01. Yes. . They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Oh my God. What is happening? First of all, all these warnings from Wall Street make me nauseous.

02. 140% of GameStop shares were shorted. GameStop was in the short end. Short positions. We can't let Wall Street short 75% of the stocks. All these companies have been trampled in the mud. Thousands of shares in the mud. And when someone makes money, everyone makes a fuss. I have a boyfriend who bought a house.

03. Paid $15,000 and bought a house after decades of shorting like this. You have to accept that private investors are playing the same game as you, and now you are losing. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline.

04. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Oh my God. What is happening? They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Squeeze. Squeeze. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Buy on the decline.

05. Buy on the decline. They drove. Come on. Squeeze. Oh my God. What is happening? Online organizing has immense power. 2.9 million people can gather in a subreddit. They find it really funny that they can influence stocks and they go up and it changes everything so much . There are 20,000 people on Discord spamming rocket emojis and yelling "to the moon." A.

06. Oh my God, oh my God, they chased me. We 've been waiting for this for a long time. Nine [ __ ] years, baby. Wow, I had one kid when the Tesla Roadster was first shown. Your boyfriend Kevin had one child . Today, I'm still catching up with Elon, but I have seven kids, you know? Now I have seven. And we still don't have a Tesla Roadster.

07. And so many people are asking, "Kevin, what's going on here?" Why did we choose this specific time, 1955? 1955, my friends, is a reference, I believe, to Marty McFly inventing the streaming drive on November 5th. So something new—it's like a hint at the time 19:55, which in military format means 5:55 in the evening.

08. We are going back to the future. I don't know. We'll figure it out. We have a crazy ramp built here, and now every scammer on YouTube is spinning this nonsense. So it's going to be really interesting to cover this, you know , all these crypto channels are just going crazy about it right now. But we know there can't be a problem here because we literally have photographic evidence of five beautiful children eating dinner right now.

09. These are our babies, in case you were wondering. So we're happy to show you these babies right now. Look at these little models eating their apples . This is magical. But anyway, no, of course, listen, we're going to talk about the Roadster, which is 9 years late. He finally appears tonight in the Waco, Texas area, and yes, this is the same area Chip and Joanna Gaines grew up in in Texas.

10. This car was first introduced in 2017 and they initially postponed the event until about 2 weeks ago due to weather. And so a lot of people were skeptical, "Oh, okay. Well, what's the point of worrying about the weather? Well, there's probably some kind of huge ramp there now, and this event starts in about eight minutes.

11. And they built some kind of crazy massive ramp for this event. So we're probably going to see this vehicle that's supposed to fly over this weird ramp. I'm going to show you a picture of it now. So, I imagine Sawyer at the event is showing you a picture of the ramp, which is really interesting, because the information was that the car was supposed to spin in the air and then it was supposed to land flat on its wheels.

12. You know, I hope it goes well. But I guess the idea is that you flip it upside down and then somehow the jets spin it around. So I can see why you need good weather for that. So that's interesting. Someone says, " Kevin, did you buy on the dip?" "" Actually bought, yes ." So, this morning we sent out an alert.

13. In our alpha report, we wrote, "If the market bounces, Q's bounce at 7:15, buy."" Buy.' That was in our alpha report this morning. And lo and behold, it was like 7:15 and 43 cents, and we're like, 'Oh, it's bouncing.'" "We bought it. Six figures, baby. We're responsible for our words. We invested...

14. You think this pig is kidding? When we say we buy on the dip, I... a bat wrapped in a chain. Not really, it's actually wire. What do you call it? Barbed wire around it. It's a whole new level of diabolical. Of course we bought on the dip. Did we buy on the dip? It's like asking if a bear walks in the woods.

15. It's like asking me if the Pope is Catholic. It's like asking if water is wet. Either way, there's a chance of , quote, literally a " hit." That's what Elon Musk says. We'll see. Those are his words. There's a chance it's literally a hit . So we'll see. By the way, there's a lot of Back to the Future references here, which is interesting because the villain in my first TV commercial in 2013 was also named Biff, just like in Back to the Future.

16. ". So I'm personally really excited about this. I think it's pretty cool. So, 7:55 p.m., 1955 , the day Marty got to 1955, the day Doc invented the streaming drive. Anyway, the time jump speed was 88 miles per hour. We'll see if there's any hint of 88 miles when they go on that jump. Maybe 88 miles per hour, right?

17. And then the machine needed 1.2 gigawatts of energy to power the time machine. And the hidden teaser text that they advertised here is "where we're going." Which is also a line from "Back to the Future." We've also seen posts about it being time for serious business, you know. And Elon Musk also says, "outside of movies and imagination, time is everything." He's like literally just quoting "Back to the Future." And a lot of people thinks this flying car is a joke.

18. But the idea is that it's actually going to be suspended in the air somehow. So we'll see. I'm a little, a little nervous. You know, it's been a long day. But, you know, we always... let me wipe my face a little bit . But, yeah, this event is going to be really interesting, and it's supposed to start in four minutes.

19. So we'll see. Elon events are notoriously late. That's not a knock on Elon, it's just... you know, it's not like the Fed, where everything is always on time. Well, at least not with the printing press or the rate changes, but their meetings are definitely on time. I don't know. I'd rather be late so that they can raise or lower rates appropriately.

20. But, ultimately. Obviously, or maybe not so obviously, Tesla's reporting falls right on Back to the Future Day. Tesla's reporting is on October 21st, and Marty's flying on October 21st. 2015 in Back to the Future. So they literally chose Back to the Future Day for their earnings call and presentation.

