01. Friends, 90% of the people who lose money in the stock market lose because they blindly follow the hype on social media. But the 1% people who are consistent in their lives and have created their wealth always follow the smart money. And who is the smart money? Smart money is India's top big individual investors.

02. Like Radhakrishna Damani became Rakesh Jhunjhunwala. Right? She became his wife or Ashish Kasolia. If you look at their lives, their success stories, you will get a lot of inspiration. If you look at today's date, the stocks these people have are not very much. But he has created tremendous wealth in a small number of stocks.

03. And people who follow this kind of smart money. He has always been what he is, whether you call him a copycat or a copycat or whatever. But he has followed those 1% people who are these investors. After following him, definitely his life has come on track. See, we have heard about Rakesh Jhunjhunwala that he started investing in the stock market with ₹5000.

04. Today the net worth of him and his associates is ₹62,000 crore. Right? So he has created this huge wealth from the stock market. And when he invested in Titan, it was a penny stock. It was a penny stock around ₹5. Look at how big the large cap has become today, which is a part of Nifty 50 as of today.

05. So, similarly, I will tell you about 10 stocks and all these 10 stocks will be penny stocks and I will tell you about 10 penny stocks from the portfolios of all these big investors, be it Radhakishan Damani , Rekha Jhunjhunwala, Ashish Kachuliya, Mool Agarwal. We will discuss their top 10 penny stocks.

06. Keep in mind that whatever stocks I will tell you about here, it does not mean that you have to buy or sell them because this video is being made only for educational purposes and I am not providing any kind of recommendation here. So before investing you have to consult your financial advisor. Then the investment decision has to be made.

07. So watch this video and let's start. But keep in mind that before moving ahead in the video, if you have not yet subscribed to our channel then subscribe to the channel. Please like this video and share it as much as possible. Friends, first of all we start with the portfolio of Radha Krishna Damani ji, whose net worth as of today you can note is 1448124 crores and you can see his holdings in 13 companies and here if I talk about the cheapest stock in his holdings, then he has a stock named Adani Hotels & Resorts led you can note, here I am telling you its filings and 4.18 8% in this company, you will get to see Radhakishan Damani ji's holdings in Advani Hotels & Resorts.

08. This is a penny stock of ₹47. He has been holding the stock for a long time. And if you look at the last 5 years, you get returns of 23% here. You saw a rally in the stock between 2021 and 2024 when the stock went up by 120%. But after that, the stock has declined and now you will see this stock 44% below its peak.

09. So this company comes from the hospitality sector. As you already know, this company is in the business of hotels and resorts. This company was established in 1987 and you can see its resorts in Goa. Where they own these five star deluxe resorts. So as of today, you will find this company with a market cap of around Rs 450 crore.

10. And if we look at the fundamentals of the company here, first of all you can note that the company's return on capital employed is 10% and you get to see a return on equity of about 8%, which is decent and the best thing is that this company is almost debt free and not heavily debt ridden. Roughly the dept will be around Rs 2.5 to 3 crores.

11. Against this, the company has reserves of around Rs 500 crore as of today. The total assets of the company are Rs 544 crore. Whereas their liabilities are very low. They have liabilities of just Rs 20 crore. Talking about valuation, today this stock is much below the industry valuation. Because the industry is at a PE of 28 times and the PE of this stock itself is 18 times and the promoters of this company have not liquidated their holdings.

12. The sales of this company is Rs 51 crore in the last 5 years. It has increased to ₹18 crores today. And talking about net profitability, the net profit of the company has increased from 7 CR to 23 CR. The profitability at peak had even gone up to 26 CR. So if we look from there now, we are seeing a slight decrease in profit.

13. Apart from this, you can see the holding of the promoters of this company to be stable. 50.24% holding can be seen of promoters. There is end stake and in the institutions here you also get to see the holding of FI. FI holds 2% stake in this company. DI also has 0.05% stake in this company and the public stake can be seen at 49%.

