what we're trying to do here okay they put out they put in notices well what notices they comments on Twitter on YouTube that that what what what we're doing has no value that all all I did was take a $100 and and file a lawsuit let let me let me tell you shill something let me tell you sh something what I've done is unprecedented okay unprecedented and and it's more than $100 a law a lawsuit is a very expensive process okay it's not free okay it's not free before you even file the lawsuit you have to do your legal research and and Westlaw Lexus Nexus is not free okay legal research is not free you have to do your legal research and then once you do your legal research you have to put together your complaint and once you put together your complaint then you have to take it down to the courts and pay $540 in in Federal Criminal Court in order to initiate the lawsuit okay now once the lawsuit is initiated what do you think happens next you get the summons from the clerk of the court and now you have to pay a process server to serve all the defendants and sometime the defendants run so you have to keep paying the process server over and over and over again and once you finally get these people served they come to court and what do they do they file motions to dismiss and then you have to do more legal research and and and file more papers and it don't take 5 minutes to write a motion sometimes it takes hours sometimes it take days so all you shills that think that fing this lawsuit was some cheap Endeavor on my part it has not been an Endeavor it's been uh a labor of love a labor of love I I will say that but but but there financial responsibilities attached this lawsuit okay you know how many man hours I've put in you know how much legal research I've put in you know how much money I've put into this lawsuit so when you guys put this nonsense on on Twitter on YouTube that that I spent $100 and follow this lawsuit and that was it you have no idea what it takes to do a lawsuit and I'm going to tell you something else I was on the phone yesterday when the attorney from a major security defense law firm okay and he could not believe what I have done by myself with this lawsuit he told me that he seen teams of lawyers that couldn't get these guys to this level in the lawsuit and he said a lawsuit like this his team would have spent about $2 million already just to get to this point in the lawsuit and you know what else he said he said they never Sue finra they never sue the SEC they never Sue dtcc because they can't win okay now I'm not saying he told me that to discourage me but you think that I'm going to stop going after the dtcc I'm going stop going after funeral I'mma stop going after the SEC because he told me that of course not of course not but but I'm offended when when when when these shs put this nonsense on YouTube and Twitter that that that that this is somehow some Endeavor that anybody can do if anybody could do it they would have done it already you have teams of lawyers that that can't get this done that haven't gotten this far okay look at mmlp look at look at all the other lawsuits that's been filed over the last 3 years and none of them none of them got a trial date none of them got ordered to mediation the bottom line is this are we guarantee to win of course not of course we're not guaranteed a win but the Bad actors know that we are willing to go to court and fight like hell for a fair and transparent Market and even if we don't win the lawsuit they are on notice that we are sick and tired of being robbed and taken advantage of we're sick and tired of our Regulatory Agencies collecting their paychecks every week and not doing their job okay what we've done is unprecedented and like I said before they have so much control over mass media that not one media Outlet is even talking about this lawsuit and this is probably the biggest lawsuit when it comes to retail investors getting any type of Justice in the stock market and all you shows even if you don't like AMC this lawsuit is beyond AMC this this lawsuit could create a fair and transparent market for all retail investors no matter what company you invest in you think they're just naked shorting AMC they're not you think they're just naked shorting gme they're not like I told you guys in the previous video they nak it short a lot of companies the only one I think they don't make it short it is burshire haway but besides that they naked short all these companies and the reason they can do that because they are no real consequences
