01. Now sir, if you want to understand the stock market, then you will not understand it from any random person, you will keep giving advice from uncles and uncles, you will give advice from those who are actually proven in the stock markets and one example in our country is Mr. Ramar Agarwal, now if you want to know fully about him, to understand fully, you will have to read many books, you will have to listen to interviews for hours, only then you might get an idea, now you know Goyala Mohabbat, now I have loved you, so it is my responsibility to save your time, so today I will tell you all the strategies of Ramji Agarwal and more than that, I am not just going to share knowledge in this video .

02. I will tell you how to execute this strategy. So that you can start using it in your portfolio right now. Hi guys, my name is Harsh Goyala and I am very bored with my intro. So I'm going straight to the point. Ramjo Agarwal Sir. Meaning brother, his story is inspirational. Now I am not going into the details of their entire story because this video is specifically on history strategy.

03. But let me give you a brief overview if you haven't heard about them. If any list is made in our country from the greatest investors. Ramdev Agarwal's name will definitely be included in that list. And one day Goyala's name will definitely appear in that list. Now write this down as well. Now Ramdev Sir was from Raipur.

04. He was the son of a farmer and his father did not have a strong financial position at all. Meaning his father had only one financial strategy. Collect as much money as you can and spend it on your children's education. Ramji Agarwal then went ahead and completed his CA. In 1987 he started his career as a sub broker.

05. And then what was it? He became friends with Motilal Oswal. And then he started Motilal Oswal which is one of the leading stock broking houses of our country. So the rest is history. Well, this is their business point of view. Now let's talk about his investments. One of his biggest investments was in Hero Honda.

06. Where he bought Hero Honda stock in 1996 for โ‚น30 and sold it in 2016 at โ‚น2600. After that he bought Infosys shares around mid 90s. There was a return of 12 times in this. Then I bought AI Motors which I bought for โ‚น900 and sold for โ‚น 32,000 in 2017. And you are just counting absolute numbers. Just imagine how many crores of rupees they must have received as dividend, bonus, split etc.

07. I am not even calculating that. Now let's dive straight into Ramdev Agarwal's investing strategies and how can we use them? Their first belief is capital allocation decision. It sounds big but I am here, I will make it easy. Now see, this is the simple belief of Ramdev Agarwal Sir. A company sinks for only two reasons.

08. The first reason is when there is a disruptive competition. Like brother, Jio has come. Ok. Airtel's band was saved. Vodafone Idea's band was saved. We all know that disruptive, it has ended the competition. This is rare. The second reason why companies go under, and the more common one, is how management allocates its funds and capital.

09. Uses its capital. And these decisions are very complex. It is not easy. Now you will see that the management has got the money. The capital came to him. What can they do now? You can either repay the debt if any or you can open a factory or expand the production line or venture into some other new business or acquire someone or give bonus or dividend to the shareholders or you can invest it yourself as a company, you can do anything with the money and it is the decision of the management as to how it is using its capital, due to which the future of us investors is decided.

10. Ramdev Agarwal Sir says that now it is very difficult to see this. What do we look for in this? ROCE Return on Capital Employed. Whenever I analyze a stock or make a video of top stocks, I always factor in ROCE because it shows how well a business is allocating its funds and capital and generating returns from it.

11. According to Sir, you should not even waste your time looking at a company whose ROCE is less than 15 to 20%. Now let's see its real data. TCS This is the graph of TCS, it is filled with lots of splashes. Now you will see their ROCE, ROCE has been above 50%, it is insane. Next comes Nestle. This is Nestle stock.

12. Tore the roof again. In this also you will see, Nestle's ROCE is from 90% to 138%, it is radically high. It is very good. But this is a good thing. We have talked about multibagger. Now let's talk about multibagger. Got it, right? Multibaggers, those stocks that force us to beg. I am talking about those stocks.

13. And the first name that comes to my mind in that stock is R Power. Now look at this sir, you ROC of R Power. Ok? 2% 4% 5% 7% 5% This is very very bad. Now the question arises, how will you find it? Sir, it is simple. You will go to screener.in. Ok? You can enter the name of any city there. Looks like you have put R power.

14. Like you put R power. Then in the above call you see a ratio is coming. Click on Ratios. Look here, you will see all the ROCs. And look, I am advising you Screener because I find it user friendly. But you can go with any website you are comfortable with. This video is not sponsored by Screener and anyone else.

15. Second belief comes sir, tax and investments. Taxes and Investments. And this is very interesting. Ramdev Sir says here that whenever you make any investment , how much tax are you paying, how much money are you saving from tax, should be the last concern you have, your main concern should be whether that investment will be profitable.

16. Basically brother, you have to focus on your earnings. That is what the focus is. You don't have to put in any effort to save a few coins in tax. And let me tell you this real story. I have a friend and I spoke to him a long time ago. CA and as soon as a person does CA, CFA, some different idea gets ingrained in his mind that he is the hero, he is number one.

17. Whereas in reality I will show you so many big degree holders who are absolutely stupid. Again, I am not saying that these degrees are bad. I am saying this to those who get these degrees. It is not necessary that he is everyone's father. You understand what I am saying. So there is nothing like that.

18. Now that friend called me and said Goyala, I want to start investing, it is okay with me. Ek But Goyala says, I have to save tax in this. If I make this investment, I will have to pay tax on it. Friend, if I do this then I will come to STCG. This is the LTCG amount of 10%. And brother, his entire argument was to save tax, save tax.

19. He is not ready to consider that brother should make good investments. The investment should be profitable. The company should be good. Na my CA friend's focus is just tax only tax. Now maybe that CA is more inclined towards that. But when you are investing, you cannot make an investment thinking that you will save tax.