14. Friends, there is another investor whose name is Mukul Agarwal and his net worth was also very low earlier. When I used to look at it earlier, I used to see his net worth around Rs 500-600 crore. Today, his net worth has reached Rs 8750 crore. There are a lot of stocks in his portfolio today. He is running by making investments in 76 companies.

15. So it is not that you will make money only in 10-20 companies in the market. The people who have made money here show that money can be made by investing in many companies. So he has a stock, friends, here I am telling you his entire portfolio, in which you can note that there is a stock in Mukul Agarwal's portfolio, in it there is a stock with the least price, whose price is ₹19.

16. His name is Hindustan Construction and he has holdings worth ₹95 crore in this company. Meaning, if seen in percentage value, Mukul Agarwal ji holds 1.91% stake of this company. So in the last 1 month you are seeing a decline of about 13 to 14% in the stock. There is also a decline of 3% in the last 6 months.

17. There is a decline of 19% in the last 1 year. The returns in the last 5 years have been positive. The stock has given returns of 125%. The recent peak that has been formed will be seen around ₹47. That is, between 2021 and 2024, this stock has given a return of 450%. Right? So if seen from there, it is currently seen below the peak price.

18. It's down about 60%. If I look at the maximum chart, you will see this company working since 1999. You will see this stock functioning in the market from 50 paise. You can also note its all-time returns of 2000% and its all-time high has been seen going down to around ₹92. So this Hindustan Construction Company is a company related to the construction sector and HC is a flagship company of Hindustan Construction Group and what does this company do today?

19. It executes projects related to engineering, construction and infrastructure. Like it develops dams etc. Tunnels have been built, bridges have been built, this company develops hydro, nuclear and thermal power plants. Apart from this, this company is working across the country on expressways, roads, water wax, water supply, irrigation systems, industrial buildings etc.

20. If seen, its market cap size is around Rs 5000 crore. That means it is a small cap business. The company's return on capital employed is 24% as of today, which seems to be a very good figure. Return on equity is seen to be around 12%. The company's debt to equity is below one. The debt to equity ratio is 0.48.

21. We get to see the company's dept of 1000 CR. Now talking about valuation, friends, the industry is at a PE of 15 times and this stock is at a PE of 36 times. So valuation wise, you will find this stock currently more expensive than the industry valuation and Mukul Agarwal ji is holding in this company.

22. However, we observed that the promoters ' holdings here have been largely kept flat. 82% of the company's holdings have been kept on the plate. So you should note this thing. Otherwise, if we look at the company's sales, it appears quite simplistic. If we look at 2022, we could see their sales picking up.

23. While the company's sales have reached Rs 10,668 crore, currently the company 's sales are Rs 3872 crore. But here you can still see the stake of Mukul Agarwal ji. You can take note. Here you will see the promoters' holding which is 16%. FI holding is 10.25% and DI holding is 3.2% and 70% holding is of public.

24. So here the promoters' holding is very low. Other institutions hold it and among the public, Mughal Agarwal ji has increased his holding. You see, earlier their holding was 1.68%. They have increased it further and now it has become 1.91%. Similarly, there is another stock in the portfolio of Mul Agarwal ji whose name is Algo Logisticsed.

25. You can note that he has a holding of Rs 44 crore in this. That means he himself holds 2.94% holding in the company. And right now you will see this stock around ₹9.88 and ₹9.87. The stock has fallen 2.5% today. If we look at the stock, it is down 70% in the last one year and if we look at the returns of five years, the stock is down 85%.

26. Its week price can be seen going up to ₹16. If you look at the maximum chart, the company is operating since 2006 and between 2006 and 2022, this company gives almost 600% returns to its investors and after 2022, you see a decline in the stock and right now this stock has come down to around ₹10. So let's look at the shareholding pattern of this company here.

27. So friends, the promoters of this company used to hold 63% earlier. But now you can see their holding falling to around 40% and for the last three quarters, you can see this holding in the same range and here you can also see the holding of institutions. For example, FI holding in this company is 6.5%.

