01. You have heard many stories in the stock market that Rakesh Jhunjhunwala made a profit of thousands of crores by investing a little money, Vijay Kaya did it, no one is telling you how he did it, you will tell the stock market everything, at what price you invested, but can you still invest in those stocks?

02. No, right? In this video we will know what he did and how we can repeat that thing. Now look, first of all understand what he did. He did it, he found a good company, invested in it and when he made a good profit from that investment, when he felt that the chances of getting more good profit in this investment are less or no, then he withdrew the money from there and shifted to another company.

03. He kept repeating the same thing again and again in different companies. Now it is not that he was some God sent milk that whatever company he touched, some dust turned into gold in that company, he chose a company like gold, we have to do the same work, three things first, a good company You have to choose it.

04. The second thing is to see when is a good level for entry. The third thing is to see when is a good level for exit. And I am going to tell you in this video a very simple and easy way to do all these three things. Watch this video very carefully. Bookmark it. Subscribe to it. Save it. Keep this video with you.

05. The first thing you have to do is find a fundamentally strong company. Now you will say where will it work in fundamentals? I want to see the fundamental balance sheet. So which one is it? But I am going to tell you a very easy way. It is an EPS and P. You must have heard the name P. If the price to earnings ratio of a company is low, then it is considered a good company.

06. I have made a separate video on this. You must watch that video on EPS and P. So your concept will become clear as to what P is and what it is. I will not go into much detail in this video, just keep it simple. Let me give an introduction to EPS. Understand it like this. What is the company's earnings, what profit is it posting?

07. How much money did the company earn in three months? Divide that by the share price. So, divide that by the share. What is EPS? What number came out as per the comparison of price and earnings? A little detailed video can be found on Munaf Suk, you can also watch it. But understand it like this, the higher the EPS of a company and the lower the P/E, the better the company is.

08. There is value left in that company. But this thing has to be compared in the same sector. This is the thing to pay the most attention to. I am repeating this again. Compare companies of the same sector whenever you do P/E comparison. It is good now do this, like I will give you an easy link of Munaf Suk Suk.

09. I had done EPS and P/E comparison. Go there, different sectors are given in it, so pick one sector, for example, suppose it is a bank, then go to the bank and see which companies are there. It is giving very good earnings, good earnings, good EPS, good EPS, leave aside the ones with zero, giving positive losses, which companies are giving good EPS?

10. In this, you will see that ADFC Bank is giving around Rs. 35, Axis Bank is also giving around the same, you will see that the bank is giving EPS of 35, this is a good thing, the rest is about ADFC Bank, then you look at the price, the price is very high for this bank, what does this mean that HDFC Bank is giving less earnings, but its price has reached a particular level and the earnings of SS Bank are more than ADFC, but the price has not reached there yet, this means that there is still a lot of value left in the bank because the earnings of the top companies of that sector, which people are buying, are investing a lot, are earning more than that, but the price has also not reached that level, which means that high level investment has not started coming in this company, its potential has also not been unlocked, you have got this company just like that, if you want Take out one company from this sector if you want and there are 170 other sectors in NAC, take out from other sectors, there is FMCG and IT, there is auto, there are different sectors like rubber, sugar, food, agriculture, from such different sectors you take out one or two good companies, you should have a list of 10, 15, 20 companies, look, do not compile a very long list, there are 170 sectors, it is not that you have found two shares in every sector, there are around 300 shares and you are happily roaming around with them, it will take sweat to track 300 shares, hence the list is 15, 20, 10, 15, 20, good, we have a list ready now what to do, what will people say, you will see on here, you will see on Facebook, people who share a lot of knowledge there, what knowledge are they sharing, you have one lakh rupees, now you have taken out a company, now divide it and invest it in this company and go to sleep, what amazing advice has been given, invest the money without looking at any level and then go to sleep, very good Do not do this at all.

11. There is hardly any act more foolish than this. Never do this in the share market. What you have to do is you have to find an entry level in this share. How will you find the level? It is a very easy way. When a share reaches its support price, then generally it reverses from there. This is like a po rule.

12. Understand that it is not a proper rule. It may even break the support but generally it reverses from there. So find a support point. Yes, this is a point. Even if the share is falling, this point will keep my price safe. This support point will hold my price. When the share is near the support point, then you have to buy the share.

