Monday October 24th 2016 monac an update uh on the markets this morning it it's gone uh just after midday uh London time so about4 7 New York time or Eastern Standard Time so we still got uh a couple of hours just over a couple of hours to go to the official open of the stock market uh gold is trading 12 6450 uh down about $2 uh range has been quite narrow 1262 to 1267 uh the Dow is up 72 points at 18,22 up4 per.

02. uh there's news uh that uh while Zero Hedge sees it on the back of a merger news uh between like uh Time Warner and at while AT&T looking to buy Time Warner and also there's uh the biggest uh us discount brokerage TD amerit trade is looking to buy Scott trade for 4 billion so there's mergers and Acquisitions here and and that's uh driving the stock market higher I I don't see that you know being a big thing longterm we're still stuck in a range between 18,000 and 18,400 in the dowas since September 12th basically and uh we got a big day of course on on the 8th of November so I don't expect the market to the stock market to have much Direction uh what else silver is performing fairly well this morning 1765 that's up 11 cents so it's outperforming gold it underperformed gold last week uh the currencies are fairly steady they're a bit stronger against the dollar but uh only about a tenth of a percent I would say um Bitcoin uh had a good uh weekend and uh I think it's kind of stabilized a little bit right now we're we're just under uh 650 it's 64880 off the coindesk uh price and uh what else in terms of uh political news there's an interesting uh story on Zero Hedge uh and it says water gates Bob Woodward uh and I quote he says Clinton Foundation is corrupt it's a scandal but I don't know uh it seems like everything that uh is thrown at Clinton uh it doesn't gain much traction in the mainstream media but I think the alternative media is going to make a huge difference in these elections and social media as well um uh I read an article the other day that uh basically Trump if he's elected he's going to be considered the social media uh president he's got a lot more followers and uh likes and on all the social media platforms uh Den Clinton and they compare him to FDR uh who was the radio president back in the early 30s they compare him to maybe you know Nixon who became the TV president I think it was the first time they had debates on television live on television uh Nixon and JFK debates they compare him to uh Obama being the internet president and so forth so um yeah Market still very quiet um what else is there not much here in the UK uh there's not much news the pound still fairly weak uh 12241 it's up about 10 Pips but that's about it and um yeah just a quick update and uh so if you enjoy my videos please like them uh share share them and subscribe to my channel if you haven't yet if you like to donate there's some links Below in the description uh I accept uh Bitcoin I accept fat money still uh you can donate through bit gold as well and uh patreon uh take care and I'll talk to you later bye
