Hi Everyone, there are 15 to 20 investors in India who have earned more than 1000 crores by investing in the stock market . In this video series, I will explain to you how the well-known Vijay Kedia, Rakesh Jhunjanwala, Dolly Kanna, Radhakrishna Dhamani and others select stocks and what is the secret strategy behind their stock picking.
However, we are going to discuss four points specifically in this video . In the first point, how can you easily find out which investor has invested in which stocks? In the second point, what stocks are big investors buying and selling in recent quarters? In the third point, it is better if we have a basic ROE of more than 15% and a ROC of more than 20%.
In this way, we learn fundamental analysis, but why do big investors buy companies with negative ROE? And finally, in the fourth point, what is the most common buying and selling pattern followed by big investors? In this video, I am going to discuss . So if you want free information to know where the first big investors are investing, you can use trendendline.com.
You will see the spelling on the screen . Look.com has a YA. If you search for this trendendline.com on Google, if you click on the superstars that appear above, you will automatically see the portfolios of big investors like Radhakrishna Dhamani, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Mukul Agarwal, Akash Bhansali, as well as Vijay Kedia, Poranju Veliyath .
So, for example, let's try to look at the portfolio of Vijay Kedia, who is known to many people . So I see Vijay Kishanlal Kedia here, I'm clicking on that. So, after clicking this, Vijay Kedia's portfolio opened. We can see in a table here which stocks he is investing in and what percentage he is investing .
Next, in our second point, we can not only look at these stocks, but also observe whether they have been buying or selling in recent quarters . To understand this, we can observe that if it is green, it means buying, and if it is red, it means selling . And just because it's plain white, it's probably being held as standard .
But what you need to know here is that generally we only know when they buy more than 1% of a company . If they buy less than 1% of a particular company, no one will know about such companies. So here in this table, we can also find out what the specialty is, where Vijayakedia has put the highest amount and where the lowest amount has been put.
For this, we can simply click on the holding value shown above and select the highest or lowest. Depending on this, we may be slowly moving down from the stock we invested the most in . We can easily observe not only Vijay Tedia's portfolio, but also anyone's portfolio, such as Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who is more famous than Dolly .
To do this, simply click on the superstars appearing at the top. And also, if you want to concentrate more on the stocks that these big investors are buying recently, here you have clicked on the Recently button in the table, which means that all the stocks that are shown in green color here are the stocks that these big investors are buying in the recent time frame, and also those that are shown in red color are the stocks that big investors are selling in the recent time frame .
So next let's move on to our third point . For this, I am opening Porinjo Wiliath's portfolio . So when I recently observed this portfolio, he invested in a company called Enax Digital . Actually, this is not the first time I've invested here, but I've recently bought more shares. So I went to the Internet and searched for the company shares of this Yanax Digital .
When I search like this, if I observe that we actually want to become multi-baggers, many people learn at the basic level that ROE should be 15%, ROE should be 20%, the company should be in good profits, profits should be increasing, we learn many things like this. But when I observe here in this company, the company's revenues are increasing but it is not profit-making, it is loss-making.
And in fact, this company's ROE also looks negative to me. And even though I observe the last 10 years chart, there is no growth in this stock. But if we go to the investor data of this company, Porinjo Veliyath continues to hold public shareholding in this company . However, I am not actually giving any suggestion to buy or sell this stock .
Otherwise, we will learn things like ROEROC, Debt to Equity Profit Growth at a basic level, but there is something else we need to look at. Big investors, however, do not follow this pattern. I'm giving this explanation so you understand that they're looking at something else . So usually, big investors like this actually study the business to analyze the company's growth .
So, when anyone, whether you or me or someone like Vijay Kedia, wants to analyze a business, we can find all the data we need very easily and transparently in annual reports. So if we click on Documents in the usual Gossip.in, we can view and download the annual reports of that company year by year.
We can easily understand it using AI. I will explain this in further videos . However, in the fourth point of this video, I said that I observed a common pattern. Let's discuss what the buying pattern of big investors is like and what the selling pattern is like . I am opening Vijay Kedia's portfolio so that you can understand it.
I have been tracking this company, Third Share Affordable Robotics, which you see here in this portfolio, for many years . Not only this business growth, but I also observed when Vijay Kedia bought and sold shares in Affordable Robotics . Let me show you a short demo to help you understand it . So if I open the last 10 years chart of Affordable Robotics here, when I go to the investors data, if we click on the public investors that appear below, we see that Vijaya Kedia has been selling this share since September 2023 .
