AMD I just saw a conference call for AMD and it was great but before we begin I want to talk about friends friends is probably one of my favorite childhood TV show of all time like I don't know it's I don't know I I don't want to give it a rank but I'm considering watching it from season 1 episode 1 all the way up to see like the very end of it again I plan to rewatch this entire series again because when I was little I used to love this show I mean I got so much good laugh out of it it was like one of my favorite shows on TV before the Internet so yeah this is one of my recommendations I don't want to give it a rank but it's it holds a special meaning in my heart so I that's all y'all ok now let's talk about AMD so AMD I just saw a wonderful press conference like a really really good press conference and it got me really excited and I'm calling it now I think AMD could be $20 by will be probably be $20 by the end of this year and I believe in 2019 it will be $30 that's right $30 day what am i what I'm about to show you is really really exciting and I see the stock potentially rising a lot higher than $15 right now so I just finished watching Indy at the comp protects 2018 right and I wanna share with you what is the most important points in this in this show or in this press conference the heavy metal end of the spectrum and so that's of course rising threat river record versus system I use at home so we we introduced regular prefers in August of last year and with it just delivered an amazing amount of performance to the market 16 core processor mazie performance ratings PC enthusiasts but actually anybody doing really high-end content creation and a great reception in the marketplace it was actually one year ago here today on this stage where I showed you the first glimpse of generation 1 thread member and I am very happy to be back one year later alright so generation two Red Rivers so just like the rise in second gen desktop processor that we launched just a couple months ago which had more performance or frequencies n plus four new features the second chance Red River will have all that same those same capabilities so first of all it will be based on our twelfth animator process technology or Zen + architecture this will bring more performance more frequency better boost of frequencies it will also have all those great second-generation features so that smarter better boost algorithm and will have a number of different versions by a generation tooth Red River but probably my my favourite feature for the the top end of the stack for the flagship processor my favorite my favorite feature is it'll have 32 cores that was of course we can't wait to get this to market I can't wait to upgrade my own system honestly so we're bringing this soon to market this will come to market in q3 of this year so you don't have to wait very long really excited about this not just again for PC enthusiasts but anybody that loves maximum performance actually drops in to the existing tr4 socket so the same socket for thread the first generation second generation uses the same socket a plug into the existing motherboards so the leverage that you hook that right 32 cores 64 thread new thread Ripper CPU that fits in the old motherboards that's III when I heard that my mouth drop I'm like wow that's cool now they're competing on intel on the Streamy high-end and they're kicking they're kicking intel's asked with 32 cores intel cannot offer something like this to the customers so when it comes to the extremely high add AMD just completely owns intel like intel does not have a competitor to this and so right there oh my god ami just kicked in taos ass on the high end and all they have all the the people who already bought the thread ripper and i'm in these first thing all i have to do is buy fred remember to drop it in and it's ready so this will cater to the high-end market and we'll give em the a really good name brand presence at least in my opinion and then I thought oh I got some more interesting stuff for you guys if you saw from David in terms of GPUs we made a bet on seven millimeter we made a bet that we need a great architecture and great process technology so now we've been able to show you the world's first seven nanometer GPU and what I will say is it's already sampling to customers now so we started additional sampling to our customers who are having a great time with it and most importantly we are on track to log later this year so we're extremely happy with how 70 nanometer is going and now David showed you 7 nanometre in action I'm gonna show you the 7 nanometre trip world's first seven nanometer of GPU with four stacks of each bm2 technology we are extremely proud of where we're going right there if you can just you can tell right this is AMD's new high end GPU and now MD won't let NVIDIA have the entire market to itself Nvidia basically MD is just positioned its new GPU just behind a new videos new I forgot the Volta architecture so Indy is completing an all cylinders they're competing with Nvidia on the high end GPU and they just dominate Intel on the high end CPU and this and that's not all she let's continue the video now one thing I must say for Scott because as excited as we are about the 7 nanometre Radeon instinct GPU for all of you gamers out there they are definitely bringing some nanometer PP years to gaming as well so stay tuned on that now I talked about leadership roadmap execution and that is what every single am deer's focused on so today I also want to give you an update on our 7 nanometers n 2 processors you saw Zen in Rison and epic you saw a Zen plus in 2nd generation rises we've decided in server because of the amount of innovation and time it takes to create these platforms that we would go straight to 7 nanometre tend to processors so today for the first time I can give you an update number one we have 7 nanometers n 2 in the labs and it's looking really good we will be sampling 7 nanometre epic very very shortly and we will launch in 2019 so today I would like to show you the first AMD's n 2 processor and the epic second generation now there's a lot we're gonna tell you about this processor we're not going to do it today go but you can imagine as we go through the amount of technology it takes to really pack into this step to processor there's a lot of technology in here and the most important thing is we're going to continue to push the envelope so you'll see that 7 nanometre epic is actually the same socket as the first-generation epic and we did this on purpose we did this because we wanted to make it very very easy for our customers to really take epic first-generation and migrate to epic second generations so we have a number of customers who are very very excited to take the 7 nanometre second generation epic into their labs very shortly so like that ok you saw that that is insane now in 2019 AMD it's just the they're competing with Intel in the silver market big-time big-time in 2019 and all the all the customers have to do that already adopted the first epics of it all you have to do is buy the chip and put it in and then it's not that much work you don't have to build a new system they don't have to get new motherboards you don't have to upgrade the RAM or whatever all you have to do is this by the epoch to on seventh Avenue and swap it what's the first one and then their server just upgraded big-time so Amy's just firing on all cylinders I'm telling you guys right now that I believe MD will be $30 by the end of 2019 or even in 2019 so it's very exciting times for AMD the company's recovering the company's firing on all cylinders I know that most of my audience are not tech people so you get this is all mumbo jumbo to you guys but I'm a big tech guy I'm knowledgeable on AMD and I see the vision of AMD and the company's not going anyway anyway this stock is rising I can see the stock $20 by the area if not higher so their exciting time for AMD I see big things for this company and we will see if I'm right in the future yeah like like I'm telling you guys now that this stock will be $15 tomorrow above high I'm making this video at 3:14 in the morning right now so it's pretty late as soon as I finish this video I'm gonna release it so to future updates