21. That's going to be interesting. Of course, it's going to be a surprise presentation. They say it's going to be launched from a semi-trailer truck. So we'll see that presentation together. There 's footage here of, you know, the DeLorean, kind of a reference to Back to the Future. There's the truck. I want to see...

22. some people posted a picture of the truck. But there's a lot of people standing pretty far away filming, what the hell is this? Yeah, it looks like there's music playing in the background , and you can see some fuel tanks, and everyone's holding their iPhones. Well, we'll see. You can also see this interesting billboard, right here.

23. There's some incredible jets on the billboard from the back, it looks pretty cool. That's the center stage. The ramp in the back. So we're not sure if they're going to show the launch first and then they're going to do the narration. Will we even be able to book this car? Are we going to buy it? The information is that no, it's just a demonstration of the Tesla and SpaceX merger.

24. There was also a rumor this morning that we might hear something about a possible merger between the companies. Maybe yes, maybe no. That's going to be very interesting. But a lot of people are saying, "Hey, maybe Tesla and SpaceX are going to merge sooner than we think." I don't know if that's true.

25. But I do know that SpaceX needs a lot of money. And, you know, last week we saw the Broadcom, Oracle, Tesla raising money left the market in a difficult position where companies are probably going to liquidate because of all this chaos that's going on. And so, you know, when you're pumping money out and the yield is five and a half or five and a quarter percent, it makes the market a little nervous.

26. Let's put it that way . So, I think it's quite interesting that, who knows? Maybe we'll actually get something before we " screw" the price higher on one of the stocks and actually see the merger sooner than later to facilitate fundraising. I don't know if that's true. We'll see. That's what people are going to be paying attention to today.

27. So the event should start any minute now. So we'll take a look at the live stream. We'll turn on this stream, and while we wait, let's look at the other notes. So, it looks like the stream is starting. Let's go. Let's listen. Okay. So, so far it looks like, you know, old Windows flying around the screen.

28. The car is expected to have three engines, all-wheel drive, probably four seats, and a removable glass roof. You know, those were some of the first leaks of specs. But that was promised back in 2020. Of course, that didn't happen. It was first introduced in 2008, the original Roadster did 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds.

29. We know that the Model S Plaid, excluding coasting, does it in 1.9 seconds. Cybertruck Beast— 2.5 seconds. We expect it to be almost instantaneous, based on what Elon has said on shows like Joe Rogan. There's a suggestion that it could be a cold-gas-powered car, maybe 10 of these engines, running on super-high- pressure air in a COPV tank.

30. And it would only have two seats, because the air tanks replace the back seats. So you can get that acceleration. And there's a claim that they can actually, with 2.5 G's, do 0 to 60 in less than a second. So we'll see. Lots of delays every year. You know, we heard that hopefully next month, March of this year.

31. And last year we heard about the "most epic demo" by the end of 2025. And so, you know, it keeps getting delayed, but whatever. Here we are. Again Well, it 's not expected to be inside. The internal name for the cold gas engine block is A71. The car is expected to be too loud for people to be around, so you have to stand hundreds of meters away because they want to reduce the risk of hearing damage in the crowd.

32. We'll see. It's pretty interesting. In April, the prototype shown to Musk was, as they say, "not ready." And, you know, I've personally argued that a lot of the talk about the flying car is just a marketing ploy for the merger of SpaceX and Tesla. That's literally what I said on August 14th. You can fact-check it in the video.

33. I don't think you can buy a rocket-powered flying car for $250,000. Call me crazy, but that's the argument I made. I think it's more of a prelude to the phrase, "Look what our companies could do if they merged, and how powerful we could be together, right?" And so I think it's branding and marketing.

34. So their live stream started on time, but as usual, the event hadn't even started yet. This is very common for Elon's team. I don't blame them for that . It's normal. I'm patient. I even grabbed "Monster" expecting them to be late. And I was really tired earlier. So, I need to refuel with those harmful chemicals so I can stream for my followers.

35. It's okay. You know, another thing I learned today that was really weird? I didn't know this, but it turns out that if you're hosting or hosting a masterclass, it's not supposed to be one person, like a lecture or a lesson. It turns out it's supposed to be just a collaborative effort. I did n't know that.

36. I did n't know that at all. So, your boyfriend Kevin must still be learning something. But anyway, obviously we saw other teasers tonight: these four white jets from the engines, a full-width LED strip, and a sharper style in some of the car images. We saw a patent for an electric car fan. We saw four sort of ducted fans that would actually push the car to the ground.

37. You know, they should call this event "The Big Suck." That's what they should really call it, you know, "The Big Suck." It literally sucks the breath out of you. But that upward loop makes me think it looks like one of those Hot Wheels sets they sell at Target, which is pretty cool. But, you know, they closed the airspace over McGregor's site on October 1st.

38. I don't know if I'm still paying for a ForeFlight subscription, but let me check to see if the airspace is closed there now. It's McGregor. Uh . Yeah, no. I think it's over. It doesn't matter. Oh, wait, can I still watch? Oh, no. Oh, oh, let's go. Come on, Baby. Give me this. Give me this suck. Suck my breath...

39. Oh, there it is . Oh my God. This is a very impressive scene. Look at this beauty ... Oh, [ __ ]. I have to be careful with the sound here. If I put on too much music, YouTube will cut off my stream in the middle of the stream. Hello everyone. Hello everyone to... Well, wait. I think I'm a little bit in a hurry, one second.

40. One second. 4,000 acres. Thanks for having us here at SpaceX. Thanks to everyone who's here. And thanks to everyone watching us at the SpaceX rocket test and development center. Okay, the YouTube stream is faster. 4,000 acres. Thanks for having us. This is funny. The stream is lagging. Everyone who's here.

