01. Alrighty, what's going on, family and friends? Cap table, cap table, and shareholder governance platform, and recent news, and I've got the man with the largest hat in the conference. We've got Boon Bergsma, the founder and CEO of Web 3 Industries. How you doing today, Boon? Excited to come out. We just announced that on the 28th of this month, we actually tokenized the equity in Web 3 Industries. So both our common and preferred shares are now on mainnet XRP Ledger, and we're going to be preparing to distribute those to the founding team and the early investors.

02. Tokenizing shares, we've heard it. Larry Fink himself said all equities are going to be tokenized, right? So we're really at the forefront of this, and we're positioning ourselves to offer our tokenized equity on some of these licensed alternative trading systems. I think you're going to start to see opportunities for tokenized equities in secondary markets that you're not going to get through a solution like Carta. I like Carta, by the way. I just like our solution better. Yeah, we've created a really cool solution. It's an e-signature solution. It's about proving liveness, that a real person is signing this thing. And that signature, as you mentioned, is tokenized as an NFT on the XRP Ledger and stored in that property's account to create that documentation: yes, this person signed the agreement, they're part of the LLC. This is a way that Dre is literally using this technology compliantly in the United States. Tokenized equity on the XRP Ledger. Yeah, it's already happening.

03. Meet Boon Bergsma, the man at the helm of Web 3 Industries and W3 SaaS, bringing cap tables, shareholder voting, and real-world assets fully on-chain, from fractional real estate to instant settlement, to even collaborating with me on the AI DLT Forum and tokenizing my real-world media. Boon is a great guy who's redefining ownership as we know it. This isn't theory, this is live infrastructure. You need to be in the room where it happens. 04. Alrighty, what's going on, family and friends? It's day two at the XRP Las Vegas conference, the largest XRP conference in the world, and I've got the man with the largest hat in the conference, Boon Bergsma, founder and CEO of Web 3 Industries. How you doing today, Boon?

05. I'm doing well, I'm blessed. Thank you, I'm thankful to be here. Yeah, I'm thankful to be standing right next to you. As I was mentioning, Decentralized Real Estate, DRE for short, is using the XRP Las Vegas conference. Let's talk about what you were discussing up on stage, sir.

06. Yeah, I'm excited to come out. We announced that on the 28th of this month we tokenized the equity in Web 3 Industries. Both our common and preferred shares are now on mainnet XRP Ledger, and we're going to be preparing to distribute those to the founding team and the early investors. And out here, I also want to feature some of the customers, applications, and clients using our platform, W3 SaaS. One I mentioned in today's presentation is a company called Decentralized Real Estate, also known as DRE. They're using our tokenization engine to do fractional ownership of real estate.

07. Wonderful. I've been watching Brandon answer so many questions from interested attendees about the possibilities of fractionalizing real estate. Before we double-click on that, let's go back to tokenizing the equity of your company. How revolutionary is this? Who else is doing this?

08. I wouldn't say we're the first to do it, but what we've developed with our W3 SaaS technologies is a platform some people may be familiar with, called Carta. It's a solution for managing equity and shares in companies. It's not a tokenized solution, right? But we've built a Carta-like cap table management and shareholder governance platform on the XRP Ledger. What's really revolutionary is that our founding team and investors get a segregated wallet on the ledger that holds their share tokens, and they can use that account and those tokens to vote on amendments to the company in a very transparent and trustworthy manner. So we're taking the cap table construct we know today and moving it onto a more sound, seamless, technologically based infrastructure underpinned by blockchain.

09. You mentioned Carta. They're a cap table management platform. What differentiates you, given they're not tokenizing their assets? What type of possibilities does having your assets tokenized and held in a wallet enable?

