hello everybody I am recording this message on 4th of May 2017. I recorded a message last night this is about Tesla stock you can see it right here and when I recorded that video last night the price was somewhere here around to 310 dollars and today it gapped down and it kept going down and then at the end of the day it started to turn around a little bit so just to um you know refresh what I had mentioned in my last video I had said that even though Tesla was tanking last night after the earning results I still have you know my viewpoint of Tesla reaching highlights I personally think it's a great company to own and I also think that the chart patterns are playing out in a way expected so even though the stock is kind of tanking it's not uh unexpected if you understand the chart patterns so let me just uh you know refresh your memory from yesterday so I had mentioned that I see um an Elliot wave pattern here and I also had mentioned that these three lines are like important uh support levels for Tesla so the elite wave pattern was like this starting from here this is a wave one wave two Wave 3 Wave 4 and wave 5.
I'll also mentioned that once wave 5 gets terminated it will retrace back and it will retrace back to uh specific levels and one of such level was this area right here um this one or it could also go down to here it could also go down here so these three levels are important levels for Tesla and uh looks like you know um it is touched the first support level today um it could turn around but there's also also also a possibility of uh it going down a little bit further down here or it could be even here but I somehow think it's quite possible that it can stop somewhere around this area the reason being um if we go and extend this chart a little bit you can see that the price was going up here and then it stopped at this level and then it turned around and then it went up this time it was able to break it and then it was going up now it's coming down so it's uh you know it's quite possible that it'll stop somewhere here at this line because normally they say the earlier resistance weren't broken would become support so the price could come down and rest here before it continues its upward Journey so let me just go down a little bit lower time frame see if I see anything else um not sure but it could be possible let me try to maximize and explain what I thought what I'm talking about so one never knows but it could also be an Elliot wave um since I'm so fond of Elliott waves I'm seeing Elliot waves everywhere sometimes even if it's not there but let's just see um it could be a lead wave pattern in a 30 minute chart this could be wave one let me just correct it properly it could be way one it could be wave two it could be wave three it could be Wave 4 which would mean wave 5 is just beginning it could go down somewhere here if that happens okay the picture doesn't stop okay the drawing doesn't work that way all right let me just draw again um it could be Wave 1 and wave two we have three we have four and wave five could come down that's um that's a possibility if that if that is to happen and then the price could potentially stop in this area let me just go back to the daily chart it's quite possible that it could come down this area right here so we have to just wait and see basically guys um tomorrow we'll know if the price is going to go down touch this level and somehow turn around then it's quite a possibility that um it could continue it's uh path of work okay so that's all I have for today I just wanted to quickly touch upon this stock and show you uh what I think would happen all right I'll talk to you later guys take care
