So, the CEO of BlackRock, Larry Fink, admits that the trillions of dollars being used to build data centers and power grids will come from ordinary people's savings accounts and pension funds and says it's mandatory. He says America needs trillions in AI infrastructure spending and that people will be forced to invest in it.
Much of this will come from savings accounts and pension accounts. All right, let's watch this video. If we can get more and more Americans to think about growing with the United States, um we will have far than enough money to invest in this infrastructure. You notice how he's already like we we need more funds to, you know, be able to fund this infrastructure because we don't want to pony up the dough to do so.
But, he's really trying to find the words to say, "Hey, we're screwing you guys over and we're using your tax dollars to do so because we bought all of your politicians, but hey, it's great for you. It's good. We we dictate what's best for you. We dictate what's best for the market." But, as the as the governor was talking about the need for electrons is growing every day.
Some of these you know, if we're going to be the leader in technology, which we are, if we are going to be the leader in AI, which we presently are, it's just going to require trillions of dollars of investments. Yes, but that's not up for you guys to decide that. This is supposedly a free open market society.
So, when you guys are buying politicians to pass legislation that forces the taxpayers' dollars to go towards infrastructure, these AI data centers that they do not want, it's so un-American. That is tyranny. That's horse Americans don't want these data centers because they know that AI is going to take out a huge chunk of middle-class jobs.
And these data centers are not even going to create a whole lot of jobs. So, we don't want these things because we know it inevitably will be our demise. And we're paying for it. How ironic is that? And so, this guy, Larry Fink, is trying to find the words to say, "Hey, we're screwing you, but just accept that because everything is going to be okay."
And if we don't invest in it, China will be the global leader in this. And so, to me, it's not whether it it this is a must. You don't get a choice, guys. You get no choice. You don't get to decide. You you don't know what's best for you. We decide what's best for you. And if you think about how that translates, it translates into a more dynamic economy.
We need the United States economy to grow at over over 2%. We need the US economy to grow at 3%, especially with the growing deficits the federal government has. How is it going to grow, though, when a lot of people that are making 150 to 200,000 dollars a year, okay, upper middle class jobs, lose those jobs and they can no longer afford to pay their mortgages, they can't afford to buy food?
A big reason why our economy works the way it does is because a lot of us are consumers. We purchase and buy goods, which keeps the economy growing and going. And if a lot of people lose their jobs, and they can't afford to buy more things, it's actually going to slow down the economy. It's actually going to centralize the wealth by who actually holds the power of these data centers and this AI.
It's actually not good for the middle class and the American people. It's actually bad. much of this money, not just the private sector, it's going to be coming from the private sector. From savings accounts, from pension accounts, from insurance companies, on and on and on. Um Dude. the whole world is is in need of improving the infrastructure.
Wow. It's coming from your guys' savings accounts and your guys' pensions. That's nuts. He's trying to So, this is so crazy. So, Larry Fink is trying to find the words to best describe how you guys are getting completely screwed over where they're taking the money from your savings accounts, your pensions, putting it towards these AI data centers that are inevitably going to be your guys's demise.
Your jobs are going to be gone. Okay, and these guys such as Larry Fink that have poured a ton of money into congressional seats so that they can pass legislation that's not for the best interest of the people, but for the best interests of these corporations such as BlackRock, they're going to build those data centers, and a lot of people are going to lose their jobs due to AI.
And it's like, here's my thing. It's like, I'm fine if you want to build data centers, you want to expand the productivity of AI, but you're not going to use the taxpayers' funds to build your projects. Why don't you stroke a check yourself? I'm pretty sure BlackRock has 35 trillion dollars worth of assets.
So, for the short term, it's really shortage of workers. Shortage of workers, um but I just I believe um one of the reasons why we had 20 years of a deflationary pressures, which obviously harmed a lot of US workers, but those deflationary pressures were because we were had the ability to import quite a bit overseas.
