so this is kind of good news at first a lot of people read this and be like oh they're not going spac period because they just got money from somebody else that's not what i think that's not what i think at all in fact what if they're in the middle of a spec deal and they were like hey we need 200 million pipe we love you guys but we need 200 million more cash right up front right now and the spec was like dude we can't do it we asked our friends and they were like this is all we got they're like okay well we need the 200 right now so like we're gonna try to call uh uncle soros and see if he can give us a check for like 200 million is that cool and then after that we'll get the deal done that could be played out that way there's all sorts of scenarios you can come up with of why this happened but could somebody down in the comments name another spak that got fundraising right before announcement less that was like less than a month ish where they got got a fund like this and then boom they still hit and get us back and everyone's like see i told ya and other people like they just hit right this doesn't this doesn't tell us they're not going with the spat that is a hundred percent for sure tell me that company if you can if you can remember or know it um i think this is great though because it's showing that they're still growing they just want didn't want this 200 million involved in this back deal maybe this 200 million has been on the way for six months and the spat deal is still only a month into it or and they let them know hey we're getting 200 million yada yada they could include that in the evaluation because now pratera can say by the way we are worth more money what does that mean they want a bigger piece of the pie and they want to give up less
