01. Friends, you have given a lot of love to this video, so thank you very much to all of you and seeing this love of yours, I have brought a detailed video on Sir's live for Abhishek. Many people in the world try their luck, but in the crowd, the story is forgotten, only those are remembered who become successful and one of the successful people is Mr.

02. Vijay Kedia. He was born in Kolkata in November 1959. His grandfather used to work as a stock broker in Kolkata Stock Exchange. His father passed away and a few months after his father's death, he passed his tenth class exam. Later, somehow he completed his graduation but he had no special interest in studies and his financial situation was also very delicate.

03. 21 people used to live in a bedroom flat and used to share one washroom because we were living in one flat. 21 people were living and toilet sharing in a bedroom flat. 2022 people sharing one toilet. One thing is clear here that whether it is Vijay Kedia, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala, Harshad Mehta or the world 's most Big investor Warren Buffett says the stock market has so much power that it can even elevate a person from a poor family to the list of the rich.

04. The message is that if you are going to learn from your own mistakes, then your life will be too short. The smartest person is the one who learns from the mistakes of others, and in addition to his own, he learns from the mistakes of others. Learning is the most important thing to be successful in the stock market.

05. If we study big investors who have observed the market for 30-30, 40 years, we can learn a lot from them. In my opinion, the most important thing for success in the stock market is experience. And until you have not fallen here, until you have not seen a bear market, until you have not had sleepless nights, you will not be successful here.

06. This is the Brahma Vakya (power), in my opinion, where I wrote what I want to understand, and when I look at the investment journey of Vijay Kida Sir, a couplet comes to mind: I inherited this success. You have not received it, you have not seen my Kato Bharat journey. Before proceeding further, let me tell you one thing, friends, still only 7.3% people have subscribed to the channel and 92.7% people have not subscribed.

07. I ask you to like and subscribe in every video of mine, but if you give 1000 subscribers and 2000 likes on this video, then I promise that for the next 1 year, in all the videos I make, I will not ask you to like or subscribe in any of them. Also, I will make a detailed video on all the couplets in my 1.1.

08. So why fear, shower like and subscribe in ₹1400. You buy a box of milk, Lactodex, feed me son in between book of shares of a dairy company which Vasant. You buy milk products and milk cans, milk products, I buy a block of data from this company and gift it to my wife and this is your reward. On date, arrange music for 14 rupees.

09. So, a man once did not have money to buy milk for his son. He gifted his wife a book-up share of a dairy company. So, what is the secret of this success, we will see further. At the age of 19, he started trading in the stock market and his trading experience was very bad. He wasted the first 10 years in trading.

10. This was the time when he had so much money that he did not have 14 rupees to buy milk for his children. Once he was in a position to mortgage his mother's house. Every time he boarded a train, he would pray that God should take away his child this time. I will not trade from now on. But finally, after 10 years of hard work, he decided to leave trading and move towards investment.

11. After 10 years of struggle, I released a date. It is not my cup of tea and yet I am struggling but I invested in ₹10,000 and from there my journey of investment started. Here we understand the basic difference between trading and investment. Trading is a zero sum game, that is, in trading. Whatever money comes in, it changes hands from one investor to another.

12. This means that an investor will only make a profit on a trade when another trade loses. This means that in trading, if you make a profit one day, someone else will make it the next day, and if someone else makes a profit, you will lose. In the beginning, whenever I used to trade intraday and options, my mental peace would get disturbed, and that's why I stopped it forever.

13. As long as you're not sleeping at night, as long as you're not quarreling with your wife, or slapping your children, if you're losing money, then you're on the right track. What happens in investing is that you look for a good company in a good business, whose management is good, everything is good, and you think that company will do something good in the future, and you invest in that company today for 10 years or more.

14. As that company grows, it builds plant after plant, and as the company's profits increase, the valuation of that company increases. Therefore, the price of the company's shares has to increase and you make a profit. In long-term investment, when we trust the company and its management, we are not afraid of short-term price fluctuations.

