01. Sir, one more thing because we have seen that you have always invested more in mid cap and small cap. People say that when we invest in large cap, then we should be ready that if there is a crash in the stock market any day, then 10 to 20% of them talk about such a boom in the market that when a glass falls, then they say that there is going to be a boom in the market.

02. There is a surge. The glass fell [laughs]. So that's a big signal today. This does not mean breaking yourself by shouting [laughs] Sir, today many people are going to do this trial, it's okay sir, sir tell me, it's okay sir, tell me that just like we are prepared for 10 to 20% fall in blue chips, then for how much percent fall should we be prepared in mid cap small cap, because you have seen many bear runs, in which you have seen that many stocks go down by 30 to 50%, right now all the people I talk to say that Nifty has not fallen, Nifty is around just 5% hardly from their high but the point is that their mid cap small cap portfolios are down somewhere around 30 to 50%, sir what is the mantra for those people?

03. No, for this you will have to look at the data. You will not get it by just looking one way. You should see how big the index is between 21 and 24 or how big the large caps are and how big the small caps and mid caps are. If large cap and mid cap double, then small and mid cap become four times, five times, six times.

04. So the same pattern happens again. That equal law of Newton's third law comes into play here. So when the market falls, if the large caps fall by 30-40 taka, then by then the mid caps fall by 30%, 40%, 50%, i.e., they become half. Yes sir. I have many such employees whose two-thirds value gets wiped out in the bear market.

05. The one worth ₹100 will probably be sold for ₹5. 3035 will be sold. But that first 35 becomes 500. And in a bearish market, that Rs 500 note will become Rs 250 or Rs 525. So, those working in mid cap will have to understand that the rate of increase and decrease here is very high, which means it is painful.

06. So this is its pattern here because the shares are illiquid, so it does not take much time to rise, without liquidity it rises and falls, even then it happens like this, if you go to sell 5000 shares, you will get a circuit below 20-25%, so this is the pattern, in other words, mid cap, small cap are not for everyone, that is why the new investors who come should avoid them, whenever we talk to most of the investors, they say that they have only one complaint that I buy the stock and from the very day it starts falling.

07. Has this ever happened to you that when you bought a stock, as soon as the news of the stock comes in the market after hearing your name, that particular stock starts moving in the stock market. But have you ever felt like you bought a stock and it started falling, then at that time you revise your study, how do you stay with the conviction or get out of that stock?

08. No, it is like I have a coat, sir, that only two people in the world know the top and bottom. One to God and the other to liar. They know when the top will be formed and when the bottom will be formed. No one in the rest of the world knows. So I don't know either. So whenever I buy any shares, I do so with the understanding that suppose I bought it at any price and you can understand that it would have come in correct condition.

09. 30, 40, 50 taka might have gone away. One third value might be left which I told. Even at that time, if I take it, I have it in my mind that it will probably fall by 202% from here also. I never think that while buying any stock, it is the bottom. I never try to catch the bottom. I assume that 20% will go away from here.

10. And the other thing is that what I do doesn't necessarily fit with everyone's mindset. If I ever buy shares in mid cap or small cap, I do not count its value. Because I am like Abhimanyu. I know how to enter. I do n't know how to get out. So my position in mid cap is also a little okay. It remains in percentage.

11. So I will take it as per my wish but it will not be possible to take it out as per my wish. Because there is no liquidity in it.
