Hello friends, welcome to Book Menu. Friends, Advanced Trading Rules is not an ordinary book. This is for those who are not into trading. I want to see it as a structured system. Here are five things I learned from this book. These can completely change any trader's processes, and once you understand them, every market move will seem like a predictable pattern.

Let's start with the first thing that comes to mind from this book. Every successful system starts with a new structure from the rules. Most traders spend time developing a strategy. But they do not pay attention to the clarity of the system design. Emery and Edwards say don't try to beat the market.

Map the market patterns. This means that before each trade, you must determine what behavior your rule is capturing. If the rule is based on a pattern that has been repeated over and over again, then the system will remain stable. But if the rule is based on a temple remove or excitement then it will fail in the next phase.

This is what the book explains. Every system has neem repeat ability. Your setup will be reliable if it has logic behind it that can give the same response every time. Therefore, strengthening the system is not just about finding entries but also about testing the conditions behind the entries. Unless you know why your rule works, you are not running the rule in the market.

This is the first learning. Make a structure, not a strategy, because a structure never breaks suddenly. That happens in the first week and the data already gives you the indication. Now before understanding the second point further, I have a request for you if you are not on the channel. Don't forget to subscribe to that channel.

Now let's move ahead. The second thing that has been repeated again and again in this book. That is, every role should be something you can measure. Emery and Edwards say that if a rule cannot be measured, it is just an estimate. Instead of being afraid of unpredictable ET in the market, you should know when your system might go wrong.

If you don't know where your loss pod is, you are playing exposure, not trading. The book teaches that behind every setup there is a share and a window. Meaning the limit where your rule stops working. When you qualify that threshold, your system becomes reliable because now every signal can be justified by data.

According to the book, no strategy is profitable if it does not have an error measurement framework, that is, the system does not recognize its mistakes without winning. The advantage of this approach is that you get clarity by separating yourself from the market. Now each candle becomes not just a price but a structured data set that tells you where the system is valid and where it is not – this is the second learning.

Make each rule clear enough that it can pass or fail its own test. Third, and perhaps most profoundly, the strength of any quantitative system lies not in its logic. It happens in his activities. The market changes every day and if your system continues to run with the same old setup, it will actually become outdated.

says Emery Edwards. Only those systems survive which keep themselves updated with data. This means verifying your parameters, filters, and triggers every once in a while. See if it still gives the same accuracy as before. If not, it's time for a change, the book calls it a calibration cycle. A process where the system asks itself three questions.

Is my rule working now ? Has my range changed? And is my signal still statistically valid? If the answer is no, the system is adjusted. This is where professional trading systems are created. Because now the decision is not emotional. Purely logical and verifiable. The system no longer tries to be perfect.

He keeps himself self-correcting. This is the third learning. Have the ability to evolve with the market, not defeat it. In the book, MD and Edwards make one thing very clear. Every system is designed for a specific environment. Meaning no role is universal. The mistake most traders make is that they want to run one working role everywhere.

They forget that the liquidity, volatility and structure of every market is different. Advanced trading systems are not about catching everything, but about understanding that it is better to not catch the story. When you know in which environment your rule fails, that rule becomes even more reliable because now you are operating from boundaries and not from laws.

The book calls this control exposure. That is, the system should not remain in position all the time but should only become active when the condition is cleared. This approach reduces unnecessary trades and increases the stability of the system. Every strategy should remain neutral in some aspects because not every market move is a profit opportunity.

From here the trader gets a new skill. When doing nothing is also an action. This fourth lesson gives balance to the system, not discipline. Because a system that tries to work everywhere will actually not work anywhere. Fifthly, from which ST processes does it come? Not by the result. The last principle in the book is very simple.

But its impact changes the entire thinking of trading. Amrin Edwards says every professional system optimizes the new process on profit which stands C. Meaning the result will never be stable. But if the processor is fixed then the long term outcome averages out and becomes constant. What makes a system successful is someone who does the same thing every day.

Follows his own rules in every condition and notes every deviation. This method is boring. But this is the reason why large systems last for years. The book explains that system consistency is determined not by profit but by variance control. If your equity value is smooth then that system is strong.

Even if its returns are moderate because smooth pride means that your methodology is stable even among nine. This fifth time takes trading out of excitement and into measurement. This is where the trader transforms from an actor to a processor. And the process itself gives you system level clarity. These five things make Advanced Fade in Groove not just a book but a blueprint that shows that winning in the markets requires structure, not prediction.

The first thing is enhanced by structure rules. Second every rule should be major force. The third system should evolve. Fourth, it is important to know the limits of every rule. And the fifth thing is that it comes from processes and not from results. If you understand these five principles correctly, trading will no longer seem like a puzzle to you.

This will appear to be a clear process. Please subscribe to the channel. Thank you very much.
