Friends, I welcome all of you once again to the Money For All channel. So watch, in this video we talk about India's Varun Buffett, Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. All of us who invest in the market look for our mentors who have established success stories in the market. Mr. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala is one of those people in India whom people look up to as their mentors.

So let's talk about five such tips which Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, who is new to the market or even old, invests in his own way. In the eyes of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, what are the five things that he carries while investing and what is his success mantra? So let's talk about the first thing that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala says and says, invest in business, that you understand.

Mr. Jhunjhunwala says that there are many people who give you tips. You watch news channels, you invest your money by listening to hearsay, your earnings are someone else's and then you invest. So Mr. Jhunjhunwala says that unless you understand a company yourself and your opinion is of buy, you should not invest in it because your confidence will support you in holding your position.

If you take a position in a stock and it goes down a little, then if you invest based on hearsay, you will panic and may book a loss. But if you have invested in it after understanding it yourself, then you will know that fundamentally the company is strong and it will go up, so without booking a loss, you will wait through that tough time and will come out in profit later.

So this is friends, the first thing he said is very correct. The second thing is don't try to predict the market. By this thing, he means that you should not predict the market timely, that is, the market moves according to its own rules. If you say that this stock will reach this much value in this much time, then you will mostly be proven wrong.

The market has its own move. The market has its own timeline. So, you will have to respect the market and not make your own timeline and predict the market price. Make a prediction. Decide on a price target and then wait for the market to give it to you. Don't time the market, let the market time itself.

The third suggestion they give is, don't look for profit, look for success or profit. They say that when you run after profit, you can often take wrong calls. If you stay in the market with profit as your main aim, then at some point you will either start behaving very hyper or behave very sad or become extremely happy.

Look for the happiness associated with it. Whenever you book profit in the market, you should move ahead in the market by making the success that comes out of it, and profit will follow you. The fourth thing they say is, be patient friends, this is a mantra which is universal. If you have created a position in the market as they have given these tips, then don't try to time the market for the position you have created and the target you have set.

Then sit patiently and give time to the market so that it can take you forward. If you can give the numbers you want, whether it's for 6 months, a year, 5 years, or 10 years, you'll need to be patient. You should tailor your trading approach accordingly. If you've earmarked something for long-term investment, even if it fluctuates in the short term, maintain your patience.

Otherwise, you could lose by becoming hyper. The fifth and final rule he explains is " Forget Market Capitalization and Look for Scalability of Operations." Friends, there are many companies we're afraid to invest in because they either aren't in the market, or their market cap is next to nothing. They're new companies, their market share is next to nothing.

We fundamentally think they're bad. But he says that if their operations have the possibility of scalability, you should definitely invest in these stocks. For that, you'll need to analyze the company's plan, its management, and the person behind it who will be the driving force behind scalability. Today, a company is small, only then is it cheap, only then is it a multi- bagger.

There is an opportunity when it scales, and after scaling, when it becomes expensive, then what is the benefit of investing in it? This is what they say. Whenever you are thinking of investing in a company as a multibagger or in its initial days, then you should think whether this company will be able to scale its operations in the coming five years.

If it is able to do so, then definitely its stock price will increase. So friends, these five tips are very valuable for all of us. We should know: first, invest in the business that you understand; don't try to time the market; third, don't look for profit; look for the success of profit; fourth, be patient; and fifth, forget market capitalization and look for scalability of operations.

So friends, with this I leave you. Keep these five things in mind and analyze how these things can help us in our stock market journey. So thank you so much guys for watching the video.
