how's it going crypto Greg here what's going on my fellow Kryptonians hope everyone's well now in this video I'm going to share with everyone a Google spreadsheet that I've made so what's the reason that I made this well keeping track of my cryptocurrency portfolio has is becoming quite a bit of a challenge there's a few services out there that does this but nothing beats the flexibility of a spreadsheet I wanted something that can show me how much I've spent and how much I've made since I've bought my crypto without having to work it out myself every time I also wanted to work out a quick way to take profits based on ten twenty or thirty percent so anyway here's a quick explanation of how it works it's all in the Excel but quickly go through it so first of all you need to make a copy of this excel to your Google Drive then you must first install this add-on called crypto finance to install an add-on you just go to add-on as you can see I've already installed it but you can just click on click get on type with those finance as you can see I've already installed it so once you've installed that let's go and have a look at the portfolio so in my portfolio or this is just an example portfolio all you need to do is just fill in the light blue and green view that's pretty much it so I put in most of the popular ones btc-e th LTC and a bit of a bit of a Neil so it works in two currents it keeps track of investment in two currency one in USD and one in BTC so all you need to do is just enter when you bought it where which exchange which is it you know PTC and then amount bought the rate it was bought and then how much you spend it that's pretty much it that's all you need to do so then over here this is where the magic works as you can see this function actually grabs the rate to say this example in this example he was bought at three thousand dollars nice 4200 and it's gone up your investment total investment for all these has gone up spent like three thousand six hundred it's gone up five thousand dollars that's gonna total forty percent almost and then just to quickly show you what these purple cells are it's just easier way for me to keep track of I let's say if I want to make ten percent how much should I sell to break even so in this case I bought at the three thousand and if I want to make 10 percent three thousand three hundred and I bought I think one coin here so I need to sell point nine one of a coin to break even and that's how it works if you can see all these the formula there's a fool there's more functions to it just need to go to the this website this link for the full functions and instruction of the formula alright I think that's pretty much it so if you find this video useful please subscribe to my channel please give this video a thumbs up leave a like comment as well subscribe and share if you can this is crypto great signing out and thanks for watching