28. DI's holding is 1.82% and here you can note that if we look at the public holding, Mukul Agarwal has recently entered here. Earlier they used to have holding in 2022-23. Mukul Agarwal ji's holding has also been seen in this company up to 1.34%. But after that he exited the company because the sales of the company had fallen to a great extent and now again in the last three quarters he has bought his holding here again.

29. You can note their 2.94% stake in this company. So here you should note that when original Mukul Agarwal ji took exit from this company, then the holding of this company was around 18000 crores and after that it fell to 12900 crores and again when he has entered in 2025, then we can see the sales of the company as 19 crore 60 sorry 1960 crores and now these sales have again increased to 2000 crores.

30. Earlier this company used to do sales of Rs 19 and 18,000 crores. Later, we saw a decline in the company's sales in 2025 and after this, you also saw Mukul Agarwal ji entering here in the same range. So as of now, the company is profitable. You can see the net profit of the company, the company is making a profit of Rs 45 crores.

31. And this company is primarily an integrated logistics sessions provider. The company provides free service. You can take note. The company is engaged in multimodal transport operations, inland container deport and container feed station operations. Then Contract deals with logistics and operations. Apart from this, this company also offers project and engineering sessions.

32. So if you look at it, you will get to see its current market cap of 1489 CR. The ROC of the company is 4%. The company's ROE is around 1%. The debt to equity has gone up by one. So please note the debt to equity here because the company's debt to equity is currently above one. However, you will still see the holding of Mul Agarwal ji here and if you look at the valuation of this company, the industry is at 25 times and this stock is at 32 times P.

33. This means that the stock has just moved slightly above the industry valuation. Rest of the promoters of this company have not pledged their holdings. Friends, the next Pini stock that we will look at is also a very big investor whose name is Akash Bhansali. You can note their net worth now. His net worth is Rs 7880 crores which you can see today.

34. You get to see a portfolio of 17 stocks that they have. So you can note the least priced penny stocks that he has kept in his portfolio. There is a company named Pxis Home Retailed. He has a holding of Rs 1.47 crore in this company, that is, 2.14% share of the company, which is the share, you will get to see in this company of Akash Bhansari, this stock is only worth Rs 370, so you will see this company functioning since 2018, this stock was listed at Rs 17 and now this stock has come down to around Rs 3.64.

35. Right? You can also note that in the last 1 month, here you will see a decline of 13 to 14%. So, you will see this company being incorporated in 2011. Pris Home Retailed is the name of this company and this company does retailing through departmental stores and you can see some other formats also. Now let me tell you about this company that it is a loss making company.

36. Its market cap is Rs 67 crore. You will not get to see its price to earnings because the company is loss making. The amount of the dept company is Rs 1889 crore. Right? And you will not see any valuation here. If you look at the assets of the company, it is Rs 190 crore but the reserves of the company are negative Rs 170 crore.

37. But even in this type of company, you can see investors here. Now I do not know what are the reasons for this because see, as of today, you will see the sales of the company to be Rs 99 crores which you can note here. But their profit is completely negative. The company worth Rs 61 crore is in loss.

38. But even in such companies, we can see the names of big investors whose net worth is Rs 7800 crore. If you look at the promoters here, their holding is 7%. FI holdings are 1.3%. You can also see DI here. 26% is of DI and if we look at the public holding, we can see a lot of names here. Individual names are visible.

39. But here there is also a name of Akash Bhansari who today holds 2.14% holding in this company. Similarly, there is another big investor whose name is Vijay Krishna Lal Keya. Right, you might know him too. Their network today is Rs 1366 crore. In his portfolio, you will see holding of 24 stocks and he has one stock in his portfolio.

40. Right? This is a penny stock. You can note that the name of this company is Patel Engineering and it is a penny stock of just ₹23. Where you will see Vijay ji's holding of 1%. Its value is Rs 23.84 crore. There has been some small holding. He has maintained his holding in this company in a very large amount.

