Hello fellow traders, investment legend Warren Buffett's transactions continue to attract attention from investors. Just recently, news broke that he acquired more shares in Occidental Petroleum. The rising oil price is a driving factor here. But what if we could get in on such stocks early and become aware of stocks that Warren Buffett himself would approve of?

The hedge fund York Capital Management has already addressed this question. We offer you a pre-made template for stock rankings, our leading Kriener tool, to identify precisely those stocks that share these characteristics – stocks that Buffett has already bought and are currently making a good impression on the market.

All you need is the Monster data package to use the tool. Let me explain. In stock rankings, under the "Templates" button, we can also find Buffett's Alpha investment strategy. Everything is explained in detail here: Capital – where did it come from, how did it originate, and which employees were involved with it?

As just mentioned, the question is being addressed, and especially now, these stocks are known for this: buy when the cannons roar, when fear and panic spread through the markets, which we are now slowly observing. Many stocks have fallen sharply, but attractive valuation levels are available again.

Then they strike, and this is what has been examined: what common characteristics do they share with stocks on the market that Buffett has also bought, and some factors that play a role? For example, the quality of a stock. To put it simply, we always talk about quality stocks, meaning buying high-quality stocks in terms of profitability, growth, dividend payout, etc.

Peter adds: the main assumption here is that stocks with a high beta factor, i.e., those that move disproportionately more up or down with the overall market, are overvalued. Therefore, it's better to invest in Lohmar Stoxx, which usually then move towards the Hyper Stoxx and the rest of the market.

Therefore, Lob recommends following this assumption: safety, smart - big, that's what it's about. The point is that stocks with a low market capitalization can often outperform even the large stocks. Berkshire Hathaway now focuses more on larger companies. The value factor is, of course, also clearly a factor.

Loburg- to-market, meaning stocks with a high book value are preferred, which then appear cheap compared to the market. The return that the hedge fund has already achieved with this strategy is also relatively impressive. Every three months, the portfolio was automatically adjusted and invested based on the top-ranked stock.

A return of 13.84 percent per year was achieved this way. The maximum drawdown, especially during these market phases, was perhaps also interesting. During the financial crisis, it was 31.48 percent, which is 24 percent lower. Again, all of this is based on the S/PD500 index. Now, just download it to your tablet.

As I said, this description also includes a link where the strategy is explained in detail. We won't go through the individual points now; the criteria are automatically filled in for you, and you just need to click on "scan" below. The 1000 most heavily traded US stocks are now being ranked based on the factors listed above, according to their respective weighting.

A ranking seems to be created based on this, meaning the higher the stock appears. Farms, currently ranked number one and in absolute bullish mode, seems like a sensation, so the better the stock is. However, all these overall factors must be considered. For example, Farms has been running completely against the overall market trend for the past few weeks.

What is the reason for this? Initially, it's important to know that Farms is the third-largest poultry producer in the United States and manages relatively cleverly to offset inflation with price increases. This allows them to pass these effects on to customers and also demonstrates that, as a quality stock, they are relatively well protected from these inflationary effects.

If you want to take a closer look at the stock, you can simply click on the ISIN. This will take you to the visualizations, where, for example, you'll find our quality check, and there we can see, for example, that the stock is rated overall with Twelve out of 15 possible points are convincing, especially in the assessment.

The safety record currently looks quite good. Other exciting candidates that might also be quite interesting for traders include Wörz ex Pharmaceuticals, which we have just been looking at more closely in our live trading activities. The stock is now approaching its all-time high again. Wörz ex is a leading provider, or rather the market leader, of cystic fibrosis medications for the treatment of this chronic metabolic disease in the USA, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

This represents approximately 83,000 patients as a target group, 23,000 of whom are currently not receiving treatment. This also offers upside potential, and the stock has recently jumped, not only because the quarterly figures exceeded expectations but primarily because a competitor, who is also currently developing a competing product, experienced problems in the Phase 2 trial.

Therefore, Wörz ex can more or less now be expected to benefit the market. To conquer even further in peace, only at the beginning of 2023 will the app launch a new attempt with the clinical study, and successes have also been achieved with type 1 diabetes, for example. The goal is to restore the ability of patients to produce their own insulin with stem cell therapy.

This is precisely the problem for type 1 diabetics, that this no longer works. Exciting collaborations are also underway with Christoph Europa, for example, for the treatment of two blood diseases. This is also quite interesting from a chart perspective, and according to Paffett's Alpha, the stock is performing quite well.

You also have a bar at the top where you can move it to the side and then see, for example, the overall score again. Otherwise, as I said, the individual points are broken down in detail, each score on the far right, and the overall score is shown after which the ranking is determined. You can simply click through and get inspiration here.

Of course, Berkshire Hathaway is also at the top, no question, so that fits quite well, and everything they need for this screening, as I said. The Morningstar data package is easy to find at [email protected]. It costs €19 per month. The current package offers a very comprehensive range of features, and there's a video explaining the product's features in the video description.

I hope you enjoy exploring it and, of course, I wish you much success with your investments.