41. And thanks to everyone watching online. This is me. How are you, buddy? Where's Elon? We thought we were just... you know, It's been 20 years since Elon first introduced the Roadster to the world. And it was a really proven concept that proved that electric cars are a viable product , fun to drive, and capable of going long distances.

42. These are real cars. And look how far we've come in those 20 years. Yeah, I mean, honestly, the Roadster is the reason I came to Tesla. And I came here, and we had a master plan to build an electric car here, to prove that we could do all of the things that Franz just talked about, and then build a cheaper electric car that people could afford with the Model S.

43. And then we built the Model 3 and the Model Y. We still have our black Model S, which is great. SpaceX together. We put the Elons in orbit. Lauren loves it. And you can see it there. And you know, Starman is still out there somewhere . Amazing achievement. Yeah, space work. It's cool. But I think we should invite Elon to come in.

44. told us more about it . What do you think? Elon, come out to us. I can just imagine being at this event. I don't get invited to these things, but that's okay. I still enjoy hanging out here . The last time I was invited, I asked him about advertising. I guess we cornered him with advertising. So they're like, "Oh, we can't invite him anymore." I have a belt.

45. Okay, tonight you're going to see some crazy stuff. Like, we need an audience to prove that this isn't AI or SI. Okay. So you guys can tell people you saw it with your own eyes. Because what you're going to see with your own eyes, you're not going to believe it. Yeah. But you're going to see the results of the collaboration between the best car company in the world and the best rocket company in the world.

46. you're marketing. I told you, his second sentence was the first thing I said. This is the culmination of incredible work by Tesla and SpaceX engineers working closely together, to create something you've never seen in any movie. Better than any James Bond car. Better than... Well, I don't know. I've never seen anything like it, so, you know, when I pitched it to the team, I thought, am I crazy?

47. Well, I am. Maybe a little bit. That's right . Am I crazy? Not at all. 100% sane. So and then it just kind of unfolded itself, and we're like, "Well, maybe we could do a little more of this and a little more of that ." And I think what you're going to see here, by the way, is not guaranteed to work.

48. So I want you to know, I'm serious. Um, it probably will work. But if it doesn't, we're a safe distance away. Yeah. And the excitement is 100% guaranteed. So yeah, let's go, damn it . Did he just say LFG? You know the future is on autopilot, Elon , right? Yeah. But it's not an autonomous car. This is the last technically autonomous one for this demonstration, so we don't kill anyone.

49. Right. So, just in case. Uh, but this is actually going to be the only manually driven car that Tesla makes in the long run. Oh. You have to have some fun sometimes. Yeah. That's interesting. And if you're only going to have one manually driven car, let's, let's make the most of it and more. Elon, Elon had this crazy idea.

50. Uh, I don't know where it came from. It would be great to hear, but we said it in a crazy fever dream. Okay, guys, we have 10 seconds. Should we count down? Four Three Two One This came out of nowhere . Oh my God, look at these jet engines. I'm a jet pilot. I like jets. Take me aboard , Scotty. This is not a jet.

51. Oh my God. Oh, it looks good. It looks cool, man. It looks like the Batmobile. Oh, the light bar. Oh. Wow , that's cool. Oh, I like it. Oh, my God, I want it. Oh, look at the engines in the back. Oh, I , I want to buy one right now. Stop the show. Damn, it looks great. Oh, my God, the LEDs on the ramp, the overload, the pitch, the height, the downforce.

52. Class. What? What? What? What the hell, bro? It's up in the air. What the hell is this ? What the hell is this? What ? Dude, what's going on? I agree. I think it's got to be artificial intelligence. What? So what, does this suck? Does this suck? Are they going to do this over and over again? What the Oh, my God.

53. Wow, it worked. That was cool. Wow, man. Oh, my God . What? Oh, my God. Well, it worked. Oh, it dropped. Dude, It was a pretty hard landing. It wasn't a soft landing. The cars are real. Yeah. Well, uh, you know, my friend Peter Thiel once said that the future promised us flying cars, and instead they gave us 140 characters.

54. Well, not anymore. Exactly. Bro. What? This is not the last thing you're going to see, by the way. Oh my God. To do this, we have a suction system with a fan under the car that can create 2Gs so that the car can go uphill, and the rest of the technology we borrowed from SpaceX. Yeah. Wait. I mean, this car really sucks, you know?

55. It could suck chrome out of a towbar. It could suck a tennis ball through a garden hose. So it can go uphill . You might ask, how often do you want to go uphill in a car ? Probably not very often. But it gives you a real advantage on the track or in normal driving, because the downforce allows you to enter corners incredibly well.

56. You go through corners like you're defying the laws of physics because the car is so glued to the road. So the acceleration, the cornering—it's going to break all the records on the track. So. So, I think the last time we sent the Roadster out with SpaceX, it had Starman in it. And maybe we should check: did we put someone in the car, guys?

57. Yeah, I think Starman is going to show up. He seems to be going for a little ride. Any minute now. Yeah. So, here he is. No? Oh well. The only part that's not working is his exit . Oh, here he is. Okay, here he is. He's shy. That's cool. Great- looking car, man. Just to be clear, it's not a real person .

58. I'm impressed. It has, of course, thrusters and main engines in the back. So it can fly almost like a rocket. And it can do "barrels." It can do crazy acrobatic stunts. Anything you want, really. Now I have to say, it's not necessarily a safety-optimized car. Yeah. But it's an 11 out of 10 on the fun scale.

59. Yeah. But, speaking of the fun scale... Yeah. Want to try one? Let's try something different. Yeah. That was just a short flight. Let's do a longer flight. Oh my. Okay. Let's see what we've got. Oh no. Okay, let's see. Oh, there's the whole lineup. The Cybertruck and the other cars. Here's the Roadster.

