Global tech stocks are falling simultaneously; this is a signal. Is the cycle over, or are good deals just coming on sale? We'll take a look at three of the world's biggest stocks: Nvidia.com, Microsoft, and others – their stock prices are showing strong upward momentum. Is it a good time to accumulate shares or wait for the smoke to build up?
Let's start with the first one, NVIDIA or Nvidia. Many people might wonder why, even though Nvidia is the world's number 1 AI stock, its share price has experienced a sharp correction. The main reason isn't because business is bad, but because... The stock price has risen very rapidly, investors. Some of the capital was sold for profit, and the market became cautious.
It 's about short-term valuation, but if you look deeper... Looking at NVIDIA's fundamentals, it's clear that Nvidia is very strong, and the key to that strength is KUDA. KUDA is Nvidia's software and ecosystem that transforms GPUs from just hardware into AI platforms. AI developers worldwide have been writing models, systems, and training AI on KUDA for over 10 years.
Switching to another chipset would require rewriting almost the entire system, which... The costs and risks are very high; this is the reason. The result, which investors call a protective barrier for Nvidia's competitors, is Kuda, which also makes Nvidia's GPUs run faster. More stable in the real world because the AI and Cloud frameworks are optimized specifically for Kuda.
Simply put, without Kuda, Nvidia would just be another manufacturer, but because of Kuda, NVIDIA owns the world's AI ecosystem. The second stock may not be as volatile as NVIDIA, but it's just as important: BRCOM, or AVGO. Recently, AVGO's stock price experienced a sharp correction, mainly due to concerns that AI revenue might be concentrated among large clients.
How many include technical selling pressure after the price increased? It's becoming really popular, and there was one day... AVGO's share price plummeted by 11%, not because of collapsing profits or weak revenue. Because executives have stated that Los Margin may decline by approximately 1% in the next quarter, despite...
AVGO's performance in the latest quarter was incredibly strong. Los Margin was around 65-68%, higher than AMD and TSMC, and second only to Nvidia. And if you zoom in on their business, AVGO doesn't compete directly with Nvidia. AVGO is a company that handles the back-end of AI, specializing in network chips and infrastructure.
AVGO builds data center connections that world-class hyperscalers require because of its expertise in custom ASICs, or bespoke chips designed specifically to meet the needs of major cloud clients like Google Meta or Microsoft. This type of ASIC doesn't prioritize flexibility like Nvidia's GPUs, but rather speed and power efficiency.
Nvidia offers lower operating costs and lower upfront costs when running massive AI tasks in data centers. Therefore, if Nvidia is the brain, AVGO is the nervous system and infrastructure. AI connectivity is key, because in addition to specialized Shift AI, AVGO is also a leader in networking shifts, connecting hundreds of thousands of servers in data centers, which are the heart of large-scale AI cloud solutions.
Another key advantage that many often overlook is that AVGO doesn't rely solely on hardware. The company also has other businesses. The infrastructure is readily available and generates subscription revenue, which helps to create consistent cash flow and reduce volatility. The volatility stems from the chip cycle.
In short, BOTCOM is an AI stock for those who want to acquire one. Long-term growth from data centers without having to endure the high volatility of other AI stocks. The last one is Microsoft, a stock that many... People see it as a core element of the digital world, even though... It might seem like a safe stock, but lately the stock has...
The price is adjusting its base as well, the main reason being... The market is concerned about the very high levels of investment in AI and data centers, which could suppress profits in the short term. In short, structurally speaking, Microsoft is a well-positioned company. The ultimate way to generate revenue from AI is because Microsoft doesn't sell AI as a project, but rather embeds it into everything from Archer, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, to CPOT.
Microsoft's enterprise customers have very high system login activity and are ready. Paying more for AI if it truly increases productivity is justified; therefore, Microsoft may not be the fastest-growing AI stock, but it is a very stable AI stock. That's one of the best. Let's calculate the initial target price for these three stocks.
Starting with the first stock, Nvidia, the target price is easy to calculate. Okay, same as before, multiply the projected earning per share by the forward PE. For the first one, Nvidia Forward PE, we'll use three values derived from the averages. For Nvidia's average P/E ratio over 15 years, it's around 40x, and over 10 years, it's around 50x.
