저서로는 『One Up on Wall Street』, 『Beating the Street』 등이 있다.

01. For information on investment finance, do subscribe to the Emotions Oil channel and click on the bell icon to get notifications. Hello, we are going to talk about Peter Lynch, one of the world's most honest investors and the world's most successful fund manager. A message from him. He has earned a compound return of 29.2% in his fund management career, which is a very extraordinary return in the mutual fund industry.

02. He started investing at the age of 11 with International Investments. The best story of how he started investing so early is this. Mr. Pattern Incharge is known for his successful investments, but his childhood was full of struggle. When he was 10 years old, his father died. At such a time, to help his mother run the family, he started doing different types of jobs.

03. In his childhood, he started working as a maid in a golf club. His job was to carry the bags of any golf player who wanted to and help them with other things. The people who used to come to the golf club where he worked, People were investors from the time of his childhood and they always talked about investing and the stock market.

04. This is why Peter Lynch learned about the stock market as a child. He tried to pressure his dog into investing, and he realized that he should definitely invest his money. And that's how he started investing at a very young age. A few days ago, we covered the story about the famous Minister of Commerce, and we heard about him there.

05. He also worked as a candy dealer at a golf club as a child. He also learned about the stock market and commodity market from the investors who came there. He also started investing from a young age and later became a minister. We can say that you get the opposition of Reddy's investigation in childhood.

06. So, let's leave it. His first investment was in the air cargo industry. In his childhood, he started with a car from the industry corner and after that, he acquired some stars of Finca Airlines. Later, this company performed well and his middle name was here. He also made a good profit. In fact, he paid his graduation fees from the returns on his investments.

07. After completing his graduation, in 1966, he got an internship at Fidelity, a point management company. After that, he completed his MB and spent 2 years in the army. After that, he got an investment analyst job at Fidelity itself. In his job, he was focusing on sectors like textile, mining, metals and chemicals.

08. Due to his consistently good performance at Fidelity, he got the position of Director of Research in 1974 and in 1977, he started managing a fund named Match and Fun. At that time, the team was from Indore. But as Mr. Peter started managing that fund, his performance started getting very good. Due to that good performance, more and more people started investing in this fund and this Vitamin and K acid reached 99.

09. After 13 years, it reached Fat in Blender. This increased manifold. The investment amount This happened not only in the profits but also in the returns. In these 13 years, Mr. Peter Lynch has earned 29.2 percent for Western investors through Compound Sago, which is considered a very good quarterly return.

10. If you had invested ₹1 in a management fund in 1977, that value would have been halved by 2019. So, this is the kind of return Mr. Peter Lynch has earned for investors. Through his fund, he invested in many companies like Philip Morris, Bell, and Camper Inns and earned very good returns from there. Talking about his successful career, after managing selected enrollments in 1919, he retired from the search for officers and after that, his main focus was on philanthropic activities and making people aware about investments.

11. Now let's talk about Vitamin's investment philosophy. He says, "Invest in what you know your needs, in things about the products you know about, in those companies." You can invest in it, but there are some terms and conditions. Generally, if you are working in this industry, you have more information about that industry.

12. If you are working in a steel company, then you will get a lot of information about the steel industry, with the help of which you will be able to do better than others in the steel industry. Here you get computers, so you can easily understand the businesses in which you are working. You may also have expertise related to them, so you can invest by using that expertise.

13. Friends, in general, we use many such products and services which I like very much, and from there you can get ideas from good companies. If you like any product or service, now start with its energy and after doing MS Word, if you like the company, then you can think about investing in it. So, Mr. Peter Lynch has done both things.

14. In that industry, Lynch had very good activities, he found companies and invested in them. Friends, it is general, but whatever products or services he liked, he invested in them. I set them up, and they invested in the companies they liked, in which they saw groups. They followed these studies from their first investment to their last, and this is what they call "invest in stocks." Furthermore, Mr.

15. Patterns contribute significantly to a company's valuation. He taught them how to do Mr. Questions in an easy way, and for that, he introduced the Price Carrying No Threat formula. The Price Ratio is divided by the growth of the company. Here, the numerator is the Price Ratio, the market capitalization ratio, and the net profit of the company.

16. The Price Ratio indicates how many times a person is investing in a company compared to its profit. If a company's Price Ratio is 120, it means you'll have to pay 10 times more than its profit to buy it. If the Price Ratio is 210, it means you'll have to pay 10 times more than its profit to buy it. But the confusion in price learning scenarios is this.

17. How to find out how much lag should it be? If lag is less, then the company is good. Companies that perform very poorly also have this lag. So, this problem has been solved by Mr. Peter Lynch in his PG for the Solve, in which he has divided the price to earnings factor by growth. Now you do not get this growth factor readymade anywhere, nor is there any regime for it, so you have to credit the entire company yourself.

18. Mr. Peter Lynch says that if you want to find a good company at a good valuation, then look at one thing for it and that is that the growth rate of the company should always be more than the price to earnings factor of the company. If the price to earnings factor of the company is 15, then the annual growth rate of the company, i.e.

19. the profitability ratio of the company, should be more than 15 percent annually. So, in which the growth rate of the company is much more than the price to earnings factor of the company, then that company is called undervalued companies, whereas the companies in which the growth rate of the company is less than the price to earnings factor, then those companies are called undervalued companies.

20. So, when we look at a company's growth rate, If you are going to calculate the valuation, then definitely use generations there. The growth factor here has to be calculated by selecting the entire company and its product, service and most of the other things related to the company. Mr. Lynch gives advice to those who are new to the stock market, he says that in the beginning you should focus on the stocks of the company, that if the stock of a company has reached ₹ 2000, then now find out why this has happened, in whichever company you invest, find out whether the share price of this company has increased or decreased in the long term and most importantly why this has happened.

21. According to him, you should start with a paper portfolio in the beginning, write it down on paper that if you were to invest in that stock, you would invest so much and after some time check whether the value of this amount has increased or decreased and now track your own portfolio in the long term only.

22. Phone Mishra Peter Lynch focused on stock companies, those who used to invest in these companies which are growing very fast and their growth story ended. He used to send it to companies. According to him, if you want to earn returns over a period of 10 years, 20 years, 30 years, or more, the stock market is a great place.

23. But if you want to make a lot of money by investing in just a year or two, the stock market is probably not the place for you. According to him, you should focus on debt instruments, such as money market instruments. After his retirement, he served as the Patron Vice Chairman of Quality Management & Research Company and also continued his focus on philanthropy.

24. He donated a million dollars to his college from which he graduated. He started the Lunch Foundation and its poetry educational and hospital initiatives. He has also written three books in which he has shared his writings in English with everyone. All three of his books, Learn to Unwant and Betting Spread, are very good books.