60. Oh no. No. Oh, my. Oh no. Oh, that was cool. So this thing has so many accelerators that it can not only stay up on a drag, but it can also... look at this. I mean, I've seen a lot of things, but I've never seen anything like this. Wow. Tony Hawk would be proud. We call it a kickflip. It's over the Cybercab, Cybertruck, Semi Truck, Model Y, and Model 3.

61. I noticed they didn't include the Model X and Model S, which are obviously discontinued . And Elon is now saying that this will be the only manual car that Tesla will make in the future. That's illegal in all countries. And I don't think they mean the transmission. I think they mean the steering wheel.

62. That's crazy. to be the kind of car that anyone can buy. So it's going to be pretty wild to have a car with rocket engines. Yeah, to do that. I love it. We used rockets borrowed from SpaceX technology. You mentioned the high-pressure carbon tanks. I just want to tell everyone because I'm a fan of specs.

63. There are two of them in the car. They have a total volume of 600 liters. That's about 250 kilograms of air. And we have 10 nozzles to do all this work. And it uses an advanced ultra-high-pressure air tank. So the car can recharge itself your own air tank. So you don't need, you know, special fuel or anything like that.

64. It'll literally just pump air and do these maneuvers whenever you want. Wow. Well, why don't we show them the car? So. Should we take it out? We... because we knew the car would fly, the Roadster would fly, we looked to aviation for inspiration and decided to look to the coolest things that exist. The SR-71, the transformer cars.

65. And that led us to the new Roadster. Our beautiful... This is a really beautiful presentation. It won't be available for a long time, but it's gorgeous. I like it. I'm going to turn the music down a little bit now. So we have people here on the podium. Roadster T-shirts, fist bumps. Great doors, man.

66. Oh , but they don't close themselves. Man, see that? I miss that in the X, man. So now you can take a close look at the new Roadster. Thanks, Andy and Lamar. Our guys on the engineering team just Well done guys, making this happen. We see the car. Very simple. It's a nice, clean aesthetic. As I said, we leaned a little towards aerospace design.

67. Uh, it's a two-seater . I'll open it. Where is it? Uh. As you can see, two people got out of it. Yes, yes. At one point We also emphasized lightness, so the seats are built into the chassis. It's a drive-by- wire system. So we have the steering wheel, the brakes, and the gas—everything works by wire.

68. And when we move to the back of the car, here's the most interesting thing: you can't see it, but in the diffuser area are the engines, the fans, this is, so to speak, the " working" center of the car. But the car can transform, because we wanted to create a beautiful car that at the same time provides incredible downforce.

69. What? So I'll turn on the fans for you. Sorry, it's a little loud here. Uh... But as Elon said, this is a car should be the best for the driver. And to achieve that, we wanted to defy the laws of physics. We installed a fan system to get traction that could handle 2G-plus cornering and accelerate with traction that was beyond the capabilities of the tires, which typically deliver 1.26G.

70. 2G of downforce. We have two modes. We have a high- downforce mode, and now the car is in a low-drag mode. And the fan system also has two modes. It can downforce the car at low speeds for better traction, and at high speeds—we open the front and rear of the intake system to create even more flow under the bottom.

71. Wow. Yes, the rear wing has a variable angle, so it can dynamically adjust the downforce. And it will do that automatically, based on calculations of what you need when driving on the track. But, Elon, how fast did you want to go from 0 to 60? No I remember. Well, we have to get out of 1 second. Sure.

72. I tested it the other day. Can we get it on the screen, guys? Can we get the test results? This, it's really fast. Wow. It just shoots. We wanted to Wow. That's pretty cool. This is a really interesting car. second. Yeah, you said 1 second. Well, I said under 1 second. He really said under 1 second.

73. He said go under 1 second. Hey, guys, we have a car there, right? Don't we have a car there? Can you put it on high? Let's just see, let's try to get under 1 second. Oh no. Come on, baby. Ow. Do we have time? What time, guys? We were short on space on the field, so we had to cut it short, but do we have an accurate time?

74. Nobody started the stopwatch? Oh, well, you're welcome. Well, until we find out the start time, you know, I'll tell you this. Someone's going to be fired. You see the traction comes out of four engines faster than the speed of sound, so you see Mach impact diamonds. It actually creates over 80 kilonewtons of thrust.

75. Yeah, I mean, there's just cars, and there's a Mach impact diamond car. I think we've cracked the system. We did it in 0.17 seconds. Yeah, okay, that's 0.1 seconds. I think we'd destroy a human if we did that. Oh, there you go. There you go . 0.81 seconds. I think they just made it up. We'll do it, and we expect to be able to do better.

76. I mean, I like Newton's formula F = ma, as a = F/m. So when you increase the force and decrease the mass, you get more acceleration. So a production car is actually going to be better than that. Ow. So we're just going to be on the edge of not peeling the retina off the person in the car. Um, yeah. Well, this is the fastest production car in the world since 0 to 60.

77. It'll do a half mile in the time it takes other cars to do a quarter mile. Um, and I think that's really what we wanted to say today. What else do we have? Anything else? No, I mean... Top speed. Oh, yeah, yeah, top speed, of course. Yeah, yeah. Someone had to shout that out. Uh, yeah, yeah. Depends on your street, but it's going to be a drivable car.

78. And, uh, yeah, so we're actually going to have a next demonstration that's... or two, or two... or four... uh, multiples. So I thought, I don't know if it's possible or not, but some of you might know about Evel Knievel's attempt to jump the Snake River Canyon. Let's try that again. Oh, wow. And we thought that was crazy.

