So as I said this is massive massive news because with the passing of this piece of legislation amongst the genius bill and other key crypto policies it will bring more trust more clarity pun intended to the crypto market and provide the confidence institutions need to shift their entire business models and their their their assets all on chain utilizing the likes of stable coins and DLT which will free up trillions.
For example there's allegedly 27 trillion dollars locked up in nostro vostro accounts just bank accounts just left there needed for liquidity but not actually doing anything with it. Not to mention all the other money that end up being saved and made by institutions and leading banks by utilizing faster and cheaper rails blockchain as opposed to swift.
So to reiterate tens if not hundreds of trillions of dollars will be freed up once we see the passing of the clarity act and once it's enforced and all this money will come on chain and go to where the demand is highest where the trust is highest where the tech is strongest and that's why it's going to come to XRP.

And if you add AI which is not the topic of today's discussion if you add AI into the equation which is going to really help accelerate this even further because there's a really nice you know coordination between AI and blockchain and crypto.
It's going to speed it up even more and we're moving to a world where finance is going to be completely transformed. It's you know people say and it's a global financial system but the majority of the world are not participants and crypto is really solving the access issue. It's giving individuals with anyone around the world internet connection and a digital asset wallet to participate in financial markets and to have access potentially to US dollars.
These are people that never could access US dollars. Um so it's really going to change the game and it's going to bring more people into global financial markets and it's going to enhance wealth creation for for everyone involved. And so it's great to see administrations and regulators really starting to appreciate that side of the equation.
