Palantir shares just posted their fastest revenue growth in history. The stock has fallen more than 30% from its highs, and many Wall Street analysts are raising their price targets. So is this a flashy buy or a trap? We also heard Jim Cramer say that Palantir is the cheapest company he has ever seen.
So today we'll take a look at the stock, its valuation, and what exactly the numbers say about Palantir. So, without further ado , let's get to the point. Before we can fully dive into stocks, we need to assess the company's financial health. Here we can see the latest news. Palantir had a partnership with Nvidia and raised Palantir shares by more than 3% after highlighting not only its new collaboration but also an upgrade in analyst ratings.
The same coverage was also repeated in the US Army, which chose Palantir as the sole provider of its cloud data services, which is very important for the company. If you look at the financials, the stock is trading with a profit forecast of 75%. And if you look at key metrics like revenue, they will go up to the right .
Number of customers in the US, top right. EBITDA, up right, as well as net income, free cash flow, and earnings per share. If you look at their cash and debt over the last 12 months, they have a very strong cash position, which is $8 billion , and they have no debt at all . This gives them great leverage.
And what I really want to acknowledge here is that income is growing at a very high rate–67%. It is growing faster than in the last five years. So, this means that the company is seeing a re- acceleration in revenue growth, which shows that they are acquiring customers very quickly. And this is also reflected in the company's profitability, where earnings per share are up 291 % year-over- year.
And we were practically in a negative position about three years ago. This just goes to show how outstanding the company's performance has been. Now moving on to the daily schedule. Now we need to move on to the Palantir daily chart to better assess where the price will move. Palantir is currently trading at around $129 per share.
And as of this date, we've been doing more than the average volume over the last few 30 days, as you can see here on the right side of my screen. Even though the stock is down more than 28% year-to-date and underperforming the market, we see that there is strong, very, very, very high support at these levels.
Now, if we look at the analyst ratings, they are very bullish on Buy with a one-year price target of $190 per share, signaling 47% upside. But in our case, we think the stock could go even higher , and we'll demonstrate that later in the video. Now, if we move to the weekly chart to take a broader look, Palantir has been experiencing absolute growth since its IPO in 2020, with shares reaching a high of around $200.
So, we will build a fixed VWAP precisely on this high that was formed, and mark it in red, because that is where the sellers appeared. And we see that every time we bet on the upside, we met resistance. Same goes for me, the last time was on June 1st and we saw this extreme sell-off below the 50- day moving average, which is the yellow dotted line on the chart.
The stock has now rebounded strongly from the lows of around 107 to the current price where it is, around 129. We think the stock is digesting gains right now, and we're just seeing some profit-taking and some accumulation between those two , right? So we're stuck between the maximum swing from the historical high and the transfer of the explosiveness that, you know, initiated this expansive move from $21 all the way up to, you know, $200, right?
So we're stuck between this, and I believe that for Palantir to be bullish, it has to break through the VWAP pegged at the high of the swings or this red overall VWAP. This would mean that buyers are once again in full control of the situation and we can set our stops at important key levels. So , we can have, let's say, an entry around here, and we can set our stop loss at the most recent and corresponding higher low.
And when the price goes up, let's say it's here now, then we can raise our stop to the most recent and corresponding higher low, and we can first target the highs of 206, which would be my first target price. So, we will designate this as the first target price. Number one. And, um, the second price target or my full price target on Palantir would be around $405.
Now you may ask yourself, how did you arrive at that assessment? Well, just looking at the company's current market cap of $309 billion, this company easily deserves to be trading close to that mark. And the financial indicators justify this, as well as the price dynamics. If we look at the Fibonacci retracements from this high to low, that would give us roughly this price of 274 and our final retracement of about 261% of the extended move from where we are now to this level of around 390-400, which would imply a valuation of around $1 trillion.
Now that would mean, as I said, a return of about 200 % from current levels. So, Palantir is deeply undervalued, and the price targets seen on Wall Street are strongly supported by financial firms, and we completely agree. There has also been no better time in the market to buy stocks than when the fear and greed index is at fear levels.
When we have the fear and greed index at the fear level, it gives us an extraordinary buying opportunity, and we can see it reflected in the price action, right? The common lows were formed when this indicator reached extreme fear , and the same thing happened back on November 20, 2025, when there were market lows.
We are very close to reaching this level. Not long ago, around June 25th, we had an extreme scare, but I think we still have a little bit more room to go down, and once that happens, we'll see, you know, a lot of trading, a lot of buying, and that's going to reflect in these high-beta names like Palantir.
Hmm, you know, which have high, hmm, you know, beta and volatility. You should also keep in mind market momentum. When the S&P 500 index falls below its 125-day moving average, it signals buying opportunities for high-quality companies. So, if you bought when the overall, um, index went below 125, you've built up quite well and, you know, had a very high return here where the market, you know, went up from around, um, 6,500 all the way up to 7,500, which, you know, is just a very good return.
So, over the next few weeks, if you're, um, subscribed to our Patreon, we'll be keeping a closer eye on volatility and the Fear and Greed Index to signal when a potential entry is coming. Overall, Palantir is performing at our level with an 87% growth rate and a 40/145 rule, and Jim Cramer says it's the cheapest stock ever.
We believe Palantir is a legitimate buy at current levels. Now, if you enjoyed this video, feel free to subscribe to the channel, like this video, and also comment below with your thoughts on Palantir. Remember, don't let the markets get you confused, and see you in the next video.
