In last several days we have number of people jumping out and saying uh that they own Freddy man Freddy M shares and very important people not people like retailers like me like like common guys no it is like high-profile people so we have MJ Buri um that he announced that he owns and he holds substantial amount of the the shares.
There's also a couple of other people uh I saw on a um on a Twitter that like three or four cases that they said that they do own um Fainy Man Freddy M. It look by my opinion that everybody who that a lot of people load and now they you know post uh during this dip that we had and now post that they're in a position of any main frame.
We know of course Billman is the also the owner also what is important institutionalized um ownership of the stock is increased. You can go at um is it CNBC they have the the in the shares they they chose um who has the u owners. So if you look at the um some just look at the institutional ownership in the of Feny and Freddy Mack and uh you will see and if you track that you will see that number of institutions and uh funds are actually adding to the position compared to the uh before um and uh what is also interesting that almost none right it's like for example are decreasing the the position you know they decreasing out for 0.01% 01% what I see here or or something like that very very low numbers u like last month like two months ago uh when there was that um uh when it when the price of the stock was 16 for Fanny May and it fell down uh it why it did fell down and uh because some of the big institutional ownerships uh have been um decreased the amount of the share But why that happen?
That happened because PE announced that uh Fanny man Freddy Mack are uh pulling them uh out of the um GSC what was ESG ESG EGS um that environmental uh stuff for the company and because some of the funds require that uh all their investments are in the uh position of the they must satisfy the uh that um environmental standards um and diversity and equality.
Um so they uh had to pull out and sell the the funds or to transfer to the other and that caused a lot of um sale at those days and then we had the dip from the $16 to go down. So if you wonder why that happened and why we did have decline, it was actually because those big institutional owners few of them who had that um uh environmental requirements have stepped out.
But um so but overall if you look at the picture global picture for that um for those u owners in institutional ownership it is increasing month after month. So uh if the big guys and are stepping in, is it good for me as a small investor to uh be in the stock? Unquestionably yes. Also why um the incre the increase of the ownership will be even bigger in the future is because uh right now the ownership institutional ownership is very small maybe like less than 1% because the stock is over the counter but when we are uplisted and go to into toward IPO u they will be able to own it more and uh with a real small with a small float like we have but a real small float out uh that that will increase substantially.
Also have in mind that those the funds and the ETF will start to buy Fanny May and Freddy Mack because uh eventually we'll enter into S&P 500 and listing in S&P 500 will be pretty soon because we fulfill all the requirements that it needs for S&P 500. Do you think that Fainy man Freddy Mack will when they're uplisted when they're publicly traded the New York Stock Exchange how fast they will be listed in S&P 500?
I think hyper fast. And they have like almost zero institutional ownership. But when they're listed, the ETF will have to buy it. Just look what happened with uh for example with Robin Hood when they when uh they uh enter into S&P 500. I think the stock like double triple let's say in a couple of months when from the moment they know that they will be listed up to when it was listed.
I I was looking like it was the it it went up but have in mind that at the 0 when the you look the graph number of institutions already hold uh Robin Hood and when it was listed in S&P 500 it went substantially up for failing man Freddy M I need to do this more the institutional ownership is even smaller so the uphill for uh app listing and for including in S&P 500 will be even more sub uh substantial.
So uh have that in mind when you um calculate and and evaluate uh where to go with your money and um I said like we know that uh we know it's every on other everywhere it says that we're going to IPO and up listing and and the future is uh good for the company. So this is like maybe one of the very few opportunities that regular investors like me, like Jack, Mike, and people who are like regular guys uh have to invest u that uh even if they're not um accredited uh investors.
So even if you have $50, you can invest in FY man Freddy M. Some of the uh stock market don't allow that. Some of the brokers don't allow that but number of the them does. For example, like Fidelity you can buy and commission is zero. Uh Chase you can buy I'm not sure before I could buy you know like like a couple of years ago I could buy I didn't buy on that account almost at all.
I I bought I bought then and I never sold. Uh I saw that I can you can sell but I I didn't even try to buy on that account. I was purchasing on another uh on um uh TDM trade also you can buy and sell and uh for a while they did have the commission and now they don't oh now it's Schwab. So for TDM trade for a while it didn't have the commission then it start to have the commission and then now you I think that Schwab don't have the the commission.
So you can buy it and invest like a credited investor and big guys does. And this is opportunity for a small guy. I don't know whatever you put now it will it will I believe in that's why I'm in the stock because I believe it will go 10x and like I I will I I think that it is happening for sure because it's 12 to go 10x first 10x we did have last year in last year we we st one stock went 10x 10 times more uh why and we just anticipated that IPO will happen how much and what will happen when IPO happens actually happens and when we listed in S&P 500 I think it will be good that's why invested [snorts] Right.
