Blackrock is currently giving you a 25% return on your Bitcoin, and that should scare you, because the world's largest asset manager, where Larry Fink is the CEO, doesn't do anything without a reason. Larry Fink recently started something new, and hardly anyone is talking about what's really behind it.
Just take a look at this . A brand new product has been featured on Blackrock's website for the past few days . It's called BITA. iShares Bitcoin Premium Income promises you a 15 to 25% return on Bitcoin. We experienced something similar with MicroStrategy by Michael Saylor. Until last week, a product called Stretch had changed the game by 11%.
Now Larry Fink from Blackrock is coming along with double the price, and the crazy thing is, JP Morgan, Jamie Dimon's bank, already quietly rolled out the exact same product to its customers in December 2025 . So, the man who totally rejected Bitcoin and threatened to fire people who invest in Bitcoin, and a Bitcoin income product linked to the IBIT, i.e., the Blackrock ETF.
So the question now is, why all of a sudden at the same time? Why is this happening right now ? And to understand this, you need to listen to what Michael Saylor recently said at the Bitcoin conference in Prague. He said that the banks and asset managers of this world control $156 trillion. Trillions beginning with B.
And as long as these banks are not allowed to do anything with Bitcoin , there are 200 trillion dollars that will never flow into Bitcoin. 200 trillion standing on the sidelines , still in parentheses. And now the banks are coming, one after the other. But now comes the part you need to understand, because these 15 to 25% are not a real Bitcoin profit.
BITA or BITTA does not earn any Bitcoin . It sells the future of your Bitcoin. Let me explain this very briefly. Blackrock holds Bitcoin via IBIT and some cash. And then they sell something called call options on 25 to 35% of their portfolio. What exactly is a call option? Quite simply, if I believe that the Bitcoin price will rise, I can buy a call option.
I bet on rising prices, but when I sell a call option, I do the opposite. I'm capping the price increase. I'm giving up the top end for cash today. And that's exactly what BlackRock is doing right now. Step one, they hold Bitcoin. Step two, they sell call options on it. Step three: they collect the bonuses and pay them out to you monthly.
And that 's your return on investment, in quotation marks. Now imagine you own a house whose value is about to skyrocket. And someone offers you a little bit of rent every morning in exchange for your promise to sell them the house at today's price if they want it then . The rent is nice, but if the value triples, that profit no longer belongs to you.
It belongs to the person who paid you the small rent . And that's exactly how a sold call option on Bitcoin works. And BlackRock wants to profit massively from this. Does that sound like free money? It isn't. You get a few percent cash and give up the big Bitcoin boom. That's precisely the reason you hold Bitcoin in the first place.
And many are already openly saying that this could push the Bitcoin price down . And I know it sounds like a conspiracy, but think about it for a second . So, if the world's largest asset manager, BlackRock, starts selling call options on Bitcoin on a large scale, who benefits if the price does n't skyrocket?
This is the point that almost everyone overlooks. Everyone is staring at the fact that Michael Saylor sold 32 Bitcoins. 32. But nobody talks about the fact that BlackRock has sold 70,000 Bitcoins in the last six months . Michael Saylor himself said it on stage in Prague: for every Bitcoin they sold, others sold a thousand times that amount, two thousand times that amount.
Bitcoin has fallen from $120,000 to $60,000 and Strategy has bought a net 250,000 Bitcoin during this time , in the middle of the bear market. And just take a look at the numbers . BlackRock still holds 811,000 Bitcoins today. Last month they had more than just strategy. Today, Strategy is in the lead with 846,000 Bitcoin .
Why is that? Because BlackRock sold. They handed over their stack with trembling hands, or rather, some of the people who had invested in the BlackRock iBIT ETF sold, and as a result, the Bitcoin was sold. And that's exactly who you're supposed to entrust your Bitcoin to now. Larry Fink is famous for that, or rather, he is famous for one sentence.
"We at BlackRock will force a change in behavior ," he once said. And listen to it again. They intend to force it, or rather, they will. Michael Saylor has been preaching the Bitcoin gospel for six years . Larry Fink talks about control. He also serves as co-chair of the World Economic Forum. And basically, these are two different worlds.
And there's something else that basically gives many people a stomachache. The fine print states that Peter manages the Bitcoin risk through actual Bitcoin, iBIT shares, and cash. And I didn't spend four hours digging through the prospectus , but I'm wondering, is this leveraged with the 811,000 Bitcoins that BlackRock holds in the iBIT ETF?
