How did Jainsol Engineering loot Rs 262 crore from investors ? Shares 90% Crash Blue Smart Off. In this video we will reveal the complete truth of this scheme. So watch till the end. Hello friends, I am Sandeep Kumar and today we will talk about Jasol Engineering Scheme, one of the biggest market share market schemes in India.

In April 2025, SEBI charged Jainsol promoters Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi with fraud. The company's share fell from ₹1147 to ₹116. That means a total loss of 90%. In this video we will tell the whole story of this scam, the losses of investors and ways to avoid it. So let's get started without any delay.

In 2007, the Jaggi brothers started Jainsol Engineering. It was a solar energy company. The company went public through SME IPO and reached the BSE main board by 2023. Everything was going well. Jsol launched Blue Smart, an EV service to compete with Uber and Ola. But everything changed in 2025. SEBI investigation revealed that the Jaggi brothers used the company as their personal vault.

He diverted a loan of Rs 262 crore. Out of which a luxury apartment worth Rs 42.94 crore was purchased in DLF Camelops. Moreover, golf equipment worth Rs 26 lakh was also purchased. This money belonged to investors and lenders which was taken to purchase EVs. So how did this scheme come about? Jasol took a loan of ₹978 crore from the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India and PFC.

Out of which Rs 664 crore was for purchasing 6400 EVs. But SEBI found that only 4704 vehicles were purchased. That too for Rs 568 crore. Where did the rest of the money go? SEBI revealed that the Jaggi brothers diverted funds through cell companies like Go Auto and Valray. For example, Jasol gave ₹1 crore to Valray, which then went to Jaggi brothers' private venture Jasol Ventures, and the most shocking thing is that the company told the NSC that they had an EV manufacturing plant but there were only two to three workers there and the electricity bill was only ₹1.5 lakh.

What was the impact of this scam? Jasol's stock was crushed 90% and Blue Smart shut down its services in Delhi, Bengaluru and Mumbai.
