What is this small company ? When will a company worth Rs 400 crore become worth Rs 4000 crore? You won't even know.
But remember, the only thing that can happen is that a company worth Rs 4000 crores becomes worth Rs 40 crores. You will not know that either here. Borrowing is also increasing continuously here. So see what is my first concern ? Talking about debt to equity, 1.26 means debt of around 126%. So here the dept is visible in large numbers. Ok? It is a small company. It works according to the depts only. And what is the negativity from the debt, if we see here, right now it was giving Rs 1 crore.
Now she is investing Rs 3 crore here on interest. When the results come, we will know exactly how much interest it is paying. So what is there here is that the interest will be seen increasing. So, if somewhere or the other, the sales or expenses of this company increase, then such a company immediately incurs losses and then it stops running for years.
So this thing has to be taken care of a little. Okay, right? Ah, around Rs 12 crore has been invested in working progress. Talking about cash, there is cash worth around Rs 11 crore. If we talk together, you will understand a little about promoters. Promoters were 75% were approximately 74 in September 2024.
Right now we're talking about holdings around 62%. So you can see here who is selling here, who is buying here. Okay, right? You will understand that. So whatever holding has been done here, you can see that it has increased from 30 to 35. Around 5-6% holdings have been seen increasing here with 5.5% holdings seen increasing here. So that holding has been taken by big people here. So you can see this thing here. Only 1000 people have invested in this company, 1032, so not many people have invested here.
Secondly, if we talk about it, we can see it here. If someone is buying or selling here, then you have to see those things here. Ok? So this is about the overall market. So see, you must be understanding one pattern that big people are not seen in large caps. Similarly, big people are seen in small cap, mid cap, micro cap stocks and money is made in such shares.
Money goes into these and comes into these as well. Okay, right? If this same company worth 400 crores becomes 4000 crores, it will multiply their wealth by 10 times. And if this same company worth 400 crores becomes 200 crores, or 400 crores becomes 200 crores, it will even halve the same amount. So, you should always remember this.
Big people invest in such companies. If you ever get time, you can check their portfolios. You can search on Google for Vijay Kedia Sir's portfolio or Mukul Agarwal Sir's portfolio or any of the big names. You will get an idea. No one is sitting with HDFC, no one is sitting with ICICI Bank, no one is sitting with Reliance.
There may be a little quantity here, but these big names will not be visible in their holdings. You will see names that you have not even heard of. And when you see a rally going on, when there is talk of 10 times or 20 times their wealth, it is made in such stocks only. So, you have to understand those things and you have to follow that process.

If the company presents good results. If some positivity comes from the companies then money will be made here. Secondly, look, I have tracked a lot of companies. If we leave aside one or two companies, then most of the companies which are of this type do not make money here. She only wastes your time.
Ok? She was seen roaming in the same range. Sometimes it will be positive , sometimes it will be negative. I have not seen money being made in such companies. Ok?
