one of the reason we uh have stayed constructive on bitcoin is the price is falling closely the prior having Cycles the having cycle for your viewers is when the block reward gets cut in half that happen earlier this year so there's a a reduction in new Supply and The Sweet Spot of that uh price gain as supplies cut starts to happen towards the end of this year and then into next year um and I think that that has supported why we expected Bitcoin to be 100,000 um and over the next 12 months I think something over 250,000 is possible um but maybe highly probable based on just this following this price cycle the second reason I think Bitcoin has maybe more upside than that is because the new Administration is running has run on a pro Bitcoin platform and I think that the possibility of the US not only legitimizing Bitcoin but make making it a strategic Reserve asset uh I think raises the or raises what would be uh the possible price scenarios for Bitcoin because if the US government as they intend ultimately gets to a million Bitcoin they'll be the largest holder of Bitcoin in the world and they'd exert enormous positive influence on legitimizing bitcoin maybe I would just add to that it's almost like taking a playbook for micro strategy because micro strategy has proven that using Bitcoin as a balance sheet asset has really created a lot of value um for micro strategy shareholders and there you have it from Tom Lee he's saying Bitcoin is going closer to $250,000 by Thanksgiving next year then one year 250k current time that's recording Bitcoin is coming in at 97.5k inverse Head and Shoulders pattern 250,000 is definitely within the technical Target technical target takes you up over 300,000 around 315 to $320,000 from this technical pattern here is that what's in the cards micro strategy is trading it closed at 387 today postmarket 395 are we going to see micro strategy rip to the upside the same way Bitcoin potentially could there's a lot of plays that are being made and if we look here there's another inverse Head and Shoulders pattern that's playing out where this tal Target takes you up to if we pull from the bottom to this neckline and where we just just previously had this breakout where could micro strategy be going up to potentially up to about $2600 this is posts split remember that so that's really $26,000 before the split you hope you're paying attention and Tom Lee is weighing in on more he mentioned micro strategy and what Michael sailor's doing the play book of Michael sailor is breaking the market he's basically propping up his stock using Bitcoin from a company that was sort of like a dead company1 billion doll market capitalization wasn't growing anymore it been around for decades and propped it up and now is almost at 100x year to date as far as company valuation goes Tom Lee's weighing in on what Michael sailor's Playbook really is doing and why people like buying these bonds let's check out what Thomas Lee has to viewers what micro strategy is doing um micro strategy uh around five years ago transformed the company by using its balance sheet they had a lot of cash on hand to buy Bitcoin and so instead of the stock being valued on its actual software business which had been languishing it's valued as a holder of Bitcoin but as Bitcoin has risen and micro strategy stock has gone up it's created an opportunity for them to issue convertible bonds and debt to acquire more Bitcoin what's been novel is that they've issued these debt Securities for almost no interest cost essentially Coco zero you know zero interest bonds and so they're funding this without having to actually pay for the interest expense now you might think that this is uh a little bit Reckless but it turns out it's it's a very novel strategy because they have created a lot of network value they're one of the largest holders of Bitcoin now and ultimately they may become the second largest holder of Bitcoin after the US government and they're doing this with the ability to borrow at very low cost you might wonder why are B Bond holders buying these bonds they're offering for the first time the ability for someone to put a billion dollars work in the bond world to own a bond that has exposure to bitcoin these have been incredibly High performing bonds they've been the best performing bonds so they've helped Bond managers uh outperform by buying typical corporate bonds but then with this upside in crypto and so I think that this makes this works unless Bitcoin itself does doesn't have a promising future I I I think Michael sailor has not only done something brilliant but over time when when they do accumulate enough Bitcoin they're actually going to be able to do quite a lot of Novel things with it whether it's lending Bitcoin or helping some Financial system secure Bitcoin as sort of the anchor of that Network micro strategy is going to be one of the few companies that has a large holding of Bitcoin that you can actually tap so it's a very I I I kind of applaud the strategy so I I think that there is a lot of upside in as in what they do because as long as Bitcoin goes up micro strategy very likely goes up a lot more I love it I love it and I'm a big micro strategy person and so there you see Anthony scaramucci and Tom Lee basically breaking down the micro strategy play Anthony loves it Tom seems to be a big advocate of it and he's explaining that it's just indicative on what Bitcoin does as long as Bitcoin goes up up micro strategy is going to go up more now it's on the flip side too but right now we're in a business cycle that is a bull market we're in a quantitative easing cycle we're not in a quantitative tightening cycle and you're hearing big players like the US government start to build out a Bitcoin treasury Reserve where they're trying to get 1 million Bitcoin over the next five years what is going to come of this this is going to basically shock markets at the current time once again Bitcoin is at 9775 and just some Moon maath looking at 250,000 ided 975 that's roughly a 2.5x from where we are right now so if micro strategy is trading around a 3M nav premium where does that mean micro strategy could be going multiply that by three so that's roughly a 7.7x of micro strategies we'll use the close price around 3.87 could micro strategy go up to that