41. So here you can note this stock price. The stock is down 2% today and [nasal sound] the stock is down 34% in the last 1 year. The stock is giving 10% returns in 5 years and from 2021, sorry, from 2020 to 2024, we have seen a lot of growth in the stock. Right? Then he probably entered from here. You can take note.

42. This stock has also given returns of 350% between 2030 and 2024. And this company, you have seen it working not just now but for a long time. The company has been operating since 2005. Its peak price can be seen going up to around ₹680. Right? And right now this stock is trading at ₹23.70. But engineering is the name of this company.

43. And this company constructs dams etc. Be it bridges, tunnels, roads, piling works, industrial structures, AB SEBI civil engineering works or apart from this, this company also works in hydro irrigation, water supply, urban infrastructure and transport. So the company is working in various areas. It has a market cap of ₹366 crore.

44. Meaning it is a micro cap business. You will see the ROC of the company is decent at 13% and return on equity at 9%. Look at the company's debt to equity, which is below one. That means the total debt of the company is Rs 1200 crore. Whereas the company's reserves are Rs 4300 crore. And the assets of the company are also Rs 95000 crore.

45. And their liabilities are also less than their assets. You will see their liabilities worth Rs 3747 crore. If we talk about valuation, the industry is at a P/E of 15 and this stock is at a P/E of 166. Meaning, you will find this stock cheaper than the industry valuation. This stock is even below book value.

46. ₹44 you note is its book value and this stock is below its book value. But the promoters of this company have pledged their holdings. 66% holdings of the company have been pledged. If you talk about the sales figures of the company, then today the company is around five. The company is profitable. This time the company has made a profit of Rs 287 crore.

47. And here let us look at the share holding pattern. So here you can note that you will see the promoted holding at 31% right now. You will also find FI holdings in institutions and their holding is 2.98%. The holding of DI is about 3.8% and if you look at the holding of the public, it is 57.92% and in the public share, as I told you, you will see the holdings of Vijay Kedia ji here.

48. KDA Securities Private Limited is their name. This is the name of his firm. You can take note. For the last four consecutive quarters, we have seen their holding at around 1%. Friends, the next investor whose portfolio's least priced stock we will look at is going to be Rakesh Jhunjhunwala & Associates.

49. So his total net worth is ₹2,000 crores as of today. In their total portfolios, you will find holdings of 27 companies. In which you can note the stock with the least price. That is the finance services led in which the value of investments of Rakesh Jhunjhunwala ji and Rekha Jhunjhunwala ji here is 7.2%.

50. Right, this stock is worth ₹74. If we look at the last 1 year, this stock has given you negative returns of around 7 1/2%. However, if we look at its returns of the last 5 years, then this stock is down by about 9% in the last 5 years and if we look at the maximum chart and its peak price, then we will see that this stock is currently down by 51% from its peak price and if we look at its maximum chart, then this stock has given you returns of 750% and you will see this company functioning in the market since 2005.

51. So if we look at the business model of Use Financial, then this company is related to financial services. Is a broker. Right? You will find their brokerage firms in many cities. Be it tier one, tier two or tier three. Right? So, this company works in online brokerage as of today. Engaged in the distribution of financial products.

52. Then the company provides portfolio management services and margin funding etc. Meaning it is a broker. The same type of growth which is being used by maximum people today. Similarly, Jth Financial Services is also a broker. So if you look at its fundamentals, its market cap is Rs 2000 crore. You will see the ROC of the company is 9% ROE is around 7%.

53. The company's debt is negligible. Almost Low is a dead company. You will get to see a debt of Rs 123 crore. You can see the company's reserves of Rs 1170 crore. We get to see the company's assets worth Rs 2134 crore. If we talk about valuation, see the industry is at 19 times and this stock is at 25 times.

