Fitch's decision is puzzling in light of the economic strength we see in the United States and our economy continues to grow in the longer term the United States Remains the world's largest most dynamic and most Innovative economy with the strongest Financial system in the world Fitch's decision is puzzling in light of the economic strength we see in the United States I strongly disagree with Fitch's decision and I believe it is entirely unwarranted welcome to the crypto teacher and you know I come back with that video just to make you think don't forget to like And subscribe to the channel and guys we have Janet Yellen on the fetch decision and guys we know she's an NWO chess piece and we have Jamie Diamond on the fifth and actually he came with the truth some of the truth but it came with the truth talked about Basel three increasing the capital requirements says is going to affect housing and small business and who told you that first that's right the crypto teacher we know small business Run America one small businesses go down these small Banks unemployment is going to start speeding up and we know with NWO want to do bring it and the robots algorithms and drones so therefore they can take over the economy and the Sheep go inside the metaverse and Jamie Diamond says he's not worried about the fish decision but oh don't worry there's a storm coming down the road so guys you know you better be wary and then we have Jim Cramer talks about your rapes and Jim Cramer gave us the truth as yield rates rise we know stocks and cryptos are gonna pull back and when Jim Cramer says don't worry you should worry because we know they do the opposite of what Kramer says and remember the crypto teacher told you because he knows when it comes to the new road order it's all planned out y'all have a wonderful day but to your point the consumer has been more resilient than expected um because we spent five trillion dollars over the two years of covert right that is extraordinary money that went to the hands of consumers and small businesses so the government did the right thing to get us out as terrible covid remember unemployment went from four percent to 15 and I remember like three months but but it but we continue spending and we continue QT QE for too long and we're going to pay we're paying a price for that and hopefully it won't be too big a price what what do you think the price well I think that could be higher interest rates and I don't know what's going to do the economy I in terms of the consumer do you think they fully absorb that stimulus yet and absorbed the period of low interest rates we've seen for so long you know will we ultimately start to see the effect of that um you know when the tide rolls in yeah the storm clouds down the road or you know fiscal spending QT higher rates we haven't had the full effect of that yet I don't know what that's going to do I don't want to guess about it I don't know and I think when people spend their time forecasting a TV they're mostly wasting their time you think the fed's done a good job I think they did a good job early on I think it's quite obvious there was too much it wasn't just their job you know fiscal spending monetary spending uh I think they they took too long they've kind of said that they caught up by going to five percent they made sense to you know uh uh pause for a while we're gonna say they may have to go a little higher I don't know but uh they've caught up I have enormous respect for Jay Powell let's talk about the FED in terms of Regulation uh because last week we saw the Basel three end game Basel four some people call it increasing Capital standards for especially the largest banks is there some way someone can actually quiet that group down over there okay yeah sorry is that is that a metaphor for I don't know maybe we can um you know higher Capital requirements for you all what what do you think is the overall impact from from these new roles that have been proposed yeah first of all I just want to be blunt it's hugely disappointing I think these rules are are I mean I've always thought gcp was a joke now we have operational risk Capital which I think is equally bad based on models which kind of make no sense to me and if I was the FED I'd be very careful about saying their models are perfect remember their models didn't show inflation and they didn't show uh five percent interest rates and stuff like that black they lack transparency I don't know what they want the outcome to be but I think they should be saying here's where we want the outcome to be and it can't be just safe for banks we have the best financial system in the world I know there's a lot of calibration among you know we have hundreds of rules lots of you know very little calibration among the rules and and you know and it can have a real effect on you know if they want to get push all mortgages and all small business banking or Banks so be it they should tell the American public that and so they they and they'll have real effect on consumers so just take I'm going to say just mortgages you know the way they've read it so far and more detail to come you know it's going to make it much harder to make a small mortgage and a mortgage to a lower FICO person and I just think that's a huge mistake from a policy point now if that's what they wanted to be so be it but they should tell the American public when we do this it's going to reduce mortgage affordability raise the cost to X dollars because that is exactly what it's going to do I could say the same thing about small business uh and a bunch of other impacts so we're going to adjust to it I'm not sure it's the right thing for America and and we'll be we're still reading all the details a thousand pages long I also want to point out is 10 years after the crisis you know so this has been going for a long time we need certainty policy that you know the stress test clearly didn't work so we you know we look at we do 100 a week they do one and they act like