Wall Street laughed when Kathy Wood bet big on Tesla. They called it a bubble. Today, Tesla is a trillion dollar empire and Kathy Wood a household name. Now, nearly a decade later, she says she's found the next Tesla. But this time, it's not cars. It's something far more personal. AI transforming healthcare.

Athy Wood believes the most profound application of AI isn't in chat bots or self-driving cars. It's in medicine, where AI, robotics, and genomics are converging to rewrite the very code of life. While Wall Street chases the hype around humanoid robots and AI software, she's quietly investing in a new generation of companies that could cure diseases once thought impossible.

Today, we'll look inside Kathy Wood's latest portfolio moves and reveal three companies she believes could spark the next trillion dollar revolution in healthcare. Let's begin with the first one. Crisper Therapeutics, CRSP. Crisper Therapeutics isn't just another biotech company. It's the pioneer that turned gene editing from science fiction into reality.

This is the firm behind Casvi, the world's first approved gene editing treatment capable of curing cickle cell disease and betaththalmia. Conditions that once meant a lifetime of suffering and ongoing care. But for Kathy Wood, the real opportunity isn't what Crisper has already achieved. It's what comes next.

Recently, Crisper unveiled early trial results from its invivo therapy CTX 310, a breakthrough that edits genes directly inside the body. The data was stunning. LDL cholesterol levels dropped by 86%, triglycerides by 82%, and all with no major safety issues. If these results hold in larger studies, it could completely upend cardiovascular medicine.

Instead of patients relying on cholesterol drugs for decades, they might receive a single infusion that permanently rewrites their biology to protect their heart for life. Kathy Wood clearly sees the potential. Arc Invest has been steadily adding to its Crisper position, making it the ninth largest holding across all ARK ETFs with more than $536 million invested.

What makes Crisper especially powerful is the convergence of AI and genomics. By using AI models to design and validate genetic edits, the company can move its pipeline forward at a speed that would have been unimaginable just a few years ago. For Wood, this is the essence of disruptive innovation. technology that doesn't just improve systems but redefineses them entirely.

Two, Pterodine Inc. While Nvidia designs the chips that power artificial intelligence, Pterodine ensures those chips actually work. Every GPU, CPU, and semiconductor bound for data centers, self-driving cars, or robotics must pass through Pterodine's advanced testing systems before hitting the market.

Kathy Wood has made Pterodine the 13th largest holding across her ETFs with over $328 million invested, and it's not hard to see why. Nearly 3/4 of the company's revenue comes from semiconductor testing, a business directly fueled by the AI boom. As demand for GPU skyrockets, Pterodine is positioned at the foundation of this new computing era.

CEO Greg Smith recently revealed that Pterodine is expanding its footprint in the high performance compute sector, especially in GPUs, which he expects to be a major growth engine. And beyond semiconductors, Pterodine is quietly pushing into other frontiers. Its acquisition of quantify phetonics has given it a strong foothold in optical testing.

An essential piece of data center infrastructure as tech giants like Meta, Amazon, and Google shift toward high-speed optical interconnects to handle massive AI workloads. Then there's robotics. Pterodine's universal robots division is repositioning itself in fast growing industries like logistics, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.

As AI makes machines smarter, Pterodine ensures those machines operate with precision and reliability. For Kathy Wood, Pterodine sits at the crossroads of automation and artificial intelligence, not chasing hype, but quietly profiting from every breakthrough in computing and robotics. It's the kind of behindthe-scenes giant that benefits no matter which AI company wins through Intellia Therapeutics.

If Crisper showed the world that gene editing is possible, inteller therapeutics is proving it can be scaled. This biotech leader is on a mission to cure genetic diseases with a single treatment and it's making rapid progress. This year, Intellia reached a critical milestone. It fully enrolled its phase 3 halo trial for NTLA 2002, a one-time gene editing therapy for hereditary angioadema, a rare but life-threatening condition.

Unlike current treatments that require regular injections, Intellia's approach edits the faulty gene the body itself, aiming for a permanent cure. Its pipeline doesn't stop there. Another flagship therapy targets transthreten amaloidosis, a severe heart disease that costs billions to treat annually.

Competing with drugs from Fizer and Alnolam, Intellia's therapy could offer a one-time lifelong solution. With topline data expected in 2026 and a potential FDA submission by 2027, the company could become one of the first in history to commercialize multiple Invivo gene therapies. Kathy Wood has already placed her bet with Arc Invest holding more than $177 million in Intellia stock.

Strategic partnerships with Regeneron add even more credibility and resources to accelerate its mission. What makes Intellia especially disruptive is its integration of AI. By applying machine learning to improve editing accuracy, minimize off-target effects, and streamline trial design, the company is redefining how medicine itself is developed.

As Kathy Wood puts it, this is where AI meets the blueprint of life. While most investors chase short-term AI fads, she believes the real exponential growth lies in intelligent medicine, and Intellia is leading the way. The next Tesla moment isn't in cars. It's in medicine.
