Welcome back! Today we have a lot to talk about, so stick around until the end because we're going to review everything that's happening with Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and more. My name is part of this community and today the market is giving us very important signals that we cannot ignore. Curious, before we dive into the crypto analysis, I want us to take a quick look at what the US stock market is doing right now, because what happens there has a direct impact on what we see in the cryptocurrency market.
If we look at the S&P 500 index on the 4-hour timeframe, we can see that we are witnessing a short-term rebound from recent local lows. Thoughtful. This is related to an oversold signal I mentioned in the previous video, and it's something well worth keeping a close eye on. The last time we saw this signal confirmed in the 4-hour RSI was back in November 2025, several months ago.
However, it's important to clarify something: an oversold signal doesn't automatically mean we've hit rock bottom. The market may continue to decline after a temporary rebound. However, in the short term, this type of signal usually brings relief, a respite from all the downward pressure we have been seeing.
It's not a guarantee, but it does increase the likelihood that Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies will also feel that relief in the coming days. Now, let's talk about Bitcoin. If we look at the weekly chart, the situation hasn't changed much in the last day. The supertrend indicator remains in the red. We still have a huge bearish divergence on the weekly chart, but at the same time we're seeing an oversold signal on the weekly RSI, something we have n't seen since mid- 2022.
Generally, this type of signal generates some kind of significant bullish bounce in the following weeks. It's a fairly likely scenario, but be aware, this doesn't guarantee that we've already reached the bottom of the biggest bear market cycle. In 2022, following that same signal, we saw a good rebound for about a month, but the overall bear market continued after that.
Looking at Bitcoin's 3-day chart , we are also seeing an oversold signal on that timeframe. The price continues to bounce between support and resistance with a slight upward tilt. In the coming days or weeks, we are likely to see another attempt to approach that strong resistance zone located between $72,000 and $76,000.
In fact, in recent days we have already seen almost exactly a rejection from 72,000. Every time the price approaches that area, we should expect significant resistance. Looking even further into the short term, there is a more specific resistance zone between $71,000 and $72,000, which was precisely the area from which the most recent rejection occurred in the last 24 to 48 hours.
But there is a key point we must not lose sight of: the bullish divergence in the 4-hour RSI has not yet been invalidated. This means that if the price manages to stay above the current support in the next few hours, there is still a possibility that this divergence will develop, either as a sideways consolidation or as a small short-term bullish relief.
The support level that needs to be watched very closely is between $69,000 and $69,500. This is a pivotal moment for Bitcoin right now. If the price holds in that area and we start to see one or two green candlestick closes confirming a bounce, then the bullish divergence would remain active and we would probably see the price attempt to move back up towards the resistance near $71,000 in the next two to three days, where we are likely to encounter another rejection.
On the other hand, if the price fails to hold in that support zone and breaks down, confirming candle closes below $69,000 without recovering, then the next bearish target would be a liquidity zone that has been accumulating around $67,200 to $7,300. Just 24 hours ago that area was practically nonexistent as a target, but with the recent movement a new concentration of liquidity has formed just above $67,000 which clearly becomes the next magnet if we lose the current support.
We are currently in a waiting phase. The support is still being tested, but it hasn't been broken yet. Nor have we confirmed a solid rebound. If the stock market continues to rebound in the coming days, there is a greater probability that Bitcoin will also rebound from this support level, but if the stock market falls sharply again, it is very likely that we will see Bitcoin heading towards that liquidity at 67,000.
So keep a close eye on what the stock market is doing to understand which direction Bitcoin will take in the short term. As for Bitcoin's dominance , it continues to move sideways without major changes. This means that most altcoins will continue to behave very similarly to Bitcoin with a high correlation.
For now, we are not seeing a defined altcoin season or Bitcoin season. There is simply a lot of overall correlation in the market, as I have been pointing out for the past few months. Speaking of Ethereum, on the 3-day chart, the larger trend hasn't changed, but in the short and medium term we continue to see the development of that oversold signal that I predicted more than a month ago.
Strong resistance remains between $ 2,200 and $2,400. And on the last day, the price practically rejected at that level. Looking at the 4-hour chart, the most specific resistance is between $2,150 and $2,200. That's exactly what I've been warning about for weeks. Whenever the price approaches that area, expect difficulties or rejection.
Immediate support is between $2,020 and $2,030 and a little lower, between $1,910 and $1,930. Overall, Ethereum will likely remain in a sideways range similar to Bitcoin's for the next few days. In the case of XRP, the long-term trend remains technically bearish, but the price continues to hold above the crucial support between $1.30 and $1.40.
An area I've been pointing to for about 6 months, even when the price was close to $3. In the short term, we just saw another perfect rejection from the resistance between $1.45 and $1.47. XRP will most likely continue to bounce sideways between that support and resistance level over the next few days.
For Solana, the situation is similar. The overall trend remains bearish, but the short-term rebound continues to develop well. Support remains between $75 and $80, and resistance is between $95 and $105. In the short term, the price almost broke back below the short-term support between 88.70 and 90.70.
There is a lack of momentum on both the upside and downside, which points to more sideways movement in the coming days. Finally, Chainlink shows a situation very similar to the rest of the market. Oversold signal on the 3-day RSI developing exactly as predicted a month ago. Strong support between $7.90 and $8.50, resistance between $9.50 and $10.
It will most likely remain within that range for the next few days or even weeks. That's all for today. See you in the next video.
