Let's look at the portfolios of the biggest investors. Yes, one of the best. What moves have they made this quarter? What is reported to the SEC. What did they sell? What did they buy? Where did they improve their position? Where exactly did they lose ground? In which of the Stock companies do they hold their portfolios?
We're going to take a little look at, for example, Michael Barry, Pat Darcy, we're going to see about Bill Alkman and obviously Uncle Warren Buffett. Obviously, the uncle's road always has to be present. Let's see what moves they've made. Others are also worth checking out to see where they're focused and what kind of businesses they're in.
I'm Ariel, it's a pleasure to have you with me in this new video. As always, I invite you to subscribe to the channel if you find the material useful; there's a lot there to browse, more than 300 videos covering everything from education and investments to a whole bunch of other things you might find.
So I invite you, obviously, to check it out and if you like it, obviously a thumbs up would be a huge plus. Now let's take a look at what moves the big investors are making . What has Mr. Billman invested in? It has acquired Herz Global, increasing its market position. It's actually a car rental company at Brookfield Corp, which is mostly something he wants to do similar to what Berchawi has done.
Obviously, he has a long way to go, but hey, it's a conglomerate that invests in several different sectors. It also increased its position in Google, but also on another date in the quarter it sold, that is, it was like it sold and bought and both movements sounded or it also has a little less of its position in the company Google Uber, that is what it bought directly, it did not have a position in Uber, it said, "Let's position ourselves in this company." It's been performing very well, not to mention Uber's fundamentals, which are getting better and better.
and obviously more solid. and has reduced its position in Canadian Pacific, in Chipotle, the well-known Mexican food chain, and in Hilton hotels. And he got tired of it, let's say, he sold Nike, yes, he directly sold his entire stake in Nike. I had made several purchases from him, he was averaging a lot, doing DCA at the sportswear company and he directly said, "Okay, it must have been very close to the floor, so he sold at a loss." Alright.
Look, it also happens, obviously, to big investors. Let's hope the same thing doesn't happen to them as happened with Netflix. I don't know if anyone remembers if they have the data or if you follow this investor. Well, right when he sold Netflix after a correction he had around 2022, well, Netflix kept going up, don't let anything happen.
Obviously the same as Nike, which is currently at pandemic prices. Although it has recovered a little after touching 50 dollar coins, it is still well below its all-time highs and is obviously having difficulties. We'll see what happens in the future and whether Bill regrets selling Nike again, just like he did with Netflix.
What has Mr. Michael Barrick done? One of my mentors, so to speak, very humbly, and one of the investors I respect the most—obviously all of them , but I have a certain weakness for Mr. Michael, who has sold all of China. Yes, it came from absolutely all of China. He sold Alibaba, he sold Baidu, he sold Jid, he sold PDD Holdings, he sold everything and the only thing he has bought is Steve Lauder, the high-end beauty and aesthetics company .
Well, that's the only thing he's bought. He expects a completely bearish market. In fact, look, here we're going to see that what this graph shows is that it's positioned in all kinds of markets, even Nvidia's. Also keep in mind that this information reported to the SEC is 45 days old , right? In other words, the portfolio you are looking at right now may not be exactly the current one.
And 45 days ago, obviously, the issue of tariffs between China and the United States was more than raw, obviously with the issue of Trump and his tariffs, the Chinese responses and so on. Now it's a little better, a 90-day truce. Well, we'll see what happens, obviously, when those 90 days are over and see what this trade war really amounts to.
For now, everything is calmer. When he made these moves, things were much hotter than they are now . So we have to take it with a grain of salt as well. But hey, he's obviously like the king of bear markets and he knew things were going to get complicated. In fact, well, the indices had corrected quite a bit in terms of their peak values.
Now we are getting closer to them again. We'll see what happens, but for now Michael Barry told China , "Okay, see you later." What have the investor and Mr. Pat Dory done? Well, he has acquired a position in Danager Corp, and he has also acquired a position in Meta. These are well-known companies because we obviously have them available to operate through the CDRS.
He also bought Aircap, right? In this case, no, it's an aircraft rental company. Booking, yes, Booking.com, also well known to us in this case, has taken a position, it did not have a position, and ASML has also taken a position. This is a company that is now trading through CDRS, precisely in the brand new, brand new thing that we have available to trade.
Well, it has reduced its position on Google, for example, it has also reduced its position on Autosone, it has reduced its position on PayPal and on Wix and it has sold Smartshe, for example, which sold its 100% stake in the company that generates large cloud projects. Well, he no longer holds a position there.
I don't know what Michi will think of all this. What do we do? What should we buy? Okay, Pat Dory's movements this quarter are obviously being reported to the series. Investor Chris Hon has bought, in this case increased his position in Gyerospace and has also acquired a more significant position, more than 23%, in none other than Microsoft.
