michael brewery is at it again making crazy claims and predictions about what's gonna happen in our economy do you believe him what's up everybody my name is malachi and i'm known as the realest realtor i give it to you real back by fax today's video we're gonna go over the market crash that's supposedly coming again and again and again and again i don't know i mean i believe when i first started doing this research it started in about 2017 um which is four years ago five years ago and yeah the market is still going strong let's dive a little deeper for those who don't know who i'm talking about michael bury actually had a movie made about him called the big short he was played by christian bale and in that movie it just depicts how he predicted the 2008 market crash so don't get me wrong michael berry has been fantastic he's called a lot a lot of his predictions have been correct but a lot of his predictions have been wrong let's go back and start with 2017.
he predicted another market crash i believe it was starting in the stock market which was going to lead to the economy crashing again that was in 2017 and that didn't happen he also predicted in 2019 the index fund also known as passive investing was in a bubble and was also going to crash again in 2019 um it is tuesday the 29th of june in 2021 it didn't happen now most recently in april 2020 again he said a stock market crash was going to happen and i think again looking at my watch um hasn't happened and not only didn't happen we're up 40 percent so again don't get me wrong michael brewery has been fantastic and has made a lot of predictions he made a lot of money in 2008 when he again famously was recognized for claiming that the crash was going to happen and he was right but again just in these examples he was also wrong so his most recent prediction which was supposed to be which he tweeted about a week two weeks ago that here again the economy is coming down in a blaze of fire basically he tweeted out that people didn't say i didn't warn you about 2008 so here i am today warning you about the crazy the greatest crash we'll ever see in american history coming this year in 2021 but wait he deleted his twitter account shortly after which was just like last monday i don't know why i can't call him and ask he doesn't even know i'm alive or i exist so we just have to take that with a grain of salt i don't know why he deleted his twitter what his claims are or his claims true are they false again i don't know he's made some great predictions but also had some fails so i just look at the facts and i'm gonna bring those to you right now let's jump into the real estate market update starting with the city of lakewood lakewood saw 13 new houses go on the market 13 went into escrow and 18 sold as always these are in within the last seven days in total lakewood has 72 homes for sale city of cerritos they saw two houses go on the market six went into escrow and eight sold in total cerritos has 27 houses on the market moving on to the inland empire rancho cucamonga rancho saw 24 houses go on the market 23 went into escrow 31 sold and they have 152 houses that are currently for sale in the city of rancho lastly riverside riverside saw 72 houses go on the market 73 went into escrow and 69 sold as always that's all within the last seven days but the city of riverside does have a whopping 396 houses for sale currently so as you can see and check out some of the previous market updates i'll link some down in the description below so you can check it out if you follow the trend the trend is just getting better um the housing market is going strong this past weekend on sunday i took one of my friends out to go house shopping in cerritos and almost every house had tons of people checking them out and that's over the million dollar price range then i took some other people out in the four five hundred thousand dollar range and there was even more people i don't see a crash coming any night anytime soon and that's just my opinion for what it's worth that's however you guys want to take that michael brewery is obviously obviously more seasoned and more respected and and just has greater insight probably than i do since he did make a lot of predictions and made tons of money off of that i'm just here to bring you guys the facts if you guys have any questions as always please let me know i would appreciate a big thumbs up and a subscribe to the youtube channel really helps me out helps spread the word of the facts not just crazy news headlines i hope you guys have a great taco tuesday and i will see you next week you
