Hello, I am Basan welcome to Stock Market Struggle to Success. In Stock Market Struggle to Success, today we will talk about Big Bull Rakesh by wala. Rakesh wala was born on 5th July 1960. Rakesh's father was an officer in Income Tax. Whenever Rakesh Jinwala's father used to discuss with his friends about stock market and Rakesh Jinwala used to hear it many times and one day he asked his father why there is so much fluctuation in shares in stock market, then his father told him that you should read the paper and you will know.

Then Rakesh, after some time, again asked his father a question that I want to invest in stock market, his father said that now you do your graduation, after that do whatever you want to do. Then in 1985, Rakesh Jinwala passed CA in 1985 and then talked to his father and told him that right now I want to invest in stock market, I want to become an investor.

You can do whatever you want with them, but I have told all my friends that Don't do business by taking loan, he said yes and in 1986 Rakesh wala invested Rs 5 in Tata Tea, the rate of Tata was Rs 143 after a month and Rakesh wala made a profit of around Rs 5 lakh in a month, that is Rs 0.5 million.

After that Rakesh wala made a profit of around Rs 20.2 lakh from the stock market from 1986 to 1989. During the time of 1990, he used to do more business, he used to go to the company in which he invested and do analysis, after that he used to invest, he used to pick up those shares, he picked up the quantity, Sesa Goa, its price was Rs 8, the same stock crossed Rs 65.7 within the next three-four months and Rakesh wala earned a lot of money from Sesa Goa and then in the time of 1990, in the time of 1991, when there was VP Singh government, the Finance Minister was Madhu Dandavat.

I do n't know how I met Rakesh that this Finance Minister, who used to present the budget on 28th February and 28 days before that his wife said that install AC in your house, what did he say, let tomorrow's budget be presented and I will get the AC fitted for you the next day, now as soon as the budget was announced, Madhu Dandavat started the budget speech at 10 o'clock in the Lok Sabha, as he made the announcement for tax relief regarding the company, as he announced, their share which was around 200, it increased to 300, at that time, like today, when computers were not there, in those times, one had to go to the ring and do the deal, there people used to stand in the ring in A B CD and they would say bring it, bring that or from one side you would go to them and say I want to buy a particular stock for 200, but buy it for 200 but we will give it to you for 300, at that time There was no such computer for this, but the person had to buy the rate that was told by the person and as Madhu Dhat, who was the minister during the time of Madhu and Fana, whatever amendment he made, the rate of his city doubled on the same day and the next day he sent the entire city, he earned almost lakhs of crores from it and the same day the AC reached his house at night.

See, Rakesh used to do his studies and big people also kept in touch with him. See, every investor, if you want to invest in the city, invest in lakhs, crores, it is very important to stay in touch with a few people, from the company's director to the chairman, even the minister. Every year when the budget is presented, some amendment of the company is made in it, the big people who make the announcement get it a day in advance and invest, this is what Rakesh had, that is why Rakesh earned lakhs of crores of rupees in such a short time, as from 1986 to at least 2017, almost He had invested Rs 5000 to Rs 5 lakh in the span of 25-30 years.

He made Rs 41,000 crore in just 25 years. Now look at earning so much money in such a short time, that too by a man who was from middle class. He built an empire and the government put ED after him because he was such a man who had built an empire worth Rs 4,000 crore. They had put ED behind him to check from where did he get the money, whether it was in white or black money.

They checked the C&A and entries and found out that all his payments were made from white money and he went away after having tea and water. That Rakesh who was a completely honest man was not only an investor but also a trader. He is a long term investor. He is also called B and is also called the War Butt of the Indian Stock Market of our country.

Rakesh Bhawala was an investor as well as a trader and a long term investor. He is not a short term investor but a long term investor. He used to go to seminars and there he used to advise investors on how to trade, how to invest and how much to invest on a short term basis. He used to advise them to invest on a long term basis.

I will tell you a story about Raleigh, how he built an empire of Rs 5000 to Rs 41000 crores. This Titan Watches company, in the 1990s, his company was going through a bit of a bad time, that wave was coming and going in the afternoon, around 2003, and at that time, Rakesh wala had purchased at least 4.4 crore to approximately 5 crore shares of that Tata company, Tata Company Limited, at a price of Rs.

10 crore per share. I am talking about Tata Company Limited. The same Tata Company Limited later became 2225 after 10-12 years. Rakesh wala earned an income of Rs. 11000 crores from Tata Company, he still has it even today. At least he has a share holding of 5.37% or at least four to five crores. He does n't have much of it right now.

I would like to say that he is not such a person that anyone would pay Rs 200 for a share, but he used to buy shares for lakhs and earn lakhs and crores. Only then did he become such a big man. Rakesh was not a stockbroker, he also entered Bollywood and produced a film with Sridevi ji, English English.

After that he made a Shaat Kar movie. After that he made Ka Ki Ki Ka Sari with Arjun Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. But the film did not do so well at the box office. Still he invested in the film. Then Rakesh started Flight by doing an Akash Er. He is the promoter. He had formed his own company Star Insurance and Computer Insurance Company.

He has a 100% stake of 8 crores in it. He has at least a lot of stocks. You can go and check them. You just type this much and Rakesh will type his photo and whatever will come in the queue. Then in Apple, NCC Limited, NCAC Limited, his stake percentage is 13.9%, in these companies he currently holds shares of 5.37%, in banks like Indian Hotels, Metro Brands, Healthcare, Tata Communications, Tata Power, Star Health, Indira Gandhi National Insurance Company, Karwa Chauth Co-operative Bank and Jub Pharmaco Limited, Nazarana Watech and he has investments in many other companies.

You should check them, you will be amazed to see their performance, you will get inspiration. That is why I say that all investors should study and do it on a fixed term basis, just like this Rakesh Lal has built his empire. I want you all to also invest, build your empire by investing, just make your name shine, make the country proud. Now please allow me to leave. Jai Hind