10. Absolutely. Two things are important to think about. When you do your equity on something like Carta, you're trusting your information to Carta's server, one server. You're trusting them to keep your information safe and stored forever, immutable. The difference between Carta and the XRP Ledger is that you don't have to trust our servers to serve your information. It's recorded on distributed ledger technology, replicated across multiple independent node operators. That ensures the reliability and permanence of the information. The second part of your question is what tokenizing shares will do. Larry Fink himself said all equities are going to be tokenized, right? So we're at the forefront, and we're positioning ourselves to offer our tokenized equity on some of these licensed alternative trading systems. I think you'll start to see opportunities for tokenized equities in secondary markets that you won't get through a solution like Carta. I like Carta, I like it as well. It's a very intuitive platform I was able to use relatively recently when exercising my options in private equity. We heard the CEO, Dan Siciliano, speak on stage today. But in that process, which maybe you can explain better, it was still manual. I had to send money into an escrow account, wait a certain number of days for confirmation that it was received, have it reviewed by the stock administrator, and then have the shares distributed, even though my money was already in escrow. I had to remind that third party, "Hey, you have my money, where are my shares?" Is all of that maybe gone when things are tokenized?

11. To some extent. If you're still receiving an off-chain transaction to settle these assets, there'll probably be some human intervention. If the guy's on top of things, he might get it done right away, but if he's on vacation, things take longer. The beauty of doing it this way is that if you choose to use stablecoins or on-chain payment solutions, these can settle instantaneously, and the back-end infrastructure can handle the settlement process. As soon as it sees your payment cleared on-chain, it can finish the transaction without human intervention.

12. Let's shift gears to fractionalized real estate. I know your time is limited because you need to get back to your booth, and I see a whole bunch of people wanting to learn more about Web 3 Industries. What opportunities are we discussing with fractionalized real estate, and what gets you most excited about it?

13. Something that has become really apparent to me during this conference, which I wasn't thinking about much with these guys and their DRE platform that we helped them launch, is that I originally saw it as a place where people can come and buy ownership in different properties and have a diversified portfolio of residential assets. What I've started to learn during this conference, just talking to people, is that a lot of families have shared interests in properties, and because of family dynamics they have a lot of problems managing governance and shareholders. Several people told me how cool and excited they were about using DRE to fractionalize ownership and make the governance process less complicated. What's really cool about DRE is you can own no real estate, come in, and buy one token for as little as $20 and become an owner of a rental property. Or if you already own properties and want a better way to manage them with your partners or family, or you want some liquidity from a property you have, you can sell some of your interest. You're talking to somebody who purchased one token on the DRE platform right here, Boon.

14. And that process was seamless. I even signed some documentation, which became an NFT on the ledger. Do you mind talking about the importance of that transaction?

15. Absolutely. One key thing to keep in mind is that there aren't a lot of regulations in the United States, but Wyoming is one of the most pro-crypto regulated states in the country. They have a Wyoming DAO LLC, and what's unique and cool about what DRE is doing is that every property on the platform is its own Wyoming DAO LLC. As a token holder, you have to sign an operating agreement to become part of that LLC. As soon as you buy the token, you're also presented a survey about how you want the property managed. That's important, so you're involved in managing the property. Back to your point about signing the operating agreement: we created a really cool e-signature solution. It's about proving liveness, that a real person is signing. That signature, as you mentioned, is tokenized as an NFT on the XRP Ledger and stored in that property's account, creating documentation: yes, this person signed the agreement and is part of the LLC. This is a way that DRE is literally using this technology compliantly in the United States.

16. Because of this process, does it eliminate the need for someone like a notary?

17. Potentially, in some ways, but depending on the use case, there might still be a notary involved. This solution could evolve to a point where integrated notaries immediately receive notification that a person has done this, perform some verification, and even do a third-party verification on-chain. But depending on your use case, if a notary is required, you'd probably still need them to verify this on-chain signature.

18. There are some virtual notary systems. It would be great to have them baked into your community or platform.

19. Absolutely, that's a very good idea. I'm here for that. It's going to be a 2% of Web 3 Industries.

20. Alright, before I let you go, how can those in the audience learn more about Web 3 Industries and follow you as a leader in the space?

21. You can go to web3industries.ai, and if you're interested in our tokenization technology, go to w3saas.com. I'll also copy those links in the description and comments below.

22. Boon, love you mucho. Can't wait to see you in Singapore next.

23. See you in Singapore, Ray. Appreciate you, brother. Love you mucho.
