The time has come. Time for lightning speed, and then the lightning round will be over. Are you ready? Steve's dad Tyler New York. Tyler J. First time caller, long time listener and club member, Jim, I'd like to get your thoughts on this startup company that's using artificial intelligence to try to disrupt a multi-trillion dollar industry.
Jim, the customer growth is impressive and the story is getting more and more interesting. Jimbo, summer is here. It's hot outside. So tell me, Jim, what do you think of some L and N? Honestly, I wish they could make some money. I mean, that would be nice. You know, it would change my view on it if they started making money.
That would make them a better stock and a better company. But I think you gave a terrific presentation. Let's go to Ned's in Ohio. Ned, Professor Kramer, nice to talk to you again, sir. How is your day? How is my day? I did pretty well with Midland. I did a little bit of this, a little bit of that. Mostly this.
This is a steal from another show . Let's. Sorry. Good. Good. Well, I was afraid I was going to be out today because, uh , I was in line to talk to you on Tuesday and then on Wednesday. So, until today I was 0 out of two, and now I'm one out of three. Hey, that's 33 on 33 on average. And the people in the phone room are wonderful.
I like the people in the phone room. Yes, sir. I want to talk. I would like to ask you about a company that pays a guaranteed dividend of about 3.7%. It has millions of acres of, uh, owned or controlled forest land. Uh, it manufactures wood products for commercial and residential, uh, construction. They, uh , they're in real estate.
Uh, their share price has dropped significantly, but I think it would be a pretty good buy at that interest rate. And it has the potential to grow over time. The company is called Wirehouser, sir. Oh, Warehouser. Okay, here's the problem. Warehouser. If rates go up, these stocks go down, and people think rates are going up.
If you think rates will go down, eventually even lower, then you'll start buying stocks right here. I'm more optimistic about this than the rest of Wall Street. Let's move on to S in New York. S Jim, how are you? Okay, buddy. What is happening? Nothing special. Good. The CEO of FedEx Freight was on your show a few weeks ago .
Yes. It was wonderful. But you guys, he was awesome. I mean, it was awesome. And you guys were talking about all the autonomous routes that they do. But there was just one problem, Jim. We didn't talk about the company that runs these routes for FedEx Freight, and how successful these routes are, and the on-time percentage, and the safety percentage, and all the great partnerships that this company has.
Jim, it's time for you to invite Chris Erson, one of the co-founders of Whimo. It's time for you to invite Chris to your show. Jim, what do you think about Aurora Innovation and Chris' involvement? I'm calling him right now. I ca n't even wait. I'm not even going to wait until the end of the show. We get that in the show.
I'm not going to make a decision about Aurora Innovations until I get Chris Mson involved . By the way, he was once the founder of Whimo. I will be very impressed with this guy. And yes, completely captivate him. But I won't give a verdict until he's on the show. That's it. Now we're going to Harvey in Arizona.
Harvey, nice to talk to you, Jim. Enjoy your show. Thank you. Well, we'll probably also talk about socks. I mean, by the way, if we've already talked about this , right? Yes. Yes. Well, I called you. I'm an old engineer, so I like the CRM for Carp Tech. Me too. And not just because Cart Tech is one of the best in Philadelphia.
You have a wonderful copy. What a great diagram. I think I would buy some here and I would buy some if there was an invitation, but I would definitely add some right here. And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the end of the Lightning Round. The Lightning Round is sponsored by Charles Schwab.
