Hello everyone, welcome all of you once again to your own YouTube channel. Friends, in today's video we are going to discuss a very famous investor. Obviously you must have heard his name. If you follow the Indian stock market, then his name is Mr. Vijay Kedia and he is very popular in the stock market.
And because of whom are they popular? So look, these are popular small companies which we call microcab stocks. Microcab stocks are very popular for investing. If you look at their total portfolio, that is, their total portfolio, approximately how much is it, then you get to see their total portfolio of ₹1900 crores and in this you get to see many small micro cap stocks here.
However, let me tell you that they do not believe in investing in large cap stocks at all. I believe that you should invest in high growth stocks, companies that are growing, whose business is growing for you. This is what Vijay Kedia ji believes. If you have followed his interviews etc. then you must have heard it.
So they do not take much interest in large caps. If it is very high then you can see them investing in mid cap. He has also invested in many stocks in mid cap. For example, if I tell you, its biggest investment is in Tejas network. If I talk about Tejas Network, then their huge investment of Rs 41 crores is visible in Tejas Network.
Elicon Engineering is a large mid-cap stock in which he has invested Rs 166 crore. Apart from that, if I tell you, there is a company called Neuland Laboratories which belongs to the pharmaceutical sector. Here also he has invested Rs 88 crores. Same, if I tell you then Mahindra is a holiday company.
It is a very good company. In this also, he has invested almost Rs 80 to 81 crores here. Ok? So in today's video, we will talk to you about the mid-cap stocks in which he has invested. We will not talk about mid caps. We are going to discuss the entire micro stock here in detail. So let's go ahead and move on to the first company.
Look, the first company in our list is TFC. If I talk about it, then this company works in a very interesting sector. The business of the company is Cyber Security, we are a global cyber security company which provides you the work of vulnerability management. It is a very small company. You can see it here.
Only here you will see a market cap of Rs 1000 crore. Basically this company has a very interesting sector. If you look at the ROE, it is quite impressive at 38.5%. If you look at the ROCE, it is excellent at 39%. However, this stock is overvalued for you. So you have to keep this thing in mind also.
You will see good holding of the promoter here. You will see tremendous operating profit margin of the company. It is more than 53%. The growth that the company has seen in sales and profit is tremendous. You can see that the revenue and profit of the company have been doubling directly on year on year basis.
And if I come directly here, we will not discuss much about the basic business of the company. Here we come to the shareholding pattern of the company. If you look at the share holding pattern, the best thing that comes out here is that the promoter's holding here is absolutely constant. Whatever things are there here from the promoter's side, they have not changed.
However, let me tell you that the holding of FIIs has come down from 9.81% to 3.57%. At the same time, your holding of mutual funds has reduced from 2.23% to 0%. Meaning here your holding has declined significantly. And the public holding has increased from 31% to 39%. But there is an interesting catch right here.
The interesting catch is that if you look at the names here, then see which names you will see. So Vijay Kishan Lal Kedia i.e. Vijay Kedia ji, his holding is almost 11% since the time of IPO and if you can see Ankit Vijay Kedia also, he also has a holding of 3.65% here. So these two names are big names here.
However, here we are following Vijay Kedia ji. So we will discuss about them and there is a very heavy holding in TS Infosk. Meaning, if you take out this 11% in amount, then approximately you will get Rs 214 crore, which is a huge amount. So you should also keep this thing in mind and this company has already given very impressive returns to its investors in the past.
If I take you directly to the charts of the company, here you can see that the company has shown a great rally here. Meaning, if you look at it in the long run, we have seen a good rally in it. So let's go ahead and move on to the second company. Look, if we talk about the second company, the name of the company is Affordable Robotics and Automation Limited.
Affordable is a robotic company. This company was incorporated in 2009. What is the business of the company ? So the company provides solutions, robotic solutions, automatic solutions and automation work for different types of industrial automation. So it is a very interesting business because earlier when we talked about TS Infosk, the business of the company there was cyber security.
Here you will see robotics and automation. This company is a very small company. You can see that the market cap of this company is only Rs 556 crore. ROE and ROCE are in negative for you. Otherwise, if you look at the margin etc. here, it will be in negative. The promoter's holding is 55% and the company has not shown any significant growth even on year-on-year basis.
So, you also have to keep in mind that if Vijay Kedia ji has invested in a company, it does not mean that you should also go and invest in it because their risk taking ability is completely different. Their risk appetite is different and your risk appetite is completely different. The size of their portfolio is very different and how much percentage of their holdings have they invested here, these are different things, so you do not have to follow it blindly, you just have to understand that you have to try to find out the reason that if Vijay Kedia ji or any big name has invested in this company, then what could be the reason behind it ?
Can it be a business? What will be their thought process? You should focus on this. Ok? Rest, if I come to the share holding pattern of the company, then here you can see that the promoter's holding is 55.64%. The holding of FIIs is completely negligible to you. Only 0.22%. If I talk about mutual funds, at one time mutual funds had almost 8% holding, which has now reduced to exactly 0.79.
