Frankly, I'm just stunned by what we're seeing, and to be honest, many people are too. A lot of the people I interview have long since buried the S&P, the stock market, and it's a constant topic of discussion on my channel and others. You know, everyone says this is an AI bubble that's about to burst, but today we hit an all-time high, and it wasn't just a tiny bit of growth.
We literally broke through the resistance line. Yes, yes, I know, "astrology for men", charts, blah blah blah. Anyway, look at today's daily candle: from yesterday's close to today's close, we saw the S&P jump by 2%. This is a serious move for a major index like the S&P. We saw a similar increase in the Dow Jones Industrial Average.
It also reached an all-time high. The Nasdaq did not renew its all-time high, but also showed a significant increase of 2.59%, ahead of the S&P and Dow Jones. So what's going on, friends? This bubble continues to amaze us all. The only thing that comes to mind is that there is some kind of, I don't want to say "manipulation" , but printing of money, money emission.
The machine is running at full capacity, because let's look at the S&P in real terms. How to do it? We can value the S&P not by its nominal price, but by its M2 money supply. They continue to increase the money supply M2. Here is a graph of the S&P relative to the M2 money supply. So, if you take all the money printed and value the S&P in it, the picture looks completely different.
We are at a historic high, but it is not as significant as it seemed before. If you look at the S&P price of gold, it's not an all-time high, but we're seeing an increase from where we were a few months ago. This is based on moon candles. So it continues to fascinate everyone. Look at the M2 money supply, it looks like they're ready to keep the machine running.
Yes? So this graph actually looks like a movement from the bottom left point to the top right. There was a small window here, from 2022 to 2023, where we saw a small contraction in the M2 money supply. Again, a very slight reduction. But it just kept growing. And it seems like the pace is about to accelerate like never before, except, of course, during the COVID period.
You know, it's hard to beat that time when the charts literally skyrocketed. And they printed how many there were? You were at, say, $16-15 trillion in M2 money supply, up to $21 trillion. So, they actually printed a third of the M2 money supply at the time. So, there was an interesting column on CNBC today about Michael Bury.
Michael Bury bets against the rally. We are close to a significant peak and possible fall, like in 1987. Michael Bury has been playing for relegation for quite some time now. Uh, he's been making these predictions for several years now. Maybe he'll be right in the end , but let's see what he says here.
I continue to believe that we may be close to a significant peak and possible trough like in 1987. Uh, that's what he wrote in his Substack. The S&P jumped 1.9% on Tuesday, hitting its first record close since June. The first...Oh, the first record closing since June. Supported by stronger-than- expected corporate earnings and another drop in oil prices.
And you know , they go into details there, but that's actually the gist. He concluded by saying, "Again , I play for the downgrade, but it's not for everyone." Bury wrote: "I have to play for relegation, most people don't." So, Michael Bury is betting on a 1987-style crash. And the question I have to ask you guys , and I've asked these questions to my guests as well, is trying to sort of address the " herd instinct" of a lot of people, a lot of analysts in this field, when it comes to defining the peak, that this AI bubble is going to burst.
And eventually it will happen, but has it gotten to the point where it has become too big of a national security issue ? Oh, wow, breaking news. SoftBank jumps 10% as Asian tech stocks follow Wall Street's AI rally. Okay, we'll deal with that in a second. But in any case, isn't there too much at stake to let the markets fall?
And if that's true, does that mean the markets won't crash? They will try to support the markets, but unfortunately, in the end the markets will still fall. No amount of intervention, no amount of quantitative easing, no money supply injections, yield curve control, or anything else will stop what is coming.
Let me know what you think. Will they be successful? They will obviously try. We have midterm elections coming up in November. There's no chance in the world that they'll let the markets crash by then , right? Is n't that right? Write your thoughts in the comments below. I also want to talk about gold, but before we get to gold, and talking about AI and AI companies, let's see what this breaking news is.
I do it on the go. SoftBank soars 10% as AI tech stocks follow Wall Street's AI rally. So, it started. You are starting to see perhaps the final peak before the collapse. But I heard that a long time ago . Has this time finally come? So, Asian tech stocks rose on Wednesday after a record session on Wall Street fueled optimism about AI and growth stocks.
SoftBank shares jumped more than 10%. Well, let's look at Asia now. And we'll see what happens there. The Nikkei rose 2.97%. What about Kospi? Let's take a look at the Kospi, the Korean stock market. He also grew up at the opening. Right now. Just jumped 3.8%. You're still at the lows, but you've seen the Treasury Department intervene in the currency markets over the yen.
And you know, maybe this is the last push. So, yes. I also want to look at emerging markets. Emerging markets are doing something interesting. Because it's not just the U.S. stock market, not just these Western-oriented stock markets, but emerging markets , especially in the last, you know, several years, they've been moving from the bottom left to the top right.
Although we had a dip in emerging markets last summer, we are starting to move higher as well. Emerging markets have also been outperforming the S&P for several years now. If you look at the whole picture, if you look at emerging markets relative to the S&P, remember when this graph goes down, it means that emerging markets are underperforming the S&P, or that the S&P is outperforming emerging markets.
When this graph is going up, it means that emerging markets are outperforming the S&P. So, would you call this a breakthrough? Since 2008, the US market has been the undisputed leader on the planet. Emerging markets didn't stand a chance. However, since around December 2025, emerging markets have made a breakthrough.
And it looks like we are at the beginning of an uptrend in these markets, especially relative to the US market. This again raises the question: if everything is growing at the same time, is the S&P's growth really a unique factor? Is it a unique indicator that the S&P is rising and that American AI companies are really as great as they say, or are we seeing some kind of interference, and is money printing the real reason for this?
