01. hi this is dollar day trader with my trading recap for Tuesday October fifteenth twenty nineteen okay so I traded two stocks today I had a decent day I traded NVDA and P AGS Vidya popped up with strong volume in pre market was gapping up based on the price guidance I believe from Bank of America that gave of a higher price guidance so the market was really excited about that so really saw a lot of volume pop up here in the opening minute looks like over 400,000 shares on top of the web so sauce was drinks I took a took a position wish it had got a little closer I guess I got excited there so got in around 190 129 got out though pretty quickly at 190 161 I guess I'm still kind of weary of high-priced stocks especially from a few weeks ago just kind of tackling and I sure about this dog but like Roku and kind of getting burned and even with small share size so obviously I missed out and some more opportunity has it popped up here to like around 193 87 so definitely could have seen over $2 play early on and then my day would have been done but unfortunately you know it's okay at least I didn't lose money so I'll just take the take the win but so if we kind of looks like a sort of a BDC pattern really quickly and then pulled back and then went straight up here so better trade would have been around closer in this end of this wick here I'm bound 191 22 so it wasn't really too bad I guess and then stop laws right below that 190 68 anyhow so I was a good trade this was my live account and I was just messing around here with my demo account here so I've bought some shares and really didn't make much even in paper account but so this is my only trade in the video so I was pretty good she down here made like about what 24 excuse me $24 PA GS was on gapping down the pre-market scanner and look this is actually a beautiful short opportunity that I missed I guess with NVDA and kind of searching stocks and get into time I did see though those shown weakness I see it kind of pop up here try to touch view up I went short initially and then got stopped out so I went short around 30 8:09 stopped out at 38 57 which while it's crazy look at the perspective here on the chart how big of a difference that is when a small movement visually anyway so I got scared out there then I saw it was kind of touching be wet but not breaking then I saw and decision candle kind of right in here the nine moving average so then I take another short position and then covered covered and then looks like I tried to go short again stopped out and then I took another one last short I still saw some weakness as it wasn't breaking be wowed so you know for a small gain 38:21 and all we down to thirty seventy four so actually wasn't too bad hindsight though the stock I'm not sure if the spreads were pretty wide I'm not sure that's kind of an hindsight I wish I would have got in a lot sooner especially with all this weakness maybe around here once it pulls back a little bit and then it had a nice day but anyway still finished the day I mean not seventy dollars because it has my um oh yeah I did paper trade NVDA so that wasn't total so I think yeah here yeah 52 dollars live account but I did kind of over tradesmen you had PhDs so my Commission's got me pretty good par need to renegotiate or something's making kind of cut the cost there cuz that does kind of stink and hindsight so you know I made 52 bucks and and with commissions and will cut that in half so that's you know that's another story so anyway that's my trade and recap please leave a comment below if have any ideas criticism just shout out whatever definitely open to all comments and earnings week continues the rest this week should be a pretty good week in terms with work should be able to get in the market hopefully the rest of the week and then see how the weekends so far two for two on Green Day's small green day yesterday and then relatively some another small but increased size from yesterday so still on the nice little two day winning streak want to keep that up both of the whole week and still be disciplined still do some all sizes I'm still obviously learning and I'm still not there yet but it's nice to have two Green Day's a row after a couple weeks of not having that which is kind of tough to kind of live with there as we still still learning but anyway I hope you guys have a good evening and I'll see you tomorrow