that's the real stress for the company I'm far more worried about China and cyber the name about that stress test and I I just think and the other thing we don't have many conversations anymore we should be having conversations with regulars about what we're worried about what they're worried about there's almost none of that so it's both lack of transparency and lack of conversation with real practitioners a lot of people Ivory Towers a lot of opinions here they've never been in the real world I'd like to see them get in the boxing ring one day because Fitch uh you know big news today obviously is the the downgrade of U.S debt down to double A Plus what's your take on that decision yeah I'll give you a couple quick things it doesn't really matter that much uh you know the markets decide it's not the rain agencies make these big decisions number two they point out some issues which we all knew about about our debt ceiling crisis and things like that but number three most important the American public this is the most prosperous Nation on the planet it's still the most prosperous nation in the planet it's the most secure Nation the planet I would point out to the raid names that I could that there are a bunch of countries rated higher than us like AAA but they live under the American uh Enterprise military system to have them be AAA not America is kind of ridiculous these are countries like Canada and others um you know in terms of of the actual decision making behind the the downgrade it had a lot to do with uh political brinksmanship surrounding the debt ceiling debacle the deficit itself I mean do you agree with any of those those are issues this is the most prosperous Nation the planet North America we have Atlantic and the Pacific the best military the best economy the world's ever seen the most Innovation the credit is sound it should be the highest rated Credit in the world and yes there are issues about you know they're being raised publicly I agree with that we should get rid of the debt ceiling we should get rid of the debt we should get rid of it it's a it's used by both parties and it's always used in a way that makes it very difficult we need certainty in the world and we should have more of it needs the market so what do we do we figure we might as well that's how I feel about wall Street's reaction when Fitch The Raid is agency took our country's debt down a notch last night thanks to our dysfunctional federal government they know nothing previously rated our debt Triple A and now it says we're double A plus the decision came out of the blue and helped bring our a torrent of selling they'll tell me 348 points sap plunging 1.3 the NASDAQ Plumbing 2.17 stocks makes sense though actually yes if your portfolio manager who abandoned stocks when interest rates go up which is what happened pretty viciously in the wake of the Dead daggering treasury seemingly can't be worth as much as they were before Fitch shot the hammer this other thing goes stocks therefore can't be worth as much either as hundreds of billions of dollars change from the direction up on yields when those yields go up rates go higher people automatically sell success all right look I am not concerned for our nation because of the downgrade going to a different economy and we're going to be learning more about that uh as we go but clearly we're we're learning that things can be done from a remote can replace p we're not going back to the same economy we're going we're recovering but to a different economy and it'll be one that is more leveraged to technology and I worry that that is going to make it even more difficult than it was for for many workers it's in Silicon Valley and my friends who work in technology know that what we did to the manufacturing workers we are now going to do to the retail workers the call center workers the fast food workers the truck drivers and then even bookkeepers accountants insurance agents lawyers and on and on through the economy so what happened to the manufacturing workers a very clear sign and so we'll import chinese-based cbdc technology so it's going to be cbdc in a box provided to You by The People's Bank of China but every stock every Bond every currency every commodity every piece of art every private business every piece of real estate will eventually be a token on a blockchain an entry on a ledger permanent and immutable we'll have truth instead of trust and we will save over seven trillion dollars a year six to eight percent of global GDP is wasted by the friction of the trust industry that's necessary when you have dual entry accounting with triple entry accounting which is what a blockchain is we get rid of all of that friction it's a beautiful future like what you see in China and their social credit scoring systems right if we get identity wrong you know it could be a tool to enslave humanity and if we get it right it could be a tool to liberate humanity is an American you know uh I'm obviously rooting for the the one that's on the side of freedom Bitcoin is an international asset and also I do believe the role of crypto is um it is it is it's digitizing gold I actually believe this technology is going to be very important I am I you know look at it we have been part of the huge revolution in investing through ETFs we believe that ETS will be changing the whole way we invest many people still use it as a means well people are investing it for indexing no they're the majority of people were putting money in an index in an ETFs or active investors that are buying exposure the entire bond market is being transformed as we talk right now I believe the Next Generation for markets the Next Generation for Securities will be will be tokenization of securities um we will and if we could have that distributed Ledger that we know every beneficial owner every beneficial seller we all have our our code of who's buying who's selling instantaneous settlement and think about it changes the whole ecosystem crypto teacher and