And that's what kept prices down for so long. The themes today are very different. Um as we started focusing on more, I would say um focusing on how to build our economies and each country are trying to think about how do we build a more robust economy. Um we're we're walking away with some of the themes that really kept inflation contained or down, and I think if we all are becoming a little more nationalistic, and I'm not saying that's a bad thing, you know, but it does resonate with me that it's going to have elevated inflation.
When I go to Washington, when they talk about these policies, I ask at what cost are you willing to tolerate that? Yes, we may have more opportunities to create better and more robust jobs, but then the offside of that will be it will create probably a little more elevated inflation in the short run.
How about we restrict the Federal Reserve in its ability to print dollars every time there is a US crash? If you really want to tackle inflation and stop the devaluation of the dollar, how about we stop the accelerated spending that that's been going on in America for the last 25 years? Well, that's fighting in forever wars, printing the dollar to an existence basically by bailing out the big banks like 2008 with the financial housing crisis.
The dollar has taken a beating. I mean, in 2021, Biden printed 50% of all US physical cash dollars in the history of America, by the way, which is not great. And Trump right now is not slowing down when it comes to printing or spending dollars. He's spending like a wild man, too. So, this is not sustainable.
This is not going to last long. And AI is not going to be a developer of jobs. It's going to be a killer of jobs. We obviously a lot of conversations here this morning through the conference about AI, but I don't think anybody's raised the question that you raised about the deflationary impacts of AI AI over time.
Maybe you might share your thinking on that. Well, I mean, if you see the advancements um that what AI and robotics can do it's going to change almost every business that we can think of. Um it's going to change if you're just witnessing what's going on um in Ukraine related to war and how war is being fought through um uh through uh um drones.
Dudes already thinking about war. That's the first thing. He's like, "Oh, we got robotic." Don't get me wrong, if we can have robotics fighting wars rather than US soldiers, I'm all for that. I'd rather preserve human life. I think that's a good thing that AI and robotics will be used for. But for the manufacturing though, those manufacturing jobs to produce, okay, those soldier robots is going to be built by robots.
So, the people that would have worked on those AI robots is going to be used by a AI robotics. I mean, that's Those jobs will be lost. Those manufacturing jobs will not exist. uh or how Israel was so successful in in uh in Lebanon with the with Hezbollah. Oh my god. how technology even changes war. And it and and I think this is going to be an accelerate and I think President Trump and how they are reloading
Already thinking about war. That's crazy. um This is going to be you know, if you could overlay what technology can do, we probably need fewer people. um It's going to change everything. There you go. if if That was it right there. We will need fewer people. You notice the little sprinklings of what like the main message of what he's really trying to say is that we are going to go into war.
He's saying that we're not going to need people to go fight in these wars, but also he's saying that people will need less people to work jobs. We'll need less people. war is fought in a whole different manner than we are used to. Do we need as as many people in our military going forward or do we need a different type of person?
And you can take that in every different business across the board how that translates and how that transforms. um I was with a CEO an Asian CEO that builds um uh phones. And they're now applying uh AI robots. uh robots that have much more tensile dexterity uh, that they believe over the course of the next two years their workforce will be down 30% with the advent of more technology and more robotics.
You translate that across all the economies, everything, we're going to have shortage of jobs in some things like I said in construction and and and and uh, with electricians, and we're going to have job changes in many other industries that that Did you say we're going to have shortages in construction and electricians?
What? And we're going to have job changes in many other industries that that robot Wow, dude, that's crazy he said that. Everyone thinks right now electricians are going to be the it's going to be the main job. He's saying that there's going to be a lack of jobs when it comes to electricians. That's crazy.
So, that's Larry Fink. Like, AI is going to take your guys's jobs. You are going to pay for it, and essentially you don't get a choice in the matter. That is the American way. We know what is best for you as the US government. We get to decide what's best for you. You don't get a choice. And we're going to be pulling the money from your savings account and your pensions.
And we're going to use your tax dollars to fund these AI data centers. It is so crazy, and it is so nuts. And I can't believe this is happening in America today. But anyway, so it's horrible.
