It should be obvious at this point : if you try to short AMC, you'll end up the same way as the guys who shorted it in January. You are an idiot. The Wall Street Bets team will run you over like tanks in World War II ran over helpless soldiers . On the contrary, it is the shorting of such stocks that pushes them up.

They will grow by 70% when the company raises capital. Because when the bulls crush you, it just takes you out of the game. You will have to buy back shares at a higher price to close your position. Did you ever...did you know that I once owned longhorns? My God ! Thank you. Just to get a box of donuts in my hands.

So why the hell are so many hedge fund managers trying to short this thing again? Why do regular sellers offer promotions? Well, they could just step aside . Instead, they turned themselves into fodder for the Wall Street Bets cohort, which is why AMC is up 19% today alone. They can probably reach the mid-20s thanks to this latest short squeeze.

And if regular sellers just left, wow. You ...You what? A reminder to all sellers for tomorrow. Take a break. Go to the movies. Do something interesting. I do n't know. What is interesting? Look... Look at Netflix. Even go to work . But stop selling your AMC and see what happens. And we see the same thing with GameStop stock.

I was really worried about this video game retailer because it had lost its purpose in a world where everyone just downloads games online. You don't need a GameStop these days, except for hardware, and anyone can sell you hardware. But GameStop has a savior. The rebel turned insider that no one knows about— Ryan Cohen, a man of great mystery, who also decided to sell company shares to improve the balance sheet.

Just like Adam Aron. The Wall Street Bets crowd helped make it happen. Then he agreed to buy up all the shares that were offered. And now that the balance sheet can be fixed—not that it's that bad anymore—and all these stocks are now in the hands of the Wall Street Bets people, this thing could take off again with them all.

GameStop could potentially change, although we have no idea what exactly it will become. Is it really worth 17 billion? Abstraction. Who cares? Only an idiot would ask such questions now. It doesn't matter, because this is n't investing, this is a real fight club for stocks. Do you think I learned this in a suit at Goldman Sachs and that's why they hate me so much?

Last time hedge funds played GameStop down, the bulls practically forced them into bankruptcy. You would think that this should have been a warning, right? Don't try to downplay something that has such a rabid fan base. Hold your shares. Don't enter the ring. Yet these financial managers and individuals continue to sell stocks as if nothing is happening.

Like, " Oh, man, let's offer some promotions." Maybe buyers will take us. " Are you out of your mind? Listen here, sunshine. This thing will go higher. What other fools are offering shares at 225 or 235? They closed at 242, adding 33 . A group of buyers who desperately want to raise the price. Their target price is 250 or 300.

There are such target prices on Wall Street now. Oh, I'm raising my price target for Nvidia to 700. These guys have real price targets and financial strength. I've never seen anything like it. A group of buyers who do not react to price at all . They would rather pay 280 than 240. Can you imagine that?

Can you imagine walking into a store and saying, "Well, how much is this sweater?" And they answer you: "30 dollars." And you say: "Can I pay 50?" How much is this... You know, I'll take this one. They are looking at this. This is Ferragamo, right? 180 dollars. Hey, you know what? Do you mind if I pay 300 for it?

Why not? OK. These people don't have unlimited resources, but they have enough power to arrange a short squeeze every time the professionals decide to bet against this stock. Sellers, go away, come back...I was trying to write a poem, you know, like this nonsense about " sell in May." It didn't work.

Salespeople, uh, go away, come back another day when GameStop has 300. Ha! It's not that the Bulls know some secret about Ryan Cohen's restructuring plan. They are simply committed to buying this stock, they sweep up short positions they hate, and they drive the price much higher than you could have imagined.

Anyone who tries to resist this movement is simply out of their mind . Just let the price go up. You can call and raise your goal to a higher leve Kramer #. Did you miss something? Go to madmoney.cnbc.com. This is Shepard Smith. Thank you for watching CNBC on YouTube.