79. Yeah, man, that's going to look crazy. We're going to have to go pretty fast for that. Really fast. We're going to need acceleration. Yes, we need to get going. But yes, the car can go over 230 mph. I hope we can go even faster. Definitely a lot faster. Yes. How fast ? I think we need to get to at least half the speed of sound.

80. Okay. Okay, that would be Mach 0.5, maybe a little bit more. somewhere like that. Well, challenge accepted. Challenge accepted, sir. Yes. Where we're going, we don't need tires. 383 So today is the day we build the world's best flying car and the last driverless car. When do you want to offer it to customers?

81. Yes, that's a good question. We're starting production in 2028. Actually. Seriously. Actually. Anything else left? Yes. I'm sure, yes, I think we have one more little thing. So let's do it. Yes, yes, of course. Yes. Okay. Let's do the last one. Production cars that go on sale are very, very impressive.

82. 10 boosters or suction rockets , depending on the configuration. And it's phenomenal. What a cool demo. Production starts in 2028. I mean, it could even be the last day of 2028 , but it's still a timeline. In fact, production starts in two years. Now, of course, we've heard a lot of promises about the Tesla Roadster, what it's going to be like, what it's going to be like, and when it's going to come out.

83. It's been promised for nine years. But let's break it down. What does this mean for the stock? What does this mean for the company? So here's the thing. The Tesla Roadster event just happened. The Tesla Roadster is nine years late. And by the time it goes into production, it's going to be 11 years late.

84. They started the live broadcast at 7:55 p.m., which is a reference to 1955, the movie " Back to the Future." There were no people in the demo car , but essentially, there are suction engines installed. or fans that can hold the car up so it doesn't fall over when it's upside down on a ramp. Or if the car is going into a turn, they can help keep it from rolling over, even at high speeds.

85. Elon calls it not necessarily the safest car, but the most fun car. Okay. They also claim that this will be the only Tesla car that's going to be designed to be manually driven in the future. Now notice, they had to keep the audience so far away from this vehicle because at least right now it's too loud and would damage your hearing if you got too close.

86. The thing to notice is the distance from the stage to the scene. So we can walk here so you can see some of this in the footage. This is the scene. This is where the event is happening. You know, they show some extra footage of this Roadster that's supposed to appear. They do a little bit of narration.

87. And then they want to show the event itself. Here's the moment when the vehicle... You see, I Even the cameras are far away while the car sticks to this ramp and stays in place. You can see the downforce at the bottom left . 4700 kg of downforce when the vehicle is tilted 170 degrees upwards with the back straight .

88. Did you notice the little " Easter egg" there? 69 feet in the air. You could see it there in the lower right corner. 69 feet in the air—that's the height it held with a downforce of about 10,000 pounds, which is impressive. And then, of course, when we fast forward a little bit , we get to the launch itself.

89. The landing looked a little stiff. If I were a pilot, I would say, "Okay, yeah, that was rough." We kind of let him down a little bit at the very finish. But he landed. I don't want to sound critical, but look how far away from the audience it is, right? I mean, it's designed to be away from the public because it's very loud.

90. This is exactly what was in the information that leaked to us. They said: " Look, there will be no one inside." It will be remotely controlled. This is not an autonomous vehicle. Elon gave us a lot of references to Back to the Future, saying, " You know, the time is almost here. " Beyond the movies.

91. Beyond imagination. Time is everything. These are all quotes from Back to the Future. And what's remarkable about the next Tesla is how far away the audience is. I mean, it's far. You see, the auditorium lights are far back. And here is the scene. The stage is over there on the left. You can actually see this from a different perspective.

92. I'll open up another angle so you can get a little better look at the scene. But it's impressive because I don't know how they're going to make these accelerators not so loud. And that's a little problematic because I don't know how we're going to get this into production in 2028 . Now, supposedly, the vehicle is actually capable, and we've seen a timed demo, of going from zero to 60 in a second and potentially even in 0.81 seconds, which is impressive.

93. Here is a view of the parking lot where the ramp is located. So this is not where the audience was actually standing. It's more like a parking lot, and that's where they were going to make the jump. Here, please. This gives you a better overview. Okay, yes, here it is. You saw the parking lot when they zoomed in on the image.

94. Now you have a great perspective of how far that ramp actually was. I don't know how in 2 years they will make these 10 suction fans and nozzles transform. You can move them from what they call " high suction" to "high acceleration," which is very interesting. Elon had special words for it, but the idea is, "Hey, we can pin you to the ground during a quick turn." Elon literally says that this machine really " sucks".

95. They call it low speed suction mode, or they can go into high speed mode, which is high downforce mode, and they also have a high speed or low drag mode where they open the front flaps for these rear fans to create even more flow under the car. Engineers have stated that the maximum speed of this vehicle will be around 370 km/h .

96. Elon Musk said he wants to take it to Mach 0.5, which is 615 km/h. Not sure if this will happen, but it sounds really cool. So, the next trick is a jump over the Snake River Canyon, which is obviously a reference to Evel Knievel. This vehicle provides a 2 G overload, has 10 nozzles and 650 kg of ultra-high pressure compressed air cylinders.

97. Instead of two rear seats, you get compressed air cylinders. And they can recharge after a break, which is very interesting. So the main question is: will anyone actually be able to get this to work? My guess is no earlier than 2029. They say production will begin in 2028, but we know how they usually are with deadlines.

98. Historically, they have never been in a hurry to meet schedules . This is already, you know, nine years of delay, you understand? It all started when I had only one child. In 2021, Elon promised that the car would be released in 2020. This was the first promised year of supply. Then, due to COVID, everything was postponed for 12–18 months.

