all right here is a Tesla TSLA stock price update what's going on the markets and I'm gonna do how about a letter from Elon Musk and actually showing you the whole letter at the end of this video so watch this real quick this update well now they're saying you know this this company this article saying Tesla's gonna read them at the car manufacturing what happened Wall Street's skeptical all stuff all kinds of things going negative for Tesla fado Model X crash production hell freak free cash flow issues and this this company here UBS analysts said that they target a price of ninety five dollars right now it's Tesla stock is just under three hundred dollars a share that's a thirty three percent drop from where it was so they're shorting the stock obviously they're saying that there is gonna be they don't believe Ilan statement about not needing to raise any more cash this year I did a video on that recently search the channel if you want to see it but they're saying that the SEM this ambitious plans for semi roadster mano y and needed infrastructure and service center expansion are going to need extra cash according to what they're saying so they don't believe him and we already know that Moody's downgraded and that's what Elon said they are reactionary which is true whether or not the you know it's a problem is really the issue here and they're saying that this is the most critical time in Tesla's history since the Model S launched six years ago okay this also talks about Tesla margins are likely toasts another negative article saying how soon will the twenty five percent goal be abolished that goal being twenty five percent profit on the model three they're saying because Elon Musk admitted that robots were too much and that we needed more humans instead of robots we screwed up or taking the robots off the line that's probably why the retooling right now that they're gonna end up being much more expensive than robots and that's going to cut into the margin so their concern that they're not gonna you know be able to make the margins at all on the model three what do you guys think let me know in the comments about that let me know in the comments if you think they got to raise cash or if like Elon says they don't need cash now this article is positive Tesla investors don't worry about the model three okay they're saying more of a positive outlook and that there's no this pause in production should not concern TSLA investors that's new target and they're saying buy on the weakness actually that's what I did I bought around two to fifty to sixty in that range you can see videos on that so I do own some stock so what do you think buy on the weakness are you buying and let's see Tesla shares are up investing for beginners no we're not okay here's another article ten questions you gotta ask about Tesla what's the current production rate what's the impact of automation or the reverting back to humans to Tesla squander a competitive opportunity by launching the model three ahead of the model Hawaii because we all know SUVs are more profit center and more popular right now yeah did they who knows I also did a video on that saying that you know even Elon Musk says three five hundred thousand model threes a year yet they're gonna plan on 1 million model wise did how much did SX gross margins improve during the quarter is China big opportunities Tesla behind on autonomous that's a big question too I did stuff on lidar check the videos on that service is doing ok Tesla semi still on track what's up with solar does Tesla need money we just went over that those are the questions to ask ok and now this villas capital bets up stuff bets against Tessa stock TSLA is now 98 percent of the hedge funds short book so this is another negative view saying that the short people are just piling on more money and of course they've also lost a lot of money they've been saying this for years and years and years what do you guys think e are the are you want short on Tesla or you're gonna buy and hold I'm buying and holding but I'd like to hear what you guys have to say about that so this one is obviously another negative article and the negative seem to outweigh the positives Tesla is the most hated stock in the market right now as you can see and has the highest short interest of any major company and let's see as I write tests 25% of Tesla's float is short that's a lot that's a lot okay anybody out there shorting Tesla stock let me know I'd love to hear from you in the comments I think most people are protesting doubled the weekly production rate okay and out that's that's part of the problem here apparently there's a back log at the gigafactory okay they can't produce enough batteries and make them call Elte that's another issue I there was something in the news about that I didn't have an article to reflect that here in this video but what do you think about that are they behind and battery production is that another problem is everything just a bottleneck issue with Tesla right now I mean yes and a baa-baa more like a quality because they can they can free up the bottleneck but if they free at the bottom they can have poor quality it's gonna ruin the company so are they able to do this here of course their knees against saying six thousand a week and any suppliers that can't keep up basically they're going to be jettisoned they're gonna be gone and it seemed model okay six thousand six thousand precision that now they're saying yeah of course he's my Elon Musk's mention this recently in the news about precision you can use it as a yardstick measure off of it profit okay they're gonna be more rigorous about expenditures I guess cutting overhead which is good you got to be lean and mean and pivot of course as much as you can as a start-up excessive meetings they're saying hang up the phone if I'm getting anywhere and frequent meetings a cable walk out of a meeting or drop a call as it obvious you're not aren't adding value okay that's just basic business stuff don't use acronyms okay communication shortest path necessary for communications you can always slow down this video and read the whole thing if you want thanks for being such a kick-ass team accomplishing miracles every day blood up okay yeah alright anyway what do you think of this letter is it just pumping up the stock you know saying good stuff or is it really meaningful what does it mean I mean I'm concerned one of the concerns I have is that Elon is being made into like a Donald Trump it seems like and a liar and I know he doesn't follow the same politics as Donald Trump but they're both seem to be operating in a similar manner what do you guys think about that I think that's the biggest question here right now is the reputation and saying they want to be transparent but if Elon doesn't make deadlines and keep saying things that don't happen you know what is happening there I mean I'm hearing both