So here the company does not have any particularly interesting share holding pattern. However, if you come to its share holding pattern, then another big name that you will see in the public holding is that of Mr. Vijay Kedia ji and Vijay Kedia ji holds almost 9.93% i.e. 10% holding in this company.
At one time it was 10.53%. Then it increased to 15.25. Then it decreased to 12% and now you will see the holding at 9.93% for the last long time. And what is their total investment in affordable robotics ? So you will get to see approximately Rs 65 crore. So you should keep this thing in mind also. Now let's move on to the next company.
Look, the name of the third company in our list is Om Infrared. Here we should keep in mind that we are talking only about micro stocks. So you have to keep this thing in mind. If I talk about Om Infra, the company was incorporated in 1971. It is a very old company. The business of the company is that it provides you solutions for hydro mechanical equipments.
The company provides end to end solutions for hydro power and irrigation projects. The company works here for water connectivity and hydro batteries. And basically if we look at this company, it is a very small company. The market cap of this company is only ₹1237 crores. The ROE is only 4.89%. ROCE you get is 5.87.
If you look at the valuation, it is overvalued. So nothing much positive is coming out here. A big negative point in the company is that the margin of the company is very poor. Only 2.83% margin will be seen. Growth has also not happened like this in the company. There is negative growth. However, the share holding pattern of the company is good.
You will see the strong holding of the promoter here. If I tell you the rest overall, then here you will see that the holding of FIIs is a little big. If it is completely negligible then it does not matter much. However, if you look here, the promoter's holding is very important. The promoter has a very good holding.
The good thing is that mutual funds have continuously increased their holdings here and it has remained constant for the last two quarters. Holding of 4% will be seen. Rest of the public's holding is 28% and if I tell you about 28% then here you can see that KDI Securities Private Limited is basically Vijay Kedia ji's fund which he basically manages, it is his company and you will see his holding of 2.49% here and in this Om Infra company, the total investment in it is approximately Rs 28 crores.
So, considering the size of his total portfolio, this is not a very big amount. Please keep this thing in mind also. Look, the name of the fourth company in our list is Innovators Facet System Limited. If I talk about Innovator Facet Systems, the company was incorporated in 1999. The company's business is design engineering, fabrication, supply and installation of facet systems.
It is a very small company. You can see. You will see its market cap of only Rs 388 crore. The ROE is 10%. The ROCE you get is 15%. Undervalued stock. It's a good thing. Rest of the margins etc. here are decent. A margin of 14.6% will be seen. If we look at the shareholding pattern, the promoter has a good holding here and the year-on-year growth in sales and profit of the company is absolutely decent.
There is no significant growth. Growth of 2-3% does not matter much. So if I take you to the direct shareholding pattern of the company, then here you will see that the promoter's holding has remained absolutely constant for a very long time. So this shows that the promoter has faith in his business.
Because of this, the promoters are not coming out by selling their shares. Otherwise, normally we have seen many microcab stocks where the promoters book profits and exit. Rest, if I talk about FIIs here, then FIIs have absolutely negligible holdings. Even earlier there was not much holding. There is still no excessive holding.
Right now it has become absolutely zero. The rest of the public holding is 36%. Now, in this 36%, which is the big name that you will see ? So, you can see the name of Mr. Vijay Kedia here and in the innovator facet of Vijay Kedia, he has made a total investment of approximately Rs. 36 crores. So you have to keep this thing in mind also.
Look, the company which is at number one in our list is obviously Atul Auto Limited. It is only because of Atul Auto that you can say that Vijay Kedia ji got the popularity or the recognition he got in the market, the multibagger share that became for him was Atul Auto, which is a company that has been doing business for a very long time.
The auto rickshaw company manufactures it for you. The company works to export it. It is a very small company. You can see. It has a market cap of only ₹1251 crore and its ROE is 4.26%. ROCE is also not that impressive. If you look at the valuation, this stock is overvalued. Margin etc. is seen to be around 7%.
The company has shown us decent growth in sales here. However, the company has shown impressive growth in profits. The promoter holds 42%. So this was a little talk about the company. Now if I talk about Atul Auto, then the biggest holding here is of Vijay Kedia ji. Ok? You can see that you have the highest holding of 18% and after that if you look at KDR Securities also then it is 2.71%, that is if you see it completely then how much will you get to see directly, then almost 21%, you can say that the holding in it is related to Vijay Kedia ji and Atul Auto, basically this company is also popular for this.
So without Atul Auto, our discussion cannot happen. However, if I talk about the total investment of Atul Auto, then the total investment in it has now increased to Rs 34 crores. So even now, the total holding of Atul Auto in his total portfolio is still quite high. So you have to keep this thing in mind also.