20. How do you judge an investment? You will see the post tax returns whether you are investing in FD or debt fund. So it's smart to look now at how much money you'll be left with post-tax. But making long term investments on tax is stupid. And Ram ji Agarwal sir himself has experienced this. He had bought this share for โ‚น200 in June 99.

21. In March 2000, this share reached Rs 4000 and at a different level. But the problem was that he was selling the stock in less than a year. Now if he had sold it, he would have had tax reserve in short term capital gain. He thought, friend, do one thing, hold this stock. I will sell it when it is more than a year old.

22. So that I get long term capital gains which will be cheaper and I will save money in tax. What happened? In just 3 months that stock became near zero. This is the result of declaring tax. Third Belief is Pledge Share Holding. Now this is a very interesting thing. Now what basically happens ? Look, when you take a loan, there is no uncle or aunt sitting in the bank, brother.

23. He will tell you something like brother, keep some gold or some money or some property or some economic interest. Keep collateral. That's correct. Now many times when promoters have to take a loan, what do they do ? They pledge their promoter share holding in the company. Let's collateralize it. This is called share holding pledge.

24. And this is never a good sign. Why? You suppose that Goal School of Finance is listed. Now what did Gola do? Pledged his share holding. Took a loan from the bank. Now if the share of Sul Finance starts falling. I am a promoter. I am telling the bank that I will give you the money. I will give it to you after some time but I will give it to you.

25. I will give it, I will give it. Bank again my uncle is not tax. He will not believe what I say. The bank can easily sell all the promoter holdings in the open market. Now just imagine if the promoter holding is sold in the open market, it is in the name of the bank. What will happen if it is under the control of the bank ?

26. Investors will be ruined, brother. Now look, Goyala talks like this with his friends, with his students and I am talking like this on YouTube also. Ok? So I hope you are comfortable with this language. I speak in this language. So what's very important [laughs] to keep investors' bottom lines is that your stock holdings should be either zero or very low.

27. Meaning if it is less than 5-6% then it is fine. It should not be idle. Let's talk about examples. Look sir, Suzuon is out of stock. This is a pledge shareholding of 80% of Suzule stock. It is radical. Now how can you check this ? You will go and write on screen.in, you have written Suzzlon. It opened up before you.

28. Now you will see in my screen that pledge share holding is coming here. If it is not appearing on your screen then you will see a box below. Go into this box. This will let you add which ratio you want to add. So you can simply add whatever ratio you want to add. And for this just add pledged percentage, it will show you.

29. Fourth comes value migration. And from the value I remembered that if you actually want to do this in investment , want to move ahead, then Goyala is never going to leave you. And for that you will have to hold Goyala's hand. How will you catch that? Hit subscribe below and hit that bell icon. What am I talking about value migration?

30. Now Ramdev Sir says that look friend, many times as the consumers keep developing , the industry keeps developing and the business of the companies keeps shifting. The value keeps shifting. Now let me explain this to you in simple language. Let's take the example of private sector banks and public sector banks.

31. Ok? Now you will see historically that everyone wants to open an account in public sector banks only. Age is a matter of, if anyone's age is above 50 or above 40 to 45, statistically he will say that brother, I want to deposit the money only in a government bank and I will open my AFD only in a government bank.

32. Right? Because in their mind absolute value is best in public sector banks. But as the new generation is coming, like all of us are coming, according to you, will it be true that private sector banks are better, better service, better tech support, many times better returns, better opportunities, better plans, everything is better available in private sector banks.

33. So what's going on? The value is migrating. And now customers are shifting from public sector to private sector. And this is the data I'm showing you. You see, Q1 and F2 public sector at 59.6% market share. Now coming to this you will see Q2 FF23 public sector has only 56.1%. 3% market share has been lost in just one or two years.

34. It is a major blow. So friend, you also have to pick up such companies, the companies for the future. Now for this, I will not be able to give you any screener or any proper tool. As an investor you need to realise where the actual value lies. To quote Henry Ford. He says if you ask people what they want they will say faster hose not cars.

35. The job of an investor is to see what people want in the future. You think this is where the future goes for AI stocks. You Think EV Is the Future Go for EV Stocks. That's the four sides you will develop and this is a very common sense which is already present within you. But what's the problem? You judge yourself that I will not be able to do it.

36. This is beyond my control. No, I will ask someone. People get stuck here. Do you know what the future holds? You know which industry will do well. For this you really need to work on your psychology. You need to work on your mindset. I have a complete webinar, it is paid but it is worth every penny, use pain and it costs less than a pizza that you buy, come to my master class and sit with me, I will make your psychology so strong that you will start breaking stones, sir.

37. The fifth belief that Ramdev sir has is that brother, you should buy those companies which are moving towards extremely high growth, okay and what credentials have they kept for them that ROE return on equity should be more than 15% and the 10 year earnings of the company should also be more than 15%, now what is the problem?

38. Who will find him? I told you Goyala Mohabbat, so it is my responsibility to save your time. I have set up the entire screen for you on the screener. You will go to the description and click on that link and you will get all those stocks. Stocks whose ROE is above 15 and 10 year earnings is also above 15%.

39. And now look sir, it is clearly visible that the stocks have an extremely high probability to do very well in the future. And this list is complete, you will find the link in your description. And the final belief is management integrity. Brother, you should have faith in that management. That management should be transparent.

40. They should pay dividends , they should pay proper taxes, they should be ethical. Everything depends on the management. And this topic of management, I will not be able to cover it in this video. You might be wondering how to analyze management. Gola has given you an A to A solution. You will not face any problem.

41. Watch this video of top level management. And read the comments of this video once. Then go and watch the video. You will know for yourself what value this video has.