15. When we are not afraid of short-term price fluctuations, we are able to stay in the market for a long time and maintain good health. Friends, our mental strength plays a big role in the stock market. How we manage our fear in a falling market and our greed in a rising market makes a big difference. But your mental capacity can help people here, and I have seen even people with 500 crores failing here.

16. This means never try to earn money. Friends, to be successful in the stock market, patience is a must because Warren Buffett also says that there are only two roles to be successful in the stock market. Don't lose your money. Therefore, we need to keep a cool mind in the stock market and reduce our emotions like Captain Black by keeping them under control.

17. Let's talk about Vijay Kedia's investment. In 1989, he started his investment with Rs 35,000 and invested in 35,000 tractors, booking a 4-5x profit over the next two to three years. He reinvested any shortfall in his profits back into the ACEX. You must have heard the phrase "Don't put your eggs in one bucket." It's crucial to diversify your portfolio, but even top investors keep their portfolios highly concentrated.

18. When we diversify our portfolios, the risk of loss is reduced, but the chances of higher profits also decrease. More diversification is required when you don't know what you're doing. If we study poorly, have limited knowledge, and have limited information, we can reduce our risk by diversifying our portfolios further.

19. If we have good knowledge of the company and good confidence, we can keep our portfolio a little concentrated as per our convenience. Vijay Kedia sir bought Axe for ₹250 and sold it for ₹3.30 thousand. He bought a house with that money and reinvested the remaining money. A few years later, he bought shares of Leading Aage company for ₹30 and sold them for between ₹500 and ₹800.

20. After that, between 2003 and 2005, he made three shares. Between 2015-16, they fell well below the bank price. Still, he held them with patience and got returns of up to 100 times. Rakesh Jhunjhunwala also held Titan's share with patience despite many fluctuations and it became a huge multibagger in his portfolio.

21. This teaches us that we should never time the market. If we repeatedly buy and sell a good share, then one day another share may be in our hands. It is withdrawn from the company and we are not able to earn returns by getting multiples in it. There should be only one reason behind buying any stock that we like the future of that company and we like the fundamentals of that company.

22. There should be only three reasons for selling any stock. First, there should be some problem in the fundamentals of the company. Second, if we are in dire need of money and third, we can see better opportunities in some other city. The price of the stock has increased and good profits are visible. This is not a good reason.

23. While choosing a company to sell the stock, Kedia Sir chooses a small company which has the potential to become very big and hence he gives the highest wages. Three things are necessary for the management to invest in the stock market. Management understands management. They always invest in a small cap company whose size is very small because for example, if we look at the market cap of Reliance, it is more than lakh crores, so it needs an investment of crores to double, but companies worth thousand or two hundred crores multiply very quickly.

24. Secondly, look at the company's size. The management should be medium in experience and should have at least 15 to 20 years of experience so that they have seen many ups and downs. Thirdly, they see that if the company is 30-40 years old and still it is a small cap company, then they do not invest in it because even after so many years, if that company does not become big, then it is not in its nature, it is not in its DNA to become big.

25. Fourthly, they see that the management of the company has big aspirations. The goals of the management of that company should be big because if the management itself does not become billionaires, then investors cannot become millionaires. Fifthly, they see that the company has extra big market potential.

26. Is the sector in which the company is located? Should there be a huge opportunity in that sector for huge growth? Chidiya Sir says that India is a huge opportunity for investment. The bear markets in India are getting smaller and they are saying that they are getting bigger. This will continue for a few days.

27. This is an opportunity and history also tells this. Data also tells that whatever people have done Wealth is earned by making the bear market a friend. The person who has invested money in the bear market, that person has created wealth. But the most important thing that should always be kept in mind is that no investment decision should be taken on the basis of any news, fog, grid or fair.

28. We should think carefully and after doing proper research, we should always invest for the long term. I track it and then I reduce it and till then it is on my radar and I do not reduce it.
