Hello friends, I am your friend Vijay Kedia and today we will talk about such hidden gems of the market which may not be on your radar. If we look closely, there are always ups and downs in the market. But true investors know that this is the time when we have to find multibagger stocks. Today we will talk about three such stocks which are part of my portfolio and are currently available at a discount of up to 59%.
Can these companies prove to be the next multibaggers ? Let's take a closer look at its business, financials and future prospects. But friends, remember this is not investment advice. Investing in the stock market can be risky and you should do your own research and consult a financial advisor before investing.
So friends, first of all let's talk about Global Vectra helicopter. This company provides helicopter services. Which includes offshore operations, air ambulance service and aerial photography. Its market cap is currently around ₹340 crore and the stock is trading around ₹450 today. If we look at its 52 week high, it had crossed ₹1100.
That means this stock is currently available at a discount of about 59%. Now the question arises whether this discount is justified? If we look at it, the aviation sector is facing many challenges since Covid. But Global Vectra has shown resilience in its financials. In the last quarter, the company's revenue has increased by 20% on year-on-year basis and the profit has also been healthy.
Its PE ratio is currently 12.5. EPS is ₹36 and ROE is 15% making it a strong financial performer. The debt to equity ratio is also 0.5, which indicates that the company has managed its debt well. I believe that as the economy is improving, the tourism sector is also seeing recovery. Global Vectra will get full benefit from this.
Apart from this, the government's focus is on strengthening the helicopter infrastructure which can prove to be a long term growth driver for this company. I have gradually increased my stake in this company over the last few years because I have full confidence in its business model and management.
Now let's talk about another company whose name is Tejas Networks. The company manufactures telecom equipment and dominates optical networking products. Tejas Networks currently has a market cap of around ₹11,000 crore and the stock is trading around ₹700 today. Its 52 week high has been ₹850. That means this stock is currently available at a discount of about 18%.
The biggest feature of Tejas Networks is that it is a part of the Tata Group. Tata Group Chairman N Chandrasekaran has shown keen interest in Tejas Networks and has a vision to make it the telecom arm of the Tata Group. With the 5G rollout, there is a huge opportunity for Tejas Networks as it can play a key role in 5G infrastructure development in collaboration with the Tata Group.
However, competition and global semiconductor shortage remain challenges for this sector. Still, Tejas Networks' strong track record, backing of the Tata Group and the 5G revolution make it a promising long-term bet. Tejas Networks' PE ratio is currently around 25. EPS is ₹28. The ROE is 15% and the debt to equity ratio is 0.2 which makes it a financially stable company.
I have taken my stake in this company some time back and I am confident that in the times to come Tejasus Networks will emerge as a dominant player in the Indian telecom sector. The third and last company we'll talk about is Precision Camshafts. This company, as the name suggests, manufactures camshafts, which are an important part of engines.
Precision Camshafts currently has a market cap of around ₹1800 crore and the stock is trading around ₹150 today. Its 52-week high has been ₹250. That means this stock is currently available at a discount of about 40%. Now the auto sector is cyclical and is currently facing a slowdown. Semiconductor shortages, rising raw material costs and reduced demand have significantly impacted the sector.
But Precision Camshafts has maintained its financial strength despite these challenges. A major reason behind this is that this company is not only dependent on the domestic market but also exports. Secondly, the company is continuously diversifying its product portfolio and is also manufacturing components for electric vehicles.
I believe that as the auto sector recovers and EV adoption increases, Precision Camshafts will benefit fully. Its valuation is also attractive and it can be a good opportunity for long term investors. Its PE ratio is around 12 and EPS has seen steady growth. The ROE is around 15% and the debt to equity ratio is also quite healthy.
I acquired my stake in this company a long time ago and it has remained a part of my portfolio ever since. So friends, these were the three stocks in my portfolio which are currently available at attractive discounts. I see long term growth potential in all three companies – Global Vectra Helicopters, Tejas Networks and Precision Camshafts.
But before taking any investment decision, do your research and consult your financial advisor. Which of these three stocks do you think is the most promising, do let us know in the comments below.