13. Now, suppose we bought it near this support point and even if the share falls a little, then this support is also working as a stop loss for us. If the share breaks this, then it will never fall. It is not like that. If the company finds itself above the support price, then it cannot fall. It cannot fall.

14. We will also have to keep a stop loss. So, the third thing is when to take entry. Now when to buy this, people are telling you everywhere, on TV, on Facebook, here and there, everywhere that the price of this share has fallen to 10, it has become cheap, buy it like this, it has fallen to 15, it has become cheap, buy it, never do this, why not do this, today it is cheap at 10, tomorrow it may fall to 10 and the day after tomorrow it may fall to 10, how long will you see it falling, you invested money so that you can see your money falling, so never buy a falling share, when to buy when you look at the trend in the share, now you will ask how to see the trend, then a very simple way is moving average, look at the moving average line, whether the line is going down or going up, you can easily find out this much, just by looking at the chart you will know whether the line is going down or going up, if the line is going up, it means the trend is upward, it is going flat, so it is not like that we invest money and then sit for 10 years and get nothing, oh for 10 years If you had kept the money in the bank, you would have earned interest on it.

15. If you are not getting anything in the stock, then what is the point, what is the benefit, so when to invest the money, when the trend has become upward, the third important thing is this, now till now you have understood three things, first, on the basis of EPS and PK, you have selected a good company, the company whose EPS was high but PK was low, the price has not reached that level yet, so PK is low, second thing you have learnt that you should not buy around a support point because at the support point, firstly, stop loss will work for us, secondly, there are good chances that the stock will start rising from here, third thing we have seen that an uptrend has already started in the stock, the method of good support for an uptrend is also the same, a very easy way to find support is 50 day moving average, 100 day moving average, 200 day moving averages, all these work as very strong support, so if the stock is around these moving averages, then understand that yes, PK is a good level, there is good support here, if it is above the 50 day moving average, then 50 The 200-day moving average acts as support.

16. If it is above 100, it acts as support. If it is above 200, it acts as very strong support. The 200-day and 100-day moving averages do not break easily, neither downwards nor upwards. If they act as support, then even below them the stock will find it very difficult to break. And if they act as resistance, then above them too it will be very difficult to break.

17. This applies to both sides. Now you have seen the support point, you have seen the moving average, you have seen the simple moving average. There are many other ways to see the trend. For example, MCD is one way to see the trend and then to draw the trend line. But the moving average is the simplest, however, MCD is the most powerful method.

18. It shows 10 different things in a single chart. If you were to see a CD correctly, it would be explained in this profit-making stock market material. It's very detailed. If you've read it, you must have seen that section. Well, that's a different matter. Here, we selected a good company based on EPS and P&P.

19. We found its support, and now we also know that the trend is also up. Don't do this: the stock has gone up too much, we're buying when the trend is very high, a long line is moving upwards, and we sit on that money. Because it's possible that the trend has risen well at any time, so it's possible that it may reverse.

20. So, the trend was down earlier, now it's slowly starting to rise. Here, it was flat earlier, now it's slowly starting to trend upwards. This is our entry point here. We invested the same amount of money, divided into lakhs of rupees, in different companies at different times. When we found the right time, found the right trend, found the right support, we invested there.

21. We had the list, its support points, we also saw its trend, and we made our investment. Now don't go to sleep, as everyone tells you, long-term investing. Do it and then go to sleep. Don't keep looking at the price again and again. Don't go to sleep. The money is yours. It's your job to save it. No one else will come to save it.

22. The people telling stories on TV won't come to save it. You have to save the money. How to save it? The first thing you marked was the stop loss point. You must have written down the support point that you had in your mind. Is the stock below that point? The first thing you should check is when to check it.

23. You can check it every week, for 15 days, for 20 days, for a month. It's up to you. You have to keep checking on a regular basis. The first thing is whether the support point has broken. The second thing is whether the trend has reversed. We had invested money during an uptrend. Now, three things can happen.

24. From here, either the trend will continue to go up or it may flatten out gradually and start flattening out or it may start going down. So, is it possible that its trend has reversed or has started going down? We are also investing in the stock thinking that it is a good company, otherwise it is time to exit it.