99. The deadline was moved from 2021 to the 23rd. It was moved from the 23rd to the 24th. Then they said it would be shipped on the 25th. In the 25th, they promised to hold the most epic demonstration at the end of the year. Then the demo was scheduled for April 1, 2026, which became a real April Fool's joke.

100. Then on March 17th they announced that something grand would happen next month. Eventually, during the April 2026 earnings call, we were told that the event had been postponed for another month . And then the show was supposed to take place on October 1st. It was postponed for two weeks due to weather.

101. So that's about eight delays already, right? So I'm not very optimistic about the 2028 target, but that's their plan. I can't imagine how they're going to make the sound so that it doesn't burst your eardrums. You may have to wear headphones while inside. But this is really cool. The vehicle looks great.

102. Let's take a closer look at the demonstration of the car itself. It has a steering wheel. Remember, Elon says this will be the only manually driven car Tesla will produce in the future, and that's actually exciting. After all, if everything is autonomous, then there are no interesting cars left , right?

103. As a jet pilot, I can say that flying on one is really fun. I also performed stalls on jet planes. You know, I've done some pretty sharp turns in jet planes. In short, we've already done everything a jet pilot needs to know. A rapid decline, whatever. This is really a lot of fun. So I think for the average person, if we could touch this or at least ride on the track, it would be a pretty cool attraction.

104. I don't know how this will be certified for roads, but it looks amazing. Well, you know, because I see a lot of people turning on those jet engines and blowing up the cars behind them. So, you know, we're probably going to need some kind of artificial intelligence with cameras behind it to stop you from launching it when someone's behind you.

105. I'm sure they can do it. I mean, now we can recognize vehicles using cameras. So I'm sure there are ways to make it safe. But they seemed to hint that safety wasn't exactly the top priority in this. That achieving a level of 11 out of 10 on the fun scale was a top priority . So, this looks amazing. Great car.

106. Again , the first demonstration of acceleration from 0 to 60 took 60 seconds. And then, during the next demo, they had a little glitch and nobody started the timer, but later they said, "Oh, it was actually 0.81 seconds." You know, I can see all the short-term sales people going, " Dude, this is complete nonsense." They promised us an event where we could actually buy the car, and it was supposed to be like the iPhone, like you pre-ordered it a month ago and got it two months ago.

107. But that's not what's happening here . I actually think this is just branding for the merger of Tesla and SpaceX. I said this in my video on August 14th, you can check me out. On August 14, I said twice that I considered this event a marketing move to show what technologies Tesla and SpaceX can achieve together.

108. And perhaps ironically, SpaceX needs to raise about $400 billion for its AI initiatives. And just because of the $40 billion raised by Broadcom and Oracle , which raised another $100 billion in about the same week, the market practically collapsed. This is too much of a drain on funds, and they need to raise 10 times more.

109. So my actual quotes, I wrote them down, on August 14th I said, quote, "I actually think this is about a flying car, and it's a marketing pitch for how SpaceX and Tesla can eventually combine their technologies." And one of the first things they said when they came on stage was, "Here's what we can do with Tesla and SpaceX working together." This Roadster, I don't know if it's going to be anything more than— I'm sorry to say it—but a product for the test track, at least for the foreseeable future .

110. It's a marketing pitch for the merger of the two companies, which is not too surprising, given that prior to this event, which was really impressive, there were rumors circulating that the Tesla- SpaceX merger might happen much sooner than expected. I also said on August 14th, and I want to remind you of this because sometimes people think I'm inconsistent, although I consider myself pretty consistent, so I'm just going to start checking myself.

111. On August 14th I said, quote, "You're not going to get a flying car with a jet engine or a rocket engine for $250,000." I stand by that and I'm not trying to be skeptical. That's not the point at all. The point is to say that this is fantastic technology, it's really cool, and it actually sells you a vision of how small vehicles can land on Mars or the moon, or get us safely into space and back.

112. That's what it really is. It's a video or a product from a test bed that's designed to sell us the future. That's why everything is like "Back to the Future." And I got bullish on SpaceX at about $132. We've documented that very well, too . We even bought some more SpaceX stock, so we own a stake at a $350 billion valuation, and then we bought another at about $135, because we have a support line somewhere around 132 to 135.

113. By the way, this morning we also bought the Nasdaq 100 dip when we made a prediction that "Hey, the Nasdaq is likely to bounce, or there's a good chance it's going to bounce at 7:15." If that happens, buy the dip. And that's exactly what happened. It bounced within 43 seconds of the 7:15 mark, and then we put in six figures and bought the dip.

114. But the cool thing is, you can always get our alerts when we do it, or our Alpha report on reinvestone.com. You can also . We're releasing a superintelligence platform in one terminal that's coming out later this year, and you'll get al estate platform, research platform, courses, live streams, and new modules on agent AI.

115. You get all of that in one package and lifetime access to it if you join by the end of the year. We're very, very excited. with the release of this product. So it'lshi announced it before this event , or rather, didn't . The odds on the Kalshi merger betting market went up dramatically right before this.

116. There's already $1.5 million on it now. So this is not some small game. It's interesting to see how the odds of the event happening by May 1, 2027 have gone up from about 40% to, according to the latest data, what's it? Like 55 percent? Something like that? Yeah, 55%. But overall, all of those odds have gone up about 7%.

117. So, someone here has made a bet. Maybe they have inside information. We don't know, but someone on Kalshi has betted that the merger will happen sooner rather than later. For the sake of full disclosure , we are sponsored, Reinvest, my company, is sponsored by Kalshi. If you sign up for Kalshi via kalshi.com/r/mekevin, you'll get $25 free after signing up and making your first trade.

