well he does it. But that's not true. But that's not true. Tesla has crashed, right? Tesla has fallen about 30% this year. Once again , SpaceX is falling. I don't know. It is now at 134. So it is below the IPO price, well below the peak price.

32. But who the hell knows where this is all going . So a lot of what he puts out is n't actually successful. And he has a company that he wants everyone to believe is worth trillions and trillions of dollars. But this is what we are hearing in the investment market now . And that's so strange, right? This is strange because they don't talk about income.

33. They don't talk about EBITDA, do they? Again, we've talked about this before in the tech and startup world: if they don't have a number or metric that most people will understand and think is good, they'll find a new metric. Isn't that right? If you don't have a profit, you look at income. If you don't have revenue, you're looking at user growth.

34. If there is no user growth, you move to monthly active users. If you don't have active users, you're looking at hiring people, filling jobs. Right? Essentially, you are trying to find a metric that investors will find impressive. So, think about it, damn it, think about it for at least a second, okay?

35. You have Jim Cramer, damn Jim Cramer on CNBC, who doesn't talk about earnings because there are n't any. He doesn't talk about income because it's pathetic. Doesn't talk about active users or anything else. Essentially, what he's getting at is that you should only invest in SpaceX because of Elon Musk.

36. He may not have any important numbers, but he's Elon Musk. So, you know it's going to be a success. Yes, that's not exactly how business works. I don't know what to tell you. That's just not how all this crap works. So yeah, it will be interesting to see what happens with SpaceX. The shares were unblocked a few days ago.

37. The price of SpaceX was expected to drop sharply. So, we've already fallen to ...the all-time low of $104 per share. So, it had a period of 135, first they started selling at 150, in the first week the price jumped to 225, and then fell to $104 per share. The lock-in period ended, and then the price went up.

38. It is now around $134 per share, which is quite surprising. So, I don't know. We'll just We'll just continue to monitor this and see what happens. This This I don't know. As they say, we have what we have. We have what we have. So what do you think about this ? What do you think about Jim Cramer coming out and telling everyone to invest in SpaceX to think about their grandchildren.

39. Don't think about profit, or income, or whether you'll be able to retire. Remember, this is Elon Musk's company. And think about your grandchildren. Does this Does this Does this Doesn't tell you almost everything you need to know about this particular stock? I don't know. Your thoughts in the comments below.
