Well, to filter these things for non-financial companies, especially Warn Buffett, it also requires that the return on Capital employee or RE figure is at least 12% and consistent.
The next criterion is small capital expenditure. Warren Buffett also likes companies that don't have large capex, which means he looks for companies that don't need to spend a lot of money to upgrade factory equipment or for research and development in order to stay competitive.