118. But the bottom line is, I like to follow the betting markets because I believe that people with inside information end up making these bets. And I think they can give us a signal about what's potentially happening with Tesla and SpaceX. I've already expressed the opinion that Tesla and SpaceX won't merge until one of the companies' shares shows a significant increase or decrease.

119. In other words, my thesis remains the same: if things are stable, nothing will happen. I still tend to think so. So, my opinion is that the stable stock price of Tesla and SpaceX means that the merger of the companies is too expensive and difficult, and it would also lead to excessive dilution of the shares for one of the parties.

120. So, I think there are two... well, three scenarios. If the stock prices are stable, I think the merger is postponed. If Tesla's stock goes up sharply, then there could be a merger or some form of acquisition one way or another. It does n't really matter. But if Tesla is eventually acquired when it's at its peak because of hype or some other factor, Elon will be able to unlock his stock reward at the acquisition price.

121. Let's say Tesla's price has gone up to $600 and SpaceX comes in and says, "We'll pay $800 for it." Elon will be able to unlock the shares at the acquisition price, not at the market price on the exchange. That's one strategy for Elon. Yes, that would be a strategy. Well, I think that's one of the likely scenarios.

122. The other likely scenario is that Tesla's stock will go down. I'm not saying it will definitely go down. I'm just saying that the other likely scenario for the acquisition is that Tesla goes down while SpaceX stays stable or goes up. So either way, it's either stable or goes up . And then SpaceX will be able to buy Tesla very cheaply.

123. And either way , I think it's going to go to SpaceX to Elon could have control. The goal is for Elon to have control. And given that he owns about 77% of the voting shares of SpaceX, that seems quite likely. But I don't think that a takeover is going to happen at a stable stock price. So I'm a little surprised that the betting markets are moving in that direction.

124. Again , I want to clarify: I don't know how they're going to do this and get it into production. I'll just say: full-size light bar, Cybertruck style, Cybercab style. I like it. It doesn't seem like the Falcon wings are going to close on their own, which is normal for a sports car, especially if it has a removable roof.

125. I'm not sure if that's the case, but usually you get rid of the extra electronics and motors to reduce the weight of the car, to get the speed and, so to speak, the fun. The expectation was that there might be some kind of magnetic ramp, but it looks like it's just suction. Which is also very interesting.

126. And Elon says this machine really sucks. That gives us a little bit of insight into what's inside: 10 jet nozzles, suction, two modes— suction mode and jet mode, and a spin mode. Again , I think this is brilliant marketing for the future of how a manufacturing company can merge with a company that builds rockets and airplanes.

127. And that's the point of the game. So whether you buy Tesla or SpaceX, you should know that you're buying "Elon Inc." And Elon is a guy who, as I describe him , keeps a lot of good things on fire at the same time. And some of them just don't work. Then he shuts down those projects. But sometimes he really hits the bull's eye.

128. Autopilot is fantastic. It's the best technology in the world. Starlink is the best technology in the world. Reusable launch vehicles—everyone's trying to emulate them. Direct-to- cell service, getting bands 800 MHz, so that this connection can actually penetrate your windows and walls, that's brilliant.

129. You know, is n't the Roadster a potential flop that nobody can afford because it's either ear-piercing or it's only good for the test track? Maybe. But cybercabs are just incredible. You know, how much, how much peripheral training have we done for them? We don't know, right? That's the next catalyst that we need to figure out: How quickly can we go from peripheral training for cybercabs to operating in a new city?

130. So I want to know, when these cybercabs are being validated in Florida or Seattle or Houston, how long does it take from the start of the validation to the end? I like things to be completed. And the sooner we get it done, the better it is for Tesla stock. You know, we're in such a bear market right now.

131. The other advantage of combining Tesla and SpaceX is that you, probably get easier liquidity to build what should actually make money now, which is AI development , whether it's getting people on Grok or using agent services on X. I also think it's not surprising that they're trying to get a lot of people streaming on the platform, because there's a lot of money in social media.

132. We all know that now . I even tweeted about it this morning . You should follow me on X, but I tweeted this this morning @RealMeetKevin on X, right here. Urgent: X is getting ready to challenge YouTube. X is now offering $5,000 to post 15 videos on X within 30 days. So they're offering us $5,000 for that.

133. I think I have a community note that X is doing a selective launch. Well, never mind. I mean, they basically said what I... I just took a screenshot of their message, so I assume they're just adding a note that it's selective. But whatever . Sometimes these community note writers get a little too enthusiastic.

134. But, hey , I mean, this is Elon. That's his style : we're going to do everything. Wow, someone just made a new bet on this, huh? That's Elon's style—doing what he thinks is the future. And right now, the future is building AI. So, all they can do is pump more money out of the markets and build a microfab, a minifab, and a terrafab.

135. Terrafab is going to be a joint venture between SpaceX and Tesla. Let's be realistic. So you have manufacturing on one side, engines on the other, and I'm shipping it. Yeah, I'm excited about that. And what's happening with SpaceX on the chips— I like that. I know a lot of people are really nervous about building AI data centers .

136. So I want to talk a little bit about that. There's something you should know about building hardware, which seems really weird right now. I've talked about this in other videos, but it's possible that you haven't seen them. I know I post a lot of content. So if you want, you can get what we call the " Meet Kevin Digest." You can just go to meetkevin.com/digest and sign up for our newsletter for free.

137. I send emails like, "Hey, here's some facts you might have missed." Right? So some people who don't want to download another app choose this because they can add information to their agent, and it says, "Oh, by the way, Kevin said this in the video." Because it gives you a little bit of a breakdown if you want to watch more of that video.

138. So meetkevin.com/digest, just make sure you open the link that you get in the email . It might end up in your spam for confirmation of registration, otherwise you won't get it. But it's free. So, something you need to know about the hardware. This is probably the most important thing, and when I figured it out, I bought SpaceX stock.