And are you so sure that these 811,000 Bitcoins will ever leave the product again ? And that's exactly the question we're talking about here. And such formulations set off alarm bells for me, especially when BlackRock is involved. Just take a look at what's in the fine print for the iBIT ETF. Therefore, I'm telling you very clearly, even with a 25% return at BlackRock, don't buy this product.
Giving your Bitcoin to someone like Larry Fink from BlackRock is a very dangerous game. And frankly, giving your Bitcoin to just anyone is a very dangerous game. Because all of this happened at a very special moment. We are currently experiencing the greatest Bitcoin shortage in history. How many times have I told you, the only graph that really matters is basically the number of Bitcoins on the centralized exchanges, and this number keeps falling and falling and falling.
When this number approaches zero, we will then find out who goes swimming naked . Those who have been playing with options and leverage on their Bitcoin stack. And then we'll also find out what the real price of Bitcoin is. And this week I read something else . Blackrock and Fidelity are quietly transforming the Bitcoin ETF market into a two-company market.
Ibit and FBDC are swallowing everything right now . Small funds are excluded. And if you believe that something is going wrong behind closed doors , then that's exactly what you do n't want. You don't want two million Bitcoins sitting at BlackRock in two or three years . That would be a real warning sign for me.
And despite everything, this is a turning point that we are experiencing right now. The window has shifted. The world's largest banks and asset managers are now officially here, in Bitcoin. JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Jane Street, Blackrock and many others as well. And call them what they are. They have never been friends of the little people.
They are now rolling out their Bitcoin products and bringing their trillions with them. And don't forget what Michael Saylor also said. Without these banks, hundreds of trillions remain on the sidelines. And now they are coming with everything they have, and with all the dangers that come with it. And while Blackrock is capping prices at the top, just look at what's happening at the bottom.
Bitcoin has jumped from $59,000 to $67,000. The sales market is exhausted. Bitcoins have been flowing out of exchanges for the past two or three weeks . People are taking their coins into their own custody. There is strong support at $60,000 . And Michael Saylor also bought another 1,500 Bitcoins for $100 million.
While everyone is talking about the 32 coins he sold, he buys another 1,500. And of course, the signal gets lost in the noise. The whales are buying the retracement. They are not waiting for the perfect soil. They simply collect, again and again and again. And don't forget what's really happening here.
BITA will not be BlackRock's last product. BlackRock is just starting to spread a little Bitcoin into each of its funds . Why do they do that? Because they've realized that Bitcoin isn't going away. Digital gold, digital brand, the largest accessible market in the world. Hundreds of trillions of dollars are tied up in undervalued stores of value, in government bonds, in paper money, in dead capital, in the real estate market.
And all of this is currently looking for a new port. Therefore, it is so important that if you are invested in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, you store everything offline, not on centralized exchanges. Therefore, if you are interested, you can find more information in the description below the video, especially on how to store your Bitcoin securely.
This brings me to the most important point of this video. This whole discussion about 15% or 25% return distracts you from the only question that really matters. It's not about the return on your capital, it's about getting your capital back. Just let it sink in. What good is 25% a year if your Bitcoin is locked into a new BlackRock product and you ca n't access it at the crucial moment?
When the next bull market starts, and it's coming soon, everyone will run for the exit at the same time. That is why I am and will remain committed to self- protection. More information in the description. Not your keys, not your Bitcoin. It's that simple. A hardware wallet, your 12 or 24 words on something that will stand the test of time, on metal, not paper.
So there isn't a single point at which everything collapses . And if you see it the same way I do , that Bitcoin will absorb these hundreds of trillions, then you'll probably never want to sell your Bitcoin. So the only question now is, how do you get money without selling anything? By borrowing against your own Bitcoin , not by throwing it down Larry Fink's throat.
Take advantage of the bear market now. Take your Bitcoin off the exchanges while things are quiet. Because when the bull market returns, things will get crazy. Because then 10,000 euros, which you don't care about today, can very quickly become 100,000. And then you don't want to be fighting for the outcome along with the entire market.
BlackRock is here, the banks are here, that's confirmation that Bitcoin has won, but that's precisely why now more than ever : Keep your Bitcoin yourself, otherwise it doesn't belong to you. And if you liked the video and found it helpful, please share the video and let us know what you think of Blackrock's new product, whether it's really any good. See you in the next video. Wishing you a nice day. See you then . Bye.