25. If the trend has reversed, then get out of it. Generally, when an upward trend starts, it continues for a while. In a short time, the stock will give a decent profit. So, let me sum it up. Here are the four things you have learned and understood. Well, one thing, people say that it happened once, Jhunjhunwala made so much profit, Vijay Kaya made so much profit.

26. This happens every day. This is happening every year, friend. It happens in different stocks. Look at the chart of Bank of India last year, I have also put it on here. Look, in one year, it increased by 800 times. Look here, this company, but I put the chart to show the price comment. It increased four times within two to three months.

27. If you had caught it at the right place and looked at the support according to the trend, it would have increased four times. It is not that something happened once and it is done now, it cannot happen now, it is still happening. You can do these four things. You just have to keep them in mind and write them down carefully.

28. Bookmark it, first we have to make a watch list of good companies on the basis of Rs. 100 and Rs. 100, but we should not make the watch list so long that we cannot understand which one was the best, which one is good for us, which one is the best. Many people will find that my watch is 800, tell me, hey brother, do you get support from even two or four of them, tell me what happens, where do you get stuck, friend, I will have to see, then what about your watch, you will say that the people who are coming on TV, they also have very long watches, this is their work, this is their profession, they are engrossed in it 24 hours, if you wake them up in the middle of the night and ask what is the support of ACC, then even in deep sleep they will tell you what is the support of ACC, they might even be having dreams about those things, you are not coming, so keep your watch list according to your capacity, 10 shares, 15, 20, if it seems too much then keep it, there is no such rule, if you make a long list then it will be big It is a good thing that if it becomes small then it is a very bad thing.

29. First of all, you made a list. Now the second thing is that you determined a stop loss point for yourself. Look at the moving average. It depends on where the moving average is taking support. You have set a stop loss point for yourself. You have seen where to take entry. You have seen that the trend has started reversing now and has started going up.

30. Earlier it was down and flat, now it has started going up. Now this is a good entry point for me and a little below this is my support. This is a good point, a good reversal point has been formed, so you enter there. Fourth thing is to keep checking the stock on a regular basis and after checking, if you find anything risky for yourself, then take exit.

31. It is not that you are sitting idle, then you are sitting idle. Now which moving average will you use? Like the moving average that we were talking about, short term, that is, you are working for 10-15 days, and if you are sleeping accordingly, then 20 day moving average The moving average is a good trend line, a good moving average line which you can keep watching.

32. If you are thinking of a longer term, you can use a 100 day moving average or a 200 day moving average. But these are very strong lines, they do not rotate quickly. The 20 day moving average rotates a little faster comparatively, hence it is said to be for shorter periods. The 200 day moving average is very strong, it rotates with great difficulty, but once it rotates, then the trend that has been formed continues for a long time.

33. This is the thing, so you have to decide which moving average line you will use. Instead of a simple moving average, you can also use IM, you can also use an exponential average or MCD, but this thing is a little more complicated, hence I am not covering it in this video, I will cover it in future videos.

34. MCD, as I told earlier, in that, who knows how many things can be known by looking at a single chart, you will come to know about it in this. Is the stock overbought or oversold? Then what is the trend in it? For how long will the trend continue? Is the momentum of the trend fast or is it slowing down?

35. All these things can be known just by looking at the MCD chart, but it is known quite accurately, very accurate and we will talk about it in the future videos. If you want to read more and have curiosity, download this profit training material, which is the stock market training material, all these things are given in it in great detail.

36. The video that I am making is also made from this material. I teach this in my stock market classes. I teach this thing to the students. If there are questions, there is a counter question there. I also clear the data. It is not like that you just get up and something comes to your mind and then you get up and make a video.

37. All these are time tested videos, time tested methods and cross questions. So now, well, I end this video here. I will meet you there. Profit Kam and many more. I have read videos like the one on EPS and yes the most important thing is the most important thing you need to be successful in stock market, that is a video on mindset, without mindset you cannot be successful in any profession, you must 100% watch that video, watch the EPS video, watch the P video and this video is also there and there are many more, watch all of them there, I meet you there, have a nice day B
