So in this video, I will explain all the setups of the second week of June and what was the logic behind them, what strategy was used, so watch this video carefully. First of all, let's go to Friday, June 14th. So, what is the first setup formed in this? As soon as the market opens, for no reason, it shows a fall, after that what does the market do?
It takes resistance once, but does not go down. The second time it takes resistance, it does not go down. It takes resistance the third time also, but does not go down. But if the market has to go down, keep in mind that if it has to go down or up, then it immediately bounces once or twice. So this means that it is now asking the retailers to come in, so we could have made an entry here.
Okay, what does the market do after that? After forming a green candle again, it shows a fall again to remove the retailers, but it does not fall. The second time it shows a fall, it does not fall and in the third time it forms a W and goes up. Okay, this thing has to be kept in mind if the market had to go in at once.
The second time, it moves down, forming a huge bundle. It immediately touches here, then stops and then goes down. Okay, we have to observe this behavior and write it down in our notebook. After that, we could have made a trade here because I explained the concept that the market tries to go back to the place from where it fell.
And why does the market do this to make a pending trade? Because those who sold from here, their stop loss should be at least up to this point. They will exit only when the market reaches this point again. Okay, so what does the market do after this? It remains sideways the whole day. There is no setup, no proper setup all day.
And such a premium is very dangerous. One can get trapped in it if you want a setup for scalping. So, what is the market doing? It is being called on support. After breaking the day's high, the day's high is broken. Retailers are coming in, trying to remove everyone in a break. Okay, so we could have made an entry here, but we will have to make a quick entry and a quick exit.
Okay, because as long as the behavior of the premium As long as this continues, the market is going to cause a lot of problems. After Budget Day, if the market takes a direction, either upwards permanently or downwards, and the chances are for a downward trend. If the market takes a direction, it will move downwards, forming a structure like this.
However, if a setup is cleverly created, if there is movement in the premium, then it is fine, otherwise I will have to endure this. What does the market do here? Taking the resistance of the day's high, the market is calling the sellers to sell, sell, and sell again and again. From here, at the resistance, there is a very sharp spike in the premium at one time, in the breakout.
And if I checked the premium chart, then the spike here is very dangerous. A premium of at least two is reached in 202 seconds, within two minutes. Now let's move on to Thursday's setup. What setups are formed on Thursday? This is a real danger sign. If the market is behaving like this as soon as it opens, no such setup is being formed.
What do I do if If this were happening, I would first enter here with my capital. Okay, I would observe the behavior of the premium. I would ignore it and try to exit immediately. If I did n't see normal behavior in the premium, okay? Then what would I do? I would sit and observe the market. Are the setups forming like this?
So what is the market doing? It's moving sideways. It's falling and falling all day. Every red, green, red, green candle is not forming in any direction. So I would try to avoid this day because this day is the reason for the real loss. Setups formed don't work. This thing has to be observed. You have to be an option buyer, option buyer.
Right now, the time is not working. It will come again, like India VIX will reach a high and something will happen on Budget Day. Okay, then comes this day. What does the market do on this? It's June 12th. Okay, and this is probably the Bank Nifty expiry day. Yes, what does the market do on the Bank Nifty expiry day?
It comes down. What does it do after that? It starts moving sideways. It starts consolidating, then it gives a breakout here, it goes straight up and let me tell you, if you had to enter in this, then this is a danger sign for entry because the market is in the air, that is, in the air, such setups are being formed, so this is a good setup, but it is being formed in the air, it has a specific point, which if it had formed here, it would have been good for going up, but where did it form, after going up, it is doing this and this, okay, after that the market directly crossed the day high, and I can tell you from my experience, whenever the market directly crosses the day high, it definitely makes a spike, it makes a very good downside spike, at least it makes a spike till this point, okay, but I avoided entry at this point, after that my entry was at this point, and I entered here, but the premium did not increase at all, okay, then after that I had to look for a lot of sell- side entries here, not a single sell- side entry happened here, then I again made a very big red candle here because I knew this thing, if the market is directly crossing the day high, retail traders come there.
To remove them, the market definitely shows some behavior, okay, after that it remained sideways the whole day, there is a lot of loss in the premium because no setup works, only the market remains sideways, this thing has to be observed, okay, it is a very dangerous sign, anyway, this option brother, if any setup is formed after 12:30, if any setup is formed after 11:30 or 12:30, then it is formed at 2:46 pm, at 2:26 pm and at 3 pm, okay, these are the three rarest chances, very few setups are formed at that time for the option buyer, now let's go straight to Monday, it was probably closed on Tuesday, if we go to Monday, then the behavior of the market was very bad on Monday too, look here, there was a straight fall, there was a strange consolidation, it spikes, while spikes are hitting, the option seller cannot even enter here, in such a spike, the loss of the option seller is very sharp, then it fell from here, then it started going up from here, but if the market here If I had consolidated and broken it, it would have made a perfect entry and would have continued for a little longer.
But after that, I entered here and I booked a profit of ₹1500 and exited because I was sensing a risk here. The way the premium was behaving, what does the market do after that? It comes down again. After breaking the day's high, as I said, it spikes downwards and then consolidates upwards. But after that, after a single candle, it remains sideways the whole day and moves slowly the whole day.
So, this is an option seller's market. As long as this continues, there will be some risk in the market. Perhaps after the budget day, the market will regain its direction, either up or down. The chances of the downward trend are higher. If it takes the downward direction, you will get good trades.