139. It was around 9/11, and I bought more SpaceX stock. As soon as it hit me, I was like, "Oh my god." Wow , I didn't understand that before . I understand now. Okay? I know there's going to be comments like, "Kevin is delusional." I think this is probably the most important part . Ready? So the cost of H100 is going up now.

140. It's a 4-year-old technology. Why? Why is it getting more expensive? It's getting more expensive because we can take this old technology and run compressed open-weight models on these systems . So we can use an open- weight model that gets us 90% closer to the state-of-the-art models. Like Fable, or Opus 5.5, or Astra, right?

141. So we're getting 90% on the open-weight model, which instead of costing us $50 per million initial tokens, it's costing us literally 40 cents. That's 100x cost reduction. 100x cost reduction to get 90% of the result. Got it? You have to sell it through a tool. So what's so great about these old chips ?

142. They have enough power to run large open- source models, and they don't need the latest technology. You don't need a Blackwell 200, or a GB 300, or a Vera Rubin, or a combination of Nvidia's cutting-edge CPU and GPU solutions . You don't need them. You can literally go back to the H100, which Elon has hundreds of thousands of.

143. And these puppies are going up in price because now you can provide open- source models to anyone who doesn't want to run them themselves on their own computers or hardware. By the way, we run a lot of open- source models on our own hardware. You know, we have Blackwell chips, we have GTX 6000s, we have 5090s, and we have dozens of computers.

144. I wouldn't I'd be surprised if there were 100 already. I'm not sure if we're at 100 yet. But we have dozens of computers, and we use open- source models because we can put them on them and do everything we need to do for a fraction of the cost of paying someone else. The H100s will allow you to run an even larger model and get to 90% of the advanced level, and that's how you actually increase the cost of chips that should be cheaper.

145. Michael Burry would be right . Got it? It's like... you know, my plane, my plane was registered to an LLC called Not My Tesla, by the way. You can check it out. Not My Tesla. Go and look. You can just take my word for it, but it was registered to an LLC called Not My Tesla , and the tail number was N69er 4 Papa Papa.

146. But I'm telling you this because, you know, I bought this plane for $12.9 million, drove it to tail and mane about 800 hours of flight time, and then I thought, I don't need this bird anymore , I'm a little tired of flying, and it's really expensive every month, you know, about $200,000 a month to keep this damn thing.

147. So I sold it. You can't make that up. For $ 12,969,000. Okay, why does that make sense? The only reason it makes sense is because there's a huge shortage of these planes. The Phenom 300E has become one of the best business jets, and NetJets is buying up all the ones it can get its hands on, and as a result, they've gone up in value because Embraer, the manufacturer, can't keep up with them.

148. It's a fantastic plane, by the way, and to be certified to fly it as a single pilot is an honor. But, in the end, it's basically the same thing that happens with chips. Like, these things have to get cheaper. An airplane after 3 years of operation and 800 flight hours should be losing value. Why did it go up?

149. It doesn't make sense. Because more people are using them, charter companies have more demand for them , and the cost has gone up because of limited supply. Same damn story with chips. So now the H100s are going up in value because you can get more out of them . So paradoxically, over time, as the open-weight models get better, yes, Anthropic and GPT are going to suffer.

150. Their valuations could go down. You know, we just saw Anthropic's valuation go down by 25%, from $2 trillion to $1.5 trillion. But the equipment is actually lasting longer than you would expect, because its value is actually increasing, and it's not getting any cheaper. It's getting more expensive. It shouldn't be.

151. But when I got to that point, I bought SpaceX. And I know, you know, it's like people who don't watch videos, but: "Kevin, you said $68." You're right. I said I'd buy another $68. And I said I believe in a 30 % drop after the IPO. And guess what? It fell 35 or about 31 percent from the IPO price to about 104, right?

152. And I didn't buy at 104 because I thought I'd buy at $68 or whatever . If the price gets there -- well, if it doesn't -- I'm not buying. So that's the decision we made. And in early September, I realized, oh my God, this is what's happening with open-source. Who's going to benefit from this? Oh my God.

153. SpaceX. So we looked at the valuation and we decided, no, it's worth more. And we bought. We did a full analysis, explanation, and analysis in our community, as we usually do , you know, we have a stream every morning 1.com, where you want. You pay once and you get lifetime access. So you want to come back in 4 years and see the new analysis—you can, or you can be here every day , however you want.

154. In the meantime, we need to play our favorite game. Ready? Oh man, you man, you. Let's go. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. Let's go. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. Let's go. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. Let's go. Come on. Push. Oh my God. What's going on?

155. First of all, all this Wall Street greed is making me sick. 140% of GameStop stock was short. GameStop was short. Short. You can't Letting Wall Street short 75% of the company's stock. Trampling these companies in the mud . Thousands of shares in the mud. And when the average person makes money, everyone says, "Turn off the TV." "I've got a guy who bought a house." He had $50,000 and he bought a house.

156. After decades of shorts, you have to accept the fact that individual investors are playing the same game that you are, and now you're losing. Let's go . Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. Let's go. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. Let's go. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Let's go.

157. Come on. Push. Oh my God. What's going on? It's starting. Come on. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. It's starting. Come on. Push . Push. Push. Buy on the dip. It's here. Go. Push. Buy on the dip. Buy on the dip. It's here. Go . Push. Oh my God. What's going on? There's a lot of power in this online organization.

158. 2 million people can come together on a subreddit. I find it hilarious that this stock market news is having such an impact on the market. 20,000 people on Discord are spamming rocket emojis and yelling, "To the moon."
