hello everybody this is David Shire with stocker finance comm and today I'm going to tell you ten reasons why Tesla is the best stock of 2017 number one the model 3 already has over 400,000 pre-orders as that's pretty crazy it's estimated to bring Tesla around 10 plus billion in revenue in 2017 2018 and by the way the model 3 is expected to come out obviously this year of 2017 hopefully it does though stock if it in anyways it opens up testing on more middle class / lower middle class people and what I mean by this is because of the price range or the cost I mean of the model 3 is so much lower than there are other cars that this really opens up a lot more opportunities for new customers compared to where the other cars that they've had that the Model X and the S and such were a lot more pricey and is harder for you know middle-class people and you know people who don't have the money to buy and obviously to get them anyways let's go on number 2 here so Tesla own Solar City so some people say this is a bad thing personally I think this is a good thing in the long run Solar City is the leading company for residential solar power if you didn't know and basically I think it's good personally for multiple reasons and they're not all up here obvious those in the two but I think also besides the fact that it might be a small way on Tesla right now that they have a potential to bring bring in more revenue and such as the solar market grows because it is growing also it's a lot easier for Elon Musk I suspect to have it under Tesla's umbrella and not so he's not branched out as much it probably keeps a lot more organized and you can just have his you know have one team manage everything it's probably a lot simpler and I think that'll just help the organization of the company and Elon Musk obviously so if you didn't understand what I meant there I'm sorry but yeah anyways let's go on to number three power wall - so yeah this is pretty cool it came out this year it cost 1600 USD which i think is a little bit expensive obviously power wolf but I mean hey it's pretty awesome and I think the prices will go down and more people will be able to buy them later on anyways it completes the Tesla triangle this is something Elan musk is talking about in an interview and basically what this is is you have your power wall you have your Tesla and you have your solar roof or whatever you know and so this is kind of the triangle your trifecta thing you know you have every electric see that your house is basically you know completely an electric solar whatever you know cool well I don't even know how to explain it be that completes the triangle if you get what I mean anyways it allows for faster home charging and what I mean by that is you know you have your car right now you can take a decent amount of time for electric cars to charge at home when you just plug it into an outlet but plugging it into the power wall or whatever can you know really exceed or I mean not exceed that's not really right worried let's say it let's just say it makes the charging go faster yeah that's simple anyways so no other car company has a power wall like this and that's something you know a lot of these things I'm going to point out here are pretty unique and that's one reason I like Tesla so much is because of how unique and innovating they're compared to other car companies and as we can see I mean all these other car companies are really having to step up their game and they're all trying to come out with new electric cars instead shell is really cool you know concept cars have been coming out from other companies because they realized oh my god Tesla is kind of pulling ahead and that's something that you really want to see in the company is that they are making these other big guys kind of scared so number four very unique and I just said this here I was already talking about that but yeah so they're also the only electric car company the superchargers and also one thing is a little tidbit here is that non-test the vehicles may have to pay if we use the tesla superchargers and this is something interesting that dot about because because of this grid which i'm going to talk about in a second here and yeah here is so many supercharger stations so this giant grid here's all these supercharger stations Tesla or Elon Musk is trying to make this giant rig so you can travel from one side of the country the other country to the other side without any problems basically and that's pretty awesome to be honest that you can do that because that means it's pretty much the same as driving a gas car but electric obviously and supercharger stations do take about 15 minutes to charge your car but that's alright and what I was saying though is that cars that aren't Tesla's because Tesla owns the supercharger stations obviously Tesla could essentially charge a fee for charge for cars that aren't Tesla I don't even know cars that aren't tested I can use them off to look into that more but anyways I think that that could be very interesting can really change people especially now that they have this grid and except it's almost finished I think Weesa seems like it that could really change people's opinions on hey maybe I should get a Tesla instead of a leaf or whatever so anyways let's go on to number six here so the finances so the Tesla earnings per second is expected to rise now this is just according to analysts and people like that and I know I don't always trust the analysts I tell people not to trust them as much just because we you never the only person you can really trust when it comes to the stock market is yourself and your knowledge but anyways so the finances for Tesla people have people have very different opinions on this but I believe they're doing all right and the stock just reached an all-time high which is really awesome we could see a little dip or a pullback here we have seen a few little pull backs and we'll see what happens here in the next month or two right now it's about 306 I believe is where it's at anyways so the market cap also just exceeded forward which is huge this is pretty crazy this just show the Tesla is you know they're they're not they're not just some little you know car company off to the side they are they are a big boy you know they're up there these big car companies and they're really just taken over and we're going to we'll see what happens here but I think this is really good it's really creating competition in the car industry it was an automotive industry so number seven self-driving so this is really cool a lot of people come to Tesla for the self-driving features and people do can get confused it's not necessary with self-driving completely right now it's an it's a driver's assist and although I did say it's much safer there has been some crashes but just with all cars there's always going to be those incidences where there's a crash and I really don't think that's a big deal however for some reason Tesla crashes gets highlighted in the news you know because it's Tesla and there it's a new thing self-driving people get scared of new things anyways so as I said it's changing the entire car industry and they are getting pretty close to not having to drive at all especially if these new chips coming out from Nvidia and all these other places all these other companies that have been working on these you know computers and stuff for self-driving cars for Tesla which is a pretty cool anyways let's get to number eight beginning a factory this is awesome they expect to produce on 1 million cars a year potentially not necessarily right now but potentially or more that's what they could do and that's really crazy they also this also allows for Tesla owners to receive cars faster because it's much more efficient and produces more cars faster this is also a very good long-term investment I believe for Tesla because not only do they have this giant factory that's actually theirs now they can do more than just cars in section and they can build batteries they can really do whatever you want it's gigantic you can really produce a lot of things in it and we'll see what they use it for in the future so number 9 Trump is a fan so as you know the United States of America president Trump he does love the gigafactory manly of Tesla and Elon Musk is also on the Advisory Council for Trump but he loves the gigafactory obviously because of jobs and it's a factory so yeah jobs and anyways so this is just kind of I don't even know through this into the fun fact this is always good though the president likes her company that's always a plus and you know Trump's tweets I did make a video about his tweets affecting the stock market and he has tweeted good things about Tesla so that's a plus and that could actually help Tesla stock rise and help the company out which is pretty good number ten new ideas so Tesla always has new ideas everyone knows set hit they're crazy with ideas or yuan musk is at least and so they just kind of announced recently or they teased at a commercial truck to be announced in September and this is pretty crazy they also announced a pickup truck along with that and this is really crazy because not only are they just focusing on the luxury car industry and you know kind of the family I guess I guess we'll just say the family car industry either that's the model three that I'm referencing there now we have the commercial truck and pickup truck so they're really expanding and this is I think it's going to be very interesting to see what they do what they do with that how it looks you know what people's opinions are on it and yeah anyways they also have SpaceX I just put this on here because although it's not connected to the company I think it's SpaceX is really cool and yeah that's pretty that's only reason I put it on there is because it's cool and Elon Musk is connected to it obviously along with Tesla so well we'll see what happens there in the far future maybe SpaceX and Tesla will combine into one thing as solar city he has tested also more Solar City with it anyways the gigafactory - also I believe somewhere in here up I need to get my facts on that but I believe gigafactory - Elon Musk or yeah Elon Musk is saying that he wants to do that somewhere near up and he also said a Giga factory 3 I think that's a little much personally right now but that's just some ideas that Tesla have and I love how innovated and open they are about their ideas and this is something that a lot of other companies don't do that should do because it really gets your customers involved and really builds up the hype around your company which for a brand is