So, we'll use 50x as the aggressive approach, 40x as the baseline, and 30x as the conservative approach. As for the average earnings per share from the census in 2026, it's 4.69. We take 4.69 and multiply it by three PE ratios: 30x, 40x, and 50x, to get the target stock prices of $1418 and $235, respectively.
For 2027, the census gives an average earnings per share of 7.52. It's the same as before. Multiply it by three PE ratios to get the target price. The initial targets are the same three values: 226, 301, and 376 US dollars, respectively, based on our initial price targets. You can calculate it, and you'll see that the current price is close to the price of 2026.
Therefore, in the short term... The upside is quite limited. If the market doesn't expand the PE ratio for NVIDIA, its true value will likely be in 2027 or the following year. However, if earnings per share grow as expected, Nvidia will still have significant upside potential. Okay, so the key factor is the AI Infrastructure Cycle.
The more the market believes Nvidia is the core of the AI stack, the more serious the PE ratio of 40-50 becomes. Let's look at the second one, AVGO. The PE ratios are similar to Nvidia's: a 15- year average of around 40x and a 10-year average of around 50x. So, we'll use 50x as the aggressive case, 40x as the base case, and 30x as the conservative case.
The projected average earnings per share for AVGO in 2026 is $10.08 USD. Multiplying that by the three PE ratios ( 30x, 40x, and 50x) gives us initial target prices of $302, $403, and $504 respectively. These are the target prices for 2026. For 2027, the average earnings per share... The PE ratio is 13.88.
So, we multiply that by 3, then multiply by a PE of 30, 40, or 50 to get the target share price. The initial targets for 2027 are three similar values: 416, 55, and 694 US dollars, respectively, based on the target stock price. Based on our initial calculations, you will see that... In the short term, the target share price for 2026 is close to the scenario described.
Therefore, the range remains quite limited. The market isn't willing to let the premium increase. In the medium term, by 2027, if AVGO's earnings per share grow as expected, Asai will open [the deal]. It's becoming clear, especially in the case of B and C, the aggressive approach. A key perspective for AVGO stock is that AVGO needs to maintain its AI Infrastructure Story to support a PE ratio of 40-50 times.
Okay, let's move on to the last one, Microsoft. Microsoft's average 10-year PE ratio is approximately 30 times. We'll use the base CAS case, 35 times for the aggressive approach, and 25 times for the conservative approach. This means we multiply the PE by 25, 30, and 35 times. The projected Earnings Percent (EPR) for Microsoft stock in 2026 is 15.75.
Multiply 15.75 by 75 and the PE by 3 to get the price. The initial targets for 2026 are $ 3942 and $551 US respectively. For 2027, the average earning per share is 18.64 US. Multiplying this by the same PE ratios of 25x, 30x, and 35x will give us the target price. The initial targets for 2027 are $466, $ 559, and $652 US, respectively.
Let's look at the summary of the initial target stock price. Based on our calculations, Microsoft's current share price already reflects almost all of the market value in 2026. Therefore, the real AI market will begin to open in 2027. If the market still gives premium to AI, then Cloud Platforms at a PE of 35x, or in an aggressive market view, believe that Microsoft will be the long-term AI Operating Platform, not just a slow-growing Big Tech company.
Let's look at the analysts' perspective. Let's analyze the data from a conceptual standpoint. From Yahoo Finance, let's start with Nvidia. 8 out of 10 analysts recommend buying Nvidia stock, with a target price of $ 253 USD, based on the current price. On the day we recorded this program, the upside was 38%.
As for AVGO, 8 out of 10 analysts recommended AVTO stock with a target price of $454 USD. Compared to the price on the day we recorded this program, that represents a 25% upside. Finally, Microsoft was also recommended by 8 out of 10 analysts. We recommend buying Microsoft stock, with a target price.
On average, it's 622 US dollars. The upside compared to the price on the day we recorded the report was as high as 28%. As for the investment plan for investors interested in these 3 stocks: 1. Don't get too carried away. 2. Use a gradual accumulation method, buying in rounds. 3. Look ahead at least 2-3 years because AI doesn't finish its cycle in a short time.
Just one year and four months, track the actual financial statements and see if AI revenue is truly growing, not just relying on stories. In summary, today Nvidia is the powerful AI GR (Gross Production) provider, while BCOM or AVGO are the AI infrastructure providers. Stable and profitable, Microsoft's AI platform is the most stable in the world, undergoing a restructuring.
