Hi friends, welcome to our channel Investing Win. Friends, I am very very sure that you must have heard the name of Ramdev Agarwal. He is one of the most legendary investors that we have ever had in India. You've rarely heard so much stress in my voice. The reason is that I value this person a lot. I have heard a lot about them.

I also got the opportunity to attend their conferences. I have also got the opportunity to listen to him live many times. And of course, I have heard him many times on YouTube and other social media channels also. I have followed his investment philosophy many times. Friends, despite being so legendary, he is so humble and the reason he gives for this is that the stock market makes everyone very very humble.

Because the market does not always remain in a bull run. So when bear markets come, we all become humble. And I can relate this thing very much to my normal life. Because the bear market teaches you many lessons in a very tough way. Ramdev Agarwal Sir has many such thought processes. There are many such investment philosophies.

If we adopt them in our lives. I bet we will never fail as an investor. He has seen a lot of ups and a lot of downs in his life. I have seen many bull markets and many bear markets. After seeing so many market cycles and finding so many super super super multibaggers, after investing, every year they come out with a wealth creation study.

I would strongly recommend that you read that wealth creation study as well. Today in this video I am going to discuss with you what are those thought processes or what are those past investments from which we can learn a lot. So friends, let us discuss here five such philosophies which are very favorite of Ramdev Agarwal.

It is very close to his heart and the philosophies which have given him very good extraordinary returns. Let us understand here one by one. The first philosophy that Ramdev Agarwal follows is that he says that he does not understand any market frenzy. What is the world saying bye ? What are you not doing?

I don't understand whose share is going up and whose is going down. I understand only one thing that I have to invest in high quality businesses. I will not compromise on high quality business. Even if its share has fallen, even if its share has run up, but I only want to invest in high quality businesses and that too in such businesses which have a very very strong management.

Friends, her obsession with this management is so strong that she says that the promoter of any business or the manager of any business is a non-negotiable parameter for me. The company's business may do as it pleases, whether it goes up or down, grows or falls. But I will not compromise on being a business leader.

So friends, his obsession with management got him Hero Honda, which today is known as Hero Motocorp. Imagine he purchased this share in 1996 for ₹30 and after 20 years he sold this share for approximately ₹2500. Meanwhile, this company also gave a dividend of more than ₹600. He was very strongly convinced about the Munjal family.

He was very convinced about his discipline, his business acumen and his business ethics and that is why he invested in Hero Motocorp. Imagine the value of shares worth ₹1 lakh that he purchased in 1996, after 20 years, its value became approximately ₹8.6 crore. Yes, you heard it absolutely right. ₹1 lakh worth ₹8.6 crore.

It beats inflation by a significant margin. So friends, the first lesson we learn from Ramdev Agarwal is strong business with high quality management. Friends, the second thing that Ramdev Agarwal follows is growth and longevity of business. Your business shouldn't be short-changed. You have a short term trading view on a company.

Ramdev Agarwal says, "I don't understand trading. I only understand one thing: If the business survives in the long term, I'll make money and leave." That's why, in 2003, when the telecom boom was just beginning in India, he understood that Airtel was a business that offered both longevity and growth.

He spotted Airtel in 2003. He invested ₹1 lakh, which turned into approximately ₹25 lakh in 20 years. He earned a return of approximately 25 times his investment in Airtel. So, if he invested approximately ₹1 lakh in Airtel in 2003, its value today in 2025 is approximately ₹25 lakh. Friends, the third lesson Ramdev Agarwal teaches us is to buy at reasonable prices.

He says that even the best company can be bought at a high price if you buy it at a high price. If he does, there's no benefit because valuation is a very important parameter. That's why he loves a falling market. Of course, it's negative for his portfolio. But I've never seen him panic in a falling market.

He simply says, " I'm waiting for the valuation to fall further from here," or "I'll start buying from here," or "I see a decent valuation here." I've never seen him fear India's growth story. For him, a reasonable price matters a lot. That's why he purchased ESH Mot at ₹900, approximately around the mid-200s.

Friends, at such a time, he felt the company was highly undervalued. So, let's take a look at the year around 2005, a ₹900 stock. A stock that was ₹900 in 2005 rose to approximately ₹900 in 2017. ₹32,000. Imagine the motor has given him a return of 35 times. This means an investment of ₹1 lakh becomes approximately ₹35 lakh.

So, buy at reasonable prices. This also teaches us an important lesson: if markets ever fall, we should not panic. We must maintain our confidence in India's growth story, and in the long term, India will definitely deliver returns. Friends, I am not giving you any trading investment recommendations here.

I am simply discussing what we can learn from Ramdev Agarwal's life and his investment philosophy. Friends, the fourth lesson that Ramdev Agarwal follows is that patience and compounding are the biggest wealth creators. Time the market. Don't time the market. Time the market. A decent quality stock purchased at a good price.

It will never betray you. Provided its management is strong. So, friends, management is important, and at the same time, patience and compounding are also very important things. Compounding is the eighth wonder of the world. The one who doesn't understand this, pay this, and the one who understands this, earn this for the entire life.

Friends, last but not the least, the most important lesson that I learned from this gentleman is that he says that deep research beats any market noise. As of today, as I'm making this video, the Nifty is down by approximately 15-16%, the mid- cap index is down by approximately 22% from its high- and small-cap indexes are down by approximately 25%.

Friends, in a period where many people around me are discontinuing their SIPs, I see only one thing: that there will never be a better time to invest in India's growth story. Again, I I'm not telling you to jump into the market and start investing. Of course, talk to your financial advisor. Study annual reports.

Study the economy. We have many other thought processes and videos on this channel where we discuss how to select a good company. But do your research. This research will be very useful. They built Motilal Oswal's entire company on the premise that we will only provide research-driven recommendations.

Short-term trading recommendations don't matter to us. What matters to us is a long-term wealth-building journey for our clients. Friends, following this research, they, along with RJ Saheb and Rakesh Jhunjhunwala Saheb, purchased a share of Titan in 2002 for ₹10, which increased to ₹2500 by 2022. Imagine 250 They earned a return of around 25,000% from here.

Just because of this solid research. Friends, if you remember these five lessons, I can bet you wo n't need anything else in this investment journey. You should always remember these five lessons, and whenever the markets fall, you should think about what big investors might be doing. Are they also panicking and selling their stocks or mutual funds, or are they accumulating more?

So, the next time the markets fall, you don't have to panic. You just have to think about all these investors and what they might be doing. By thinking about them, we can also make our long-term wealth creation journey successful. So friends, what were these five lessons that we learned? Please mention them in the comments.

We will appreciate the comments of those of you who accurately describe these five lessons. I'll pin it. Thank you so much guys. See you in the next video. Bye-bye. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risk. Read all the related documents carefully before investing.