54. Meaning, right now this stock is appearing to you expensive than the industry PE. Right? And if I talk about the sales of the company, then the company is doing sales. The company has made sales of Rs 672 crore this year. However, the company's sales have decreased compared to 2025. Sales in 2025 were Rs 750 crore.

55. Currently, the sales of this company have reduced a bit. The company is profitable. The company has registered profit in the trailer months of 75. And if we look at it, the company has been continuously profitable even before that. But compared to last year, we see the company's profit much less now.

56. And here you can note the share holding pattern. You will see 38% holding of promoters in this company. You will see the holding of FI at 1.58% and the holding of DI is quite high here and recently DI has also increased its holding significantly. Meaning, the holding which used to be around 1% has become 10% in just one quarter.

57. Right? We still see 10.04% holding of DI. The stake of 49% and roughly 50% can be seen by the public. And here we can note the holding of Rekha Jhunjhunwala ji. His holding in this company is 7.2%. Now keep in mind that after Rakhi Jhunjhunwala passed away, we saw all her holdings coming to Rekha Jhunjhunwala ji.

58. So you will see the stake they have right now which is 7.2%. Friends, the next investor in our list is Sunil Singh Ghaniya ji, whose net worth as of today is around Rs 3450 crore. He has a huge net worth and currently has 40 holdings in his portfolio. Now see, there is a stock in their portfolio too which I have seen at the least price and its name is Paramond Communications.

59. You can note that he has a holding of about 3.5% in this company, whose value you will see as around Rs 78 crores as of today. Right and its current price is ₹65. So Paramund Communications is up 50% in the last 1 year. If we look at the returns of the last 5 years, this stock has been a multibagger.

60. It has denied returns of 400% to its investors. If you look at the maximum chart, you will see that this company has been operating since 2007 and its all-time returns are only 44%. Because this stock is first listed at 44 and then this stock goes to 1.5 in 2013. But after that, if you look from the base level, today the stock has given returns of 4000%.

61. Right? So the company can go down or come up at any time. It depends on the clarity of the business. So, the business of the company right now, you have seen it doing very good business in the recent 810 years. So look at this stock now, from ₹1.5 it has gone up to approximately ₹6465. This is a small cap stock whose market cap you can note.

62. Today it is 2000 crores. Its ROC is 12%. The return on equity is 8%, which is decent. Almost loaded company. 166 is the debt to equity ratio. You can take note. If we talk about valuation, then see the industry is at 26 times and this stock is at 34 times. Meaning, now you will see this stock going a little higher than the industry and it is not that this stock is undervalued as of today.

63. Otherwise, you will not find the holdings of the company's promoters here. Meaning the plate will not be visible. If we talk about sales here, this year the company has made sales of around Rs 2000 crore and you can continuously see the sales of the company increasing. This means that in 5 years the sales have increased from Rs 500 crore to Rs 2000 crore.

64. That means sales have quadrupled. Talking about net profit, earlier the net profit of the company used to be Rs 3 crore 8 crore. Today the company has made a profit of Rs 61 crore. This company is continuously making sales and profits. And if you look at the share holding pattern here, you will see that the promoters' holding in this company is 45.8%.

65. FI holding is also seen here which is 1.89%. DI's holding has increased recently here. That means DI has directly acquired 4% holding from Forest here. That means DI has bought 4% holding in one quarter. You can also see the government's holding here at 1.58%. And you can note it in public. A lot of big names are seen.

66. You can take note. You will find these holdings in the Abaqus Diversified Alpha Fund. Right where you can note the 1.96% holding can be noted. Then they have an Alpha Fund 2, again here you will see their holding of 1.67%. So through the Ace Diversified Alpha Fund, you can note Sunil Singhani's holdings in this company.