But I want yearly data, so I'm clicking on yearly here . So actually, we see Vijay Kedia holding up to 10% in this company in 2019 and 20. Where is it growing by 13% in 2021. And it also increased to 14% in 2022. So if I look at it in terms of chat, his investment is around 100. When it came into the market as an IPO, it could have been in that range or he could have bought it pre-IPO before that.
But somehow in 2019, the company started to fall continuously from 100 . By March 2020, it had reached almost 50 . This means that the money he invested in that company has decreased by 50%. However, in reality, when the share price of Vijay Kedia fell from 100 to 50, that is, when it fell by 50%, no new issues were made in that company.
Similarly, if we observe further in 2020, the market continued to fall like this and fell to ₹20. That means 80% fell. Still didn't add it even then. They started investing after the market recovery started in 2021 and continued to grow in 2022 . So by March 2021, this share was back to around ₹90. And so it continued to rise, crossing ₹100 and reaching 120 and 130 levels.
So when we observe in the investor data, he added new shares in 2021 and 2022 . That means they did a fresh edition again after going to All Time High . He didn't buy the company's shares because he thought the market would take it down, or that it would be available at a 50% to 80% discount . When those shares recovered and reached all-time highs, they made fresh editions again.
After making these fresh editions, the stock rallied about four to five times. After that rally, they started selling the company's shares from 2023 to 2024 . And in fact, they are still booking profits on it until 2026 . If we observe, the share price of this company in 2023 is between 600 and 800.
Their buying price is in the 100 range for us, while the selling price is between 600 and 800 . So here they were able to earn 6 to 8 times returns. However, I have seen Vijay Kaidia do this similar pattern in multiple stocks. Otherwise, what I think is that if Vijay had obviously seen Kaidia's price, he would not have made this exit pattern or entry pattern.
They will definitely be looking at the valuations. Actually, this company's revenue and profit increased significantly by 2023 and 2024. But maybe Vijay Kedia might not have grown as much as he expected . That's why it might have been an exit . And luckily, that exiting pattern helps him. Because we continue to see that company's revenues and profits clearly falling in the coming years .
So clearly, Vijay Gediya is analyzing future business when investing or exiting . Next, I'm opening Dolly Kanna's portfolio to explain this similar part . In this, I tracked the entry and exit of shares of Tanu Prakash Pipesy . I will show you the details of it here . So, just like how Vijay Kedia booked profits in Affordable Robotics, I saw a similar pattern here in Prakash Pipes .
If I open Prakash Pipes on the screen and observe the last 10 years chart, Prakash Pipes has increased from the ₹100 level to ₹600 and then reversed again and is now in the 200 to 300 range. According to the investor data in it, it started entering this market earlier than Dolly in 2022 . They continued to edit it until 2023, 2024, and 2025 .
Then they booked its profit in 2025 . So if I open Prakash Pipes' all-time chart, we see his first-time entry in 2022. So clearly, this stock is at an all-time high near 170-180 in 2022 . So here we understand that Vijay Kedia or Dolly Kanna are trying to enter the shares at all- time highs more often than usual .
And the shares didn't immediately rally when they bought . They are consolidating there for one year and two years . The rally has been starting to take place since then . And as the rally continued, they kept making fresh edits . Then, when the rally stops, maybe I'll do fundamental analysis again .
If you compare the rally in that stock to the growth in its fundamentals and think it's overvalued or if you feel that growth will stop, then you're exiting those companies. Specifically, here at Prakash Pipes, if I observe, the company's profits started falling from 2025 onwards. So here too, they are continuing to do so whenever they are exiting, unlike Dolly .
They are exiting when the growth of those profits stops and starts to decline. I observed the same pattern with Vijay Kedia as well. So what is the commonality of this pattern? They have already selected the stock based on some fundamental analysis . But they don't buy when stocks are falling, they buy when they rise and reach all-time highs.
After buying, they held on to the company's profits as long as they continued to grow . But when the company's profits start to reverse and fall, they exit from there . And at the same time, if we look at the valuations or if we look at them from entry levels, we see that the stock is increasing from a minimum of three times to six times.
However, it is not true that all of these big investors follow the exact same formula; they may follow a variety of methods. This is one of the methods. But by now, you should have understood from this video that we can easily find out which stocks big investors are buying and which stocks they are buying recently.
But what else you need to know is what kind of fundamental analysis do they use for stock picking, what kind of business prospects do they study, and how can we collect information from free reports using AI with the latest technology? We will learn all these things further in the next videos. If you have any doubts about this video, you can ask in the comment section below and also if you find this video informative, and