Is something going on in the background? Write your opinion below, because that's what shows you what's real and what's not. By "real" I mean something that actually moves in the real dimension. You have to look at the ratio. You have to ask yourself: compared to what? Yes, the S&P is at an all-time high, but compared to what?
With dollars that can be printed indefinitely? But relative to other similar instruments, let's say, like emerging markets , like this emerging markets index ETF, well, it tells a completely different story. So, this could be the start of a massive rally in stocks around the world , but you have to ask yourself: is this the final peak?
Is this just an artifact, so to speak, of the final printing of money? Because you also have this. This just came out today from make gold great in X. So the Bank of Korea is buying gold for the first time in 13 years. Looking at local stocks. Remember, KOSPI is not doing well, having fallen 40% in 40 days.
Now they are buying gold for the first time in 13 years. Interesting number, right? Interesting numerology, 13 years old. But before we get to the gold section, let's wrap up the AI topic by thanking today's sponsors. This is Iveda. Get to know them. A quick word from today's sponsor, Iveda. NASDAQ ticker: IVDA.
Iveda is a long-established, under-capitalized, and under-the-radar AI company that creates intelligent infrastructure solutions for cities, hospitals, logistics, and critical operations around the world. Headquartered in Mesa, Arizona, with operations in the US, Taiwan, the Philippines, Egypt and a new European hub in Madrid.
The company is actively transitioning to scalable software platforms and annual licenses through its ever-growing network of international dealers . On July 29, they announced a partnership with Premion, a leading European provider serving approximately 5,000 customers. This expands Iveda's presence in Europe and supports their strategy of converting global deployments into higher- margin software revenue instead of relying solely on large one-off projects.
Looking at the figures for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, revenue held steady at approximately $1.49 million. Shareholders' equity increased to $5.86 million, and quarterly net loss improved by about 33% to $533,000. The company entered 2026 with a solid cash position of over $5.6 million, stable revenue, and significantly reduced annual losses.
For investors interested in small-cap AI companies with global operations, improved financial performance, and a clear transition to software revenue, the Nasdaq ticker is IVDA. The link is in the description. This is not a recommendation, but, you know, see for yourself, guys. Now let's get back to the video.
Well , guys. Well, let's talk a little about gold. South Korea's central bank plans to buy gold refined domestically as geopolitical risks strengthen the case for diversifying reserves. OK. Is it finally beginning? You know, gold has been under pressure for quite some time, almost since the beginning of the year.
It has been about 7 months since gold fell from 5,500 to a low of 4,000, perhaps just below 4,000. So the question is , will we finally see a resurgence in gold, silver, and precious metals in general? Will this 6- month consolidation end soon ? Well, we have a little graphic analysis here, you know, " astrology for men," a triangular pattern, a descending triangle.
What's going on here? And it has been trying to form this figure for quite some time. You'll see that the two lines here, the support line and the resistance line, seem to meet somewhere around the end of August, maybe. I know my good friend Yuslink, we hosted him on the channel a few days ago. He expects that sometime this week or next, gold should reach a decision point : break through the support line or rise above the resistance line.
In my opinion, again, this is not financial advice, I'm not a financial advisor, but it seems like we have until the end of August before the lines cross here. But you are at a resistance level. But what's really interesting today is that it's not about what's happening to gold, and it's not about what's happening to silver, although silver is up today too, even more than gold.
Platinum, however, showed a large green candle, there is an interesting momentum from platinum. Platinum showed a significant increase of 7.75% from the opening to the high. It closed with a 6% increase. That's about $88 of platinum price movement . It's currently trading at 1730. And in the case of platinum, you see this clearly defined base right there.
There is a lot of price movement happening at this price level. And you draw a similar resistance line here. Maybe somehow. And you are also right at the resistance level. So what does it mean when you see platinum outperforming gold? Silver also outperformed gold today, as it did a few days before.
And not only that, I think the interesting thing here is that GDX, the gold mining ETF, has also started to outperform gold. where gold rose one percentage point today. GDX rose 2.4%, GDXJ 3.29%. This is your small-cap gold sector ETF . SIL rose by 3.69%, SILJ by 5%. So, more speculative names are starting to rise in the market.
You see it in SILJ, and it's a breakthrough. So when you start to see these more speculative, further down the risk curve assets start to outperform their equivalents that are closer to the beginning of the risk curve, like metals themselves. You have to ask yourself, are we going to see life return to the metals sector?
Let me know what you think. We will continue to monitor this. And as for mining companies, if they could get even better, it's from Tavi Costa at X. Look at this. This is simply beautiful. Gold mining companies have crazy free cash flow per share ratios . 15.6 This is a maximum we haven't seen. Look at this graph.
They just print money, these gold miners. So, it goes back to the old thesis. Look, I don't like Soros. I don't like his politics, but you know, you have to give even the devil his due from time to time. He said, "When you see that the premise is wrong, and you know it's wrong, that's what I'm betting on." Find the wrong premise and challenge it .
And if GDX looks like this, if it's sold off almost 33% from its peaks, you can buy GDX and many mining stocks at a 33% discount. Perhaps this very premise is false. Let me know what you think, guys. Are you taking this chance to buy more? Gold, silver, shares of gold mining companies, shares of silver companies, platinum.
Platinum is interesting. Prices for white metals are starting to rise. So, share your thoughts. There are many interesting events happening in the market. So leave your thoughts below.
