01. I I but I am I wouldn't be surprised. I think this is going to be one of the bigger crypto cycles. So, you know, I don't know if it means it'll happen before year end, but in the next 12 months I think ETH will have much higher prices But I think we have three priorities. You know, one is we're going to want to maintain our maximum exposure to ETH because again, I think Arthur's conservative in the sense that you know, in the past cycles Ethereum has gone up 50 times to 200 times.

02. So, let's say ETH goes up 25 times. That's 62,000 ETH. I mean Bitmain shareholders are going to make a lot of money just by us holding ETH. We also executed the largest buyback in the crypto industry ever, 21 million shares of 350 million. Tom Lee believes Ethereum could be heading into one of the biggest crypto cycles with prices potentially exceeding $10,000 over the next 12 months.

03. His bullish outlook is supported by Ethereum's improving network, growing institutional interest, and increasing corporate accumulation. Lee highlights Bitmain's achievement of accumulating more than 6 million ETH in just 15 months with much of the buying taking place during a bear market. He expects digital asset treasury companies to increase their crypto purchases over the next 12 to 18 months.

04. As these companies acquire and hold more ETH, the amount available in the market could shrink, potentially creating upward pressure on prices. Ethereum's corporate treasury holdings already represent a significant share of its supply. Lee estimates that these holdings could rise from around 7% to 15% during the current bull cycle.

05. If demand continues to grow while available supply tightens, Ethereum could benefit from a powerful supply-demand imbalance. Lee also sees opportunities in digital asset treasury companies themselves. Companies trading below their net asset value may offer investors exposure to crypto at a discount, while those trading above net asset value can raise additional capital to purchase more assets.

06. This creates a potential cycle of fundraising, accumulation, and reduced market supply. For investors, Lee's outlook highlights how corporate buying and institutional participation could become major drivers of Ethereum's next market advance. However, these projections depend on continued demand and favorable market conditions, and substantial price gains are not guaranteed.

07. Share your thoughts in the comments. And don't forget to like, subscribe, and share this video for more crypto market insights. Thanks for watching. Uh yeah, we we just crossed over 6 million ETH. It took us 15 months. Um most of it happened in the middle of a bear market. So, I think it's a pretty substantial accomplishment given crypto's basically been in a winter.

08. Um but, I think the next 12 to 18 months uh all of the dApps, not just E you know, Bitmain are going to really ramp up their purchases of crypto. So, I think the cryptos that have dApps are going to be the best performing because these dApps essentially buy the crypto and take out supply. The Ethereum dApps own a total of 7% of the supply.

09. Yeah, and I think maybe they people should sort of put them in two buckets. If a dApp is trading below NAV they're you're buying the crypto at a discount. So, in a bull market, you're better off buying the dApp. Because like, if you don't want to pay, you know, 85,000 for Bitcoin, you can buy it at 60,000, right?

10. Um but, the ones that are trading above NAV, and I bet you all of the dApps are going to go above NAV in this bull market then they issue capital and buy more crypto, and they take out supply. That dynamic is going to cause a huge move in price. I mean, I think one of the reasons why hyper liquid's done so well um many financial institutions are already giving uh explicit advice, you know, advisory recommended allocations, and it's anywhere from 2% to 10%.

11. If I look at the Fundstrat universe of institutions, maybe 5% or even 2%, meaning the vast majority of institutional investors have no crypto allocation. And it was the best performing asset in the third quarter by a country mile. I mean, Ethereum's up 65%. Tom Lee believes that institutional investors could become a major force behind the next crypto rally, particularly as digital asset treasury companies increase their holdings.

12. According to Lee, many institutions remain under exposed to crypto despite its strong performance, creating the potential for a significant shift in capital allocation. Lee points out that institutional crypto allocations can range from 2% to 10% in recommended portfolio strategies. While many investors still hold little or no crypto, he highlights Ethereum's strong performance, noting that it gained approximately 65% during the third quarter, while the S&P 500 remained relatively flat.

13. This performance could encourage institutions to increase their exposure as they reconsider their portfolio strategies. Another important driver is corporate accumulation. Lee expects digital asset treasury companies to accelerate their purchases over the next 12 to 18 months. As these companies acquire crypto and hold it on their balance sheets, fewer tokens may remain available for trading, strengthening upward price pressure.

14. Lee also explains that digital asset treasury companies can offer different opportunities, depending on how they trade relative to their net asset value. Companies trading below NAV may provide exposure to crypto at a discount, while those trading above NAV can raise additional capital and use it to purchase more assets.

15. This process could reinforce accumulation and tighten available supply during a bull market. Lee points to Hyperliquid as an example of how concentrated ownership and continued buying can influence market dynamics. If treasury companies continue accumulating substantial portions of a token supply, their purchases could contribute to sharper price movements.

16. For investors, the central takeaway is that institutional allocation and corporate accumulation may play an increasingly important role in the next crypto cycle. However, these potential gains depend on sustained demand, market conditions, and the ability of treasury companies to continue funding their purchases.

17. A month later, you know, we actually almost doubled in price. And we have all these moonshots. I think in the next crypto cycle, if it's about tokenization and AI and compute, we have a big balance sheet we could be leveraging oppor- From the financial institution perspective, that is really the next way for financial institutions to grow their profits because tokenization allows a bank, I mean, across the entire organization to not only be more efficient, but to transform the assets that they hold.

18. So, it's a big opportunity for the for the banking world. And you know, keep in mind, half of the economy is financial services. So, it is literally half of the world moving on chain. It's a big opportunity for crypto. And again, banks have tried to do private chains. It hasn't really created liquidity.

19. Well, you know, that's every every industry is competitive. So, I think we should we should expect it to be competitive. Crypto, first of all, is not competing with each other as much as they're competing with tradfi, right? And traditional systems. So, in some ways I Ethereum and Solana and Avalanche, they and even Canton, they're all really working towards the same goal.

20. And ultimately, they're going to represent, you know, the new financial system. But if you look at developer depth, it's it's not even close, right? They're Ethereum is probably close to 20 times the size of the next largest L1. And then if you look at staking diversity, which is really network security, uh it's incredibly diversified.

21. Um there isn't concentration, but again, if you look at the other L1s, you know, one entity might be 70% of the security. So, you know, is 70% of single entity being a secure part of the security budget, is that really a decentralized chain or is it centralized? So, I think it's there Tom Lee sees tokenization, artificial intelligence, and Ethereum adoption as major opportunities that could reshape the next crypto cycle.

22. He believes companies with strong balance sheets, such as Bitmain, are well-positioned to benefit from emerging trends in AI and computing infrastructure. Lee explains that tokenization could become a major growth engine for financial institutions by improving efficiency and transforming traditional assets into digital assets.

23. Since financial services represent a substantial part of the global economy, moving more financial activity onto blockchain networks could unlock significant opportunities for crypto. He also highlights Ethereum's advantage, pointing to its extensive developer ecosystem and diversified staking network, which support its competitiveness and decentralization.

24. Although competing blockchains, such as Solana and Avalanche, are gaining attention, Lee argues that crypto networks are ultimately building an alternative financial system rather than simply competing against one another. Ethereum's established infrastructure could give it a strong position in institutional adoption, tokenization, and the next wave of blockchain innovation.

25. Could Ethereum's dominance in tokenization and institutional adoption make it one of the biggest winners of the next crypto bull cycle? Share your thoughts in the comments, and don't forget to like, subscribe, and share this video for more crypto market insights. Thanks for watching.