67. Friends, there is another very big investor whose name is Ashish Kachuliya and he is very expert especially in small caps and micro cap investing. You can note that you will get to see his net worth of 2999 means 3000 crores and there is a small stock in his portfolio whose name is BEw Engineering, you can note that he has a stake of about 9.2% in this company, you can note that his stake as of today is 5.66 crores, so the name of the company is BM BW Engineering and it is a company related to the engineering sector, the company was incorporated in 2011 and this company manufactures special range of filtration mixing and drying equipments.

68. Right? So, all these things , you will see them being used in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. So, it has a market cap of around Rs 61 crore. Meaning it is a small nano cap company. Currently, you will see the ROC of the company at 4% and ROE at around 2.7%. Day to equity is below one. That means the company's day is seen to be 62 CR.

69. Which is the company's reserves of Rs 128 crore. And the promoters of the company have not plated their shares. Talking about valuation, the industry is at 34 times and this stock is below the industry. That means you can currently see this stock at a PE of 16 times. If we talk about the company's sales, then this year you will see the company's sales of Rs 186 crore and in 2021 the sales of this company will be Rs 60 crore, which means you will see the company's sales continuously increasing and if we talk about profit, then the company's profit continuously increased from Rs 6 crore to Rs 12 crore last year.

70. Right now, you are seeing less profit here. Because the company's margins have decreased. Therefore, the profit which used to be Rs 12 crore earlier has now reduced to just Rs 4 crore this year. Rest, if you look at the shareholding pattern here, you will see 46% stake of promoters in the stock. And the public's share will be 53.89%.

71. Similarly, I will also tell you about another stock of Ashish Kashhoria ji whose name is DU Digital Globaled. Look, the share price of the company is also ₹21. He has holdings worth Rs 12-13 crore. That means you will find Ashish Kachoria ji holding approximately 8.5% of the company's share. So you will find this company working since 2007 and it provides outsourced services related to visa.

72. Right? So it is related to visa. Processing service is being provided as of today. The market cap of the company is around Rs 150 crore. That means it is a small micro business. You will see the ROC of the company around 8% and ROE around 6%. It is a company with a very high load category. Just 0.09 is the density ratio.

73. That means the company has a debt of Rs 9 crore. Reserves are worth Rs 90 crore. Talking about valuation, see the industry is at 37 and this stock is at a PE of 27. This means that you get to see this stock cheaper than the industry valuation. The promoters of this company have not pledged their shares.

74. That means the pledging percentage is zero. If we talk about the sales of the company, then see, in 2021 the sales of this company were only 2 crores and it is continuously increasing. It has now increased to Rs 54 crore. Talking about profitability, the profit of the company has increased from Rs 16 lakh, 13 lakh to Rs 6 crore now.

75. Right? So the company is making sales as well as making profits. And here you will see the share holding pattern in which the promoters' holding is 54%. Compared to the last quarter, the promoter holding has increased and the FI holding is currently around 7.5%. FI has recently reduced its stake here.

76. Otherwise, you do not get to see DI holdings here. Public holding can be seen at 38% and as I said, here you can see a good holding of Ashish Kacholia ji. You can note Ashish Kacholia's holding of 8.5% here. Friends, the last stock in our list that I will tell you about is a stock of a very big investor named Sanjay Gupta.

77. Whose net worth as of today is Rs 3623 crore. Right? In their portfolio, you can note that they hold 18 stocks and here you can note one of their stocks which comes from the metal industry. The name of the company is Latim Metal and Industries. He has holdings worth approximately Rs 4 crore here. This means that they own 3% of the company's holdings and you will see this stock trading at just ₹10 right now.

78. So if we look at it, today the stock is down by about 11%. The stock has negative returns of 17% in the last 1 year. However, the stock has been giving positive 62% returns in the last 5 years. If you look at the maximum chart, you will see this company operating since 2012 and you can note this stock here.

79. This stock had gone around ₹1 in 2012 and from there, you will see its alternates of ₹60%. Otherwise, there is a slight glitch here due to which you are not seeing its price getting adjusted here in Google Finance, that is why the price of ₹40 is being seen here and you are seeing all time returns of negative 74%.
