Hey everyone, it's Julie here with Tip Ranks. Today we're taking a look at three stocks that tech analyst Dan Ies rates a buy. So, let's get into it. All right, guys. Welcome back. Thank you all so much for being here. Today, we're focusing in on Wed Bush analyst Dan Ives. Dan covers the tech sector and is well known for being a longtime Tesla bull.

He is making headlines this week after weighing in on Elon Musk's new political moves and making some suggestions on how the Tesla board should advance to which Elon Musk himself said, "Shut up, Dan." But Dan certainly covers a lot more stocks than Tesla. So, today we're going to take a look at three tech stocks that Dan and other Wall Street analysts rate a buy.

You can check out Dan's full list of stock coverage right on the Tip Ranks website. We can pull him up here in the search bar to find his full analyst profile where you can see his impressive four and a half star rating and a full list of his stock coverage, including all of his historic ratings on a stock as well.

If you enjoyed today's video, make sure you hit that thumbs up button and that you're subscribed to the channel. Let's dive right into three Dan Ies tech stocks.

First up, we're taking a look at One Stream. They trade under the ticker OS, currently priced just above $25 per share. They are slightly in the red over the past year, down 3%, but have rebounded recently, gaining 34% in the last 3 months. One provides a cloud-based corporate performance management platform designed to streamline financial processes for large enterprises.

Their unified solution supports financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics, integrating financial and operational data to drive better decision-making. The platform leverages AI to enhance efficiency, offering tools like predictive analytics and workflow automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual tasks.

Their latest earnings report came out on May 9th where the company posted both an earnings and revenue beat and said that they are targeting 20% revenue growth for 2025. For their first quarter, total revenue grew 24% year-over-year to 136 million. The company achieved record free cash flow of 36 million and saw their international business grow 40% year-over-year.

Following that quarterly report, Dan Ives did reiterate a buy rating but slightly lowered his price target. They shifted their price target from $40 down to 35, which would still represent an upside of 36%. They noted the company's Q1 results featuring beats across the board while raising their future guidance on the bottom line as the company looks to continue generating stable demand for its platform while current macro uncertainties continue.

More recently, just last week, an analyst from Goldman Sachs added One Stream to their US conviction list, saying that the company has an opportunity from its recent platform innovation to reacelerate growth off trough levels. Overall, One Stream has 18 current analyst ratings, coming in as nearly a unanimous strong buy with 17 buys and one hold.

The average price target comes in above $31, implying an upside potential of 23%. Looking at those recent price targets, they do range from an upside of 5% with the hold rating all the way up to 48%. Second on our list is a company called NICE. They trade under the ticker NICE or NICE, currently priced at $171.

They are ever so slightly in the green from the past year and in the last 3 months have climbed 15%. NICE is a global leader in customer engagement and workforce experience solutions delivering AI powered software for contact centers and customer service operations. Their cloud-based platforms such as CX1 optimize customer interactions by providing omni channel support, real-time analytics and automation to enhance service quality and efficiency.

They also came out with an earnings and revenue beat for their Q1 which they reported in midmay. They also announced some new strategic partnerships. They also saw their cloud revenue grow 12% year-over-year, now representing 75% of their total revenue. They executed the largest quarterly share repurchase in the company's history, totaling 252 million, and announced new partnerships with Service Now and AWS.

Back on June 20th, Wedbush analyst Dan Ies reiterated a buy rating with a price target of $200, implying an upside of over 16% from current prices. Following their Q1 report, we did hear some commentary from an analyst at DA Davidson who increased their price target. They said that NICE's new enterprise deal trends and partnership announcements support the firm's long-term thesis that leading CCAS vendors are key strategic partners to enterprises in an AI era.

And with 14 current analyst ratings, the stock does come in as a strong buy with 12 buys and two holds. The average price target is $27, implying an upside potential of 20%. Looking at those ratings down below, we can see Dan Ies here as one of the more recent. Our low-end price target is a hold with a downside of 6% and our highend comes in at 74% upside.

If you've made it all the way to our third stock today, then this is a reminder to make sure you hit that thumbs up button. Third on the list, we're looking at Progress Software. They trade under the ticker PRGS, currently priced just shy of $52 per share. You can see the stock has had some struggles this past year and are down 1% overall, dropping 7% in the last 3 months.

And you can see a recent decline. This was following their earnings report, which we'll get to in just a bit. Progress software develops tools for application development, data connectivity and digital experience management catering to enterprises building modern scalable applications. Their flagship products such as Open Edge, Sitefinity and Teleric enable businesses to create, deploy and manage web, mobile and enterprise applications with robust user interfaces.

In their last quarterly report, they did come out with an earnings beat and revenue that was in line with expectations. But as you saw on the chart, the stock did take a dip as investors were concerned about some declining margins and sluggish ARR growth. Free cash flow also came in a bit below expectations.

Total revenue did grow 36% year-over-year to 237 million and they did complete the acquisition of Newilla for $20 million to enhance their AI capabilities and increase their fullear guidance. It seems Dan Eyes was not too concerned with these results as on July 1st he did reiterate his buy rating saying that the company continues to invest strategically into aic and AI capabilities in its own products while integrating AI into operational workflows to generate greater efficiencies and improved cost management initiatives.

They continue to believe that progress software represents an underappreciated third derivative AI name as the company ramps its AI strategy through its acive mergers and acquisitions engine while driving cost efficiencies across operations by leveraging AI to drive profitable growth over the coming quarters.

The stock does just have four current analyst ratings, but comes in as a strong buy with three buys and one hold. The average price target comes in at $72, implying an upside potential of about 40%. Looking at those ratings down below, they range from an upside of 15% to 54%. So, that is a quick look at three tech stocks rated a buy from Wed Bush's Dan Ies and a strong buy among other Wall Street analysts.

Of course, Dan has a long list of stock coverage. So, head on over to the Tip Ranks website to check that out and let us know your thoughts in the comments down below.