It reduced its position a little in Visa, Moodies, and SPGI; look mainly at the financial side, that's where it has reduced its position. It also dropped in Google rankings in this case and in Canadian Raywell, right? The Canadian train company. Well, it's worth noting that there has been a slight increase in positions from the financial and Canadian sectors.
Quite logical, obviously, also because of what we talked about in the previous case, the movements and the trade war that is also quite heated between Canada and the United States. Set. Clarman, what has the gentleman done? It has acquired and gained a significant position on Google, more than 45%. Notice the differences, don't you?
We're talking about big investors where some are selling Google, others are buying Google. Notice that each investor has a completely different perspective. For some it is clearly the time to sell, and for others it is the time to buy. And we're talking about big investors, right?, who are just agreeing if they 're all buying exactly the same thing.
It happens to absolutely all of us. We have different perspectives, different objectives, different economies, and based on that, some things will be useful to us and obviously others won't be as useful; otherwise, everything would be directly copy trading and we would all obviously be millionaires in that respect.
Well, it has also added Eagle Materials, Dollar General, acquired more of Restar of Brands and taken a position in Elevance Health. Look, it 's a rather delicate moment for Helker in the United States, not only because of the measures taken by Trump and Kennedy, but also because of everything that has been happening, for example, with United Health in recent days, and it has also reduced its position, for example, in Solbeltum, in Liberty Global, and has completely sold its human shares.
Another Helker company, well, different perspectives in which area, because obviously when you invest in Helker, at least in the medium and long term, the important thing is to know what solutions the company is looking for to our major health problems . Yes, because that's what will happen if tomorrow one of these companies, to avoid giving a specific example, but provides a concrete solution to the issue of cancer, to give a major disease that affects us all and for which we unfortunately still don't have a concrete solution, and tomorrow it's a company that will obviously increase significantly in value compared to today's values.
So, that's certainly what we need to consider when investing in a Helker company, speaking in those terms; obviously, there are other things to consider. Okay, but these are the moves Mr. Set has made and now we're going to see. Yes, nothing more and nothing less because we 've saved it for last, the hot dish for the end.
Obviously, what has the guy done? What moves has Mr. Warp made? The most important and prominent investor in history who has bought. He has bought and increased his position in Pool Corp., a company that sells and manages pool supplies. Well, in the United States, obviously there are many houses, mansions and so on with swimming pools.
Well, they say the devil knows more because he's old than because he's the devil. Well, obviously a great example. Uh, it has acquired more from Constellation branch, uh, it has acquired more from Domino's Pizza. Well, obviously fast food in the United States, and especially pizza, is something that's a bit more common for breakfast , so I 'll reiterate the example I gave: acquire a little more Siri, a little more Oxi, and Verising, which we obviously have available at CDARS to purchase.
And in this case, it has sold 100% of the position of City Bank, City Group and Nu Holdings directly from, in this case, the Brazilian company exited completely. Obviously, he must be realizing that Brazil's growth is a little more complicated today than in previous years, although it is still obviously a giant.
And well, I reiterate, he will know perfectly well why he left NU when you see the numbers and the fundamentals of NU and say really today they are more than interesting and more than good. The growth it has experienced, not only in Brazil but also expanding into Mexico, Colombia, and other countries, is truly significant.
But I reiterate, Warren obviously knows exactly what he's doing. What is also noteworthy is that he has sold part of his position in Bank of America. Well, clearly Warren is not comfortable on the financial side and has decided to reduce his position. The American telecommunications company T-Mobile has also sold a small amount of its stock .
Now we're going to see how it continues and what it's composed of at this moment, how the uncle's portfolio has turned out, or rather, how the particular movements have turned out and everything that his portfolio has today . What matters most is still Apple; if Apple still represents 25% of the portfolio, and he has American Express at 15% and Coca-Cola at 11%, this indicates that between these three giant companies, he has 50% of his portfolio, right?
In other words, 50% of the portfolio is managed in those three large companies. Just like we saw with Bank of America, the reduction has now left them with 10%, Chevron with 7%, Oxi with 5%, so they are logically still betting on oil. Well, and it's gradually adding to the position that Berising already has; it has a little more than Visa had previously.
Well, Siri also already has 1% of the portfolio and she's getting very little left, very little. Look, 040, when you see this mobile phone in Warren's wallet, obviously it's still millions and millions, right? Notice that you have the little graph right on the right showing how much money that obviously means for your wallet.
Okay, so here are the moves and how the portfolio of the greatest investor in history has been composed. Do you want to know when and where to invest?
